| ☞시4:1 | 악장을 따라 느기놋에 맞춘 다윗의 시오 내 의의 하나님이여, 내가 부를 때 들어주소서. 주께서는 내가 곤경에 처했을 때 나를 구해 주셨으니, 나에게 자비를 베푸시어 나의 기도를 들으소서. Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness： thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer. | |||
| ☞시4:2 | 오 너희 사람의 아들들아, 너희가 언제까지 나의 영광을 수치로 바꾸겠느냐? 언제까지 헛된 것을 사랑하고 거짓을 찾아 다니겠느냐? 셀라. O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame? how long will ye love vanity, and seek after leasing? Selah. | |||
| ☞시4:3 | 그러나 주께서 자기를 위하여 경건한 자를 따로 세우셨음을 알라. 주께서는 내가 부를 때에 들으시리로다. But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself： the LORD will hear when I call unto him. | |||
| ☞시4:4 | 두려워하고, 죄를 짓지 말라. 침상에서 심사숙고하고, 잠잠할지어다. 셀라. Stand in awe, and sin not： commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah. | |||
| ☞시4:5 | 의의 희생제들을 드리고 주를 신뢰하라. Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in the LORD. | |||
| ☞시4:6 | "누가 우리에게 선을 보여 주겠느냐?"고 말하는 사람들이 많사오니, 주여, 주의 얼굴빛을 우리에게 들어 주소서. There be many that say, Who will shew us any good? LORD, lift thou up the light of thy countenance upon us. | |||
| ☞시4:7 | 주께서 내 마음에 기쁨을 두셨으니, 그것이 그들의 곡식과 포도주가 풍성할 때보다 더 크니이다. Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased. | |||
| ☞시4:8 | 내가 평안 가운데 눕기도 하고 자기도 하리니, 이는 주여, 주만이 나를 안전한 가운데 거하게 하심이니이다. I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep： for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety. | |||
