| ☞시88:1 | 제 코라의 아들들을 위한 노래 또는 시, 악장을 따라 마할랏 르안놋으로 부른 에스라인 헤만의 마스킬오 내 구원의 주 하나님이여, 내가 주 앞에서 밤낮으로 부르짖었나이다. O lord God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before thee： | |||
| ☞시88:2 | 내 기도가 주 앞에 상달되게 하시며, 나의 부르짖음에 주의 귀를 기울이소서. Let my prayer come before thee： incline thine ear unto my cry; | |||
| ☞시88:3 | 이는 내 혼이 고난으로 가득 찼으며 내 생명이 음부에 가까움이니이다. For my soul is full of troubles： and my life draweth nigh unto the grave. | |||
| ☞시88:4 | 내가 구덩이로 내려가는 자들과 함께 헤아린 바 되었고, 기력 없는 사람과 같으며, I am counted with them that go down into the pit： I am as a man that hath no strength： | |||
| ☞시88:5 | 죽은 자들 가운데서 떨어져 나와 무덤에 누워 있는 살륙당한 자들과 같으니, 그들은 주께서 더이상 기억하지 아니하시는 자들이며 주의 손에서 끊어진 자들이니이다. Free among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, whom thou rememberest no more： and they are cut off from thy hand. | |||
| ☞시88:6 | 주께서는 나를 가장 낮은 구덩이, 어두운 곳, 깊음들 속에 두셨나이다. Thou hast laid me in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the deeps. | |||
| ☞시88:7 | 주의 진노가 나를 무겁게 눌렀으며, 주께서 주의 모든 파도로 내게 고통을 주셨나이다. 셀라. Thy wrath lieth hard upon me, and thou hast afflicted me with all thy waves. Selah. | |||
| ☞시88:8 | 주께서는 나의 아는 자들을 나로부터 멀리 떼어 놓으셨고, 나로 그들에게 가증함이 되게 하셨으니, 내가 갇혀 있어 나갈 수가 없나이다. Thou hast put away mine acquaintance far from me; thou hast made me an abomination unto them： I am shut up, and I cannot come forth. | |||
| ☞시88:9 | 내 눈이 고통으로 신음하오니, 주여, 내가 날마다 주를 불렀으며 내 두 손을 주께 뻗쳤나이다. Mine eye mourneth by reason of affliction： LORD, I have called daily upon thee, I have stretched out my hands unto thee. | |||
| ☞시88:10 | 주께서 죽은 자에게 이적들을 보이시겠나이까? 죽은 자가 일어나서 주를 찬양하겠나이까? 셀라. Wilt thou shew wonders to the dead? shall the dead arise and praise thee? Selah. | |||
| ☞시88:11 | 주의 자애가 무덤에서 선포되리이까? 주의 신실하심이 멸망 가운데서 선포되리이까? Shall thy lovingkindness be declared in the grave? or thy faithfulness in destruction? | |||
| ☞시88:12 | 주의 이적들이 어둠 속에서 알려지리이까? 주의 의가 망각의 땅에서 알려지리이까? Shall thy wonders be known in the dark? and thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness? | |||
| ☞시88:13 | 그러나 오 주여, 내가 주께 부르짖었으니 아침에 나의 기도가 주 앞에 상달되리이다. But unto thee have I cried, O LORD; and in the morning shall my prayer prevent thee. | |||
| ☞시88:14 | 주여, 주께서는 어찌하여 내 혼을 버리시며, 어찌하여 주의 얼굴을 내게서 숨기시나이까? LORD, why castest thou off my soul? why hidest thou thy face from me? | |||
| ☞시88:15 | 내가 어릴 때부터 고난을 당하여 거의 죽게 되었으니, 주의 무서움들로 고통을 당할 때 혼란스럽나이다. I am afflicted and ready to die from my youth up： while I suffer thy terrors I am distracted. | |||
| ☞시88:16 | 주의 맹렬한 진노가 나를 뒤덮었으며 주의 무서움들이 나를 끊었나이다. Thy fierce wrath goeth over me; thy terrors have cut me off. | |||
| ☞시88:17 | 그것들이 매일 물같이 나를 에워쌌으며, 그것들이 다함께 나를 둘러쌌나이다. They came round about me daily like water; they compassed me about together. | |||
| ☞시88:18 | 주께서는 나의 사랑하는 자와 친구를 나로부터 멀리 떼어 놓으시고, 나의 아는 자도 어둠 속에 두셨나이다. Lover and friend hast thou put far from me, and mine acquaintance into darkness. | |||
