| ☞시8:1 | 악장을 따라 깃팃에 맞춘 다윗의 시오 주 우리 주여, 주의 이름이 온 땅에 어찌 그리 뛰어나신지요! 주께서는 주의 영광을 하늘들 위에 두셨나이다. O LORD, our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens. | |||
| ☞시8:2 | 주의 원수들로 인하여 아기들과 젖먹이들의 입에 힘을 두심은 원수와 복수자를 잠잠케 하려 하심이니이다. Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger. | |||
| ☞시8:3 | 주의 손가락으로 지으신 주의 하늘들과 주께서 정해 놓으신 달과 별들을 내가 생각해 보니 When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; | |||
| ☞시8:4 | 사람이 무엇이기에 주께서 그를 마음에 두시며 인자가 무엇이기에 주께서 그를 돌보시나이까? What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? | |||
| ☞시8:5 | 주께서 그를 천사들보다 조금 낮게 지으셨으며 영화와 존귀로 그에게 관을 씌우셨나이다. For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. | |||
| ☞시8:6 | 주께서는 그로 하여금 주의 손으로 지으신 작품들을 다스리게 하셨으며, 만물을 그의 발 아래 두셨으니 Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet： | |||
| ☞시8:7 | 곧 모든 양과 수소와 들의 짐승들이며, All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field; | |||
| ☞시8:8 | 공중의 새와 바다의 물고기와 해로를 다니는 모든 것들이니이다. The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas. | |||
| ☞시8:9 | 오 주 우리 주여, 주의 이름이 온 땅에 어찌 그리 뛰어나신지요! O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! | |||
