| ☞렘9:1 | 아, 내 머리가 물이고 내 눈이 눈물의 샘이라면 내가 내 백성의 딸의 살륙으로 인하여 밤낮 울리라! Oh that my head were waters, and mine eyes a fountain of tears, that I might weep day and night for the slain of the daughter of my people! | |||
| ☞렘9:2 | 오, 내가 광야에 나그네들의 숙소를 가지고 있다면 내가 내 백성을 떠나가리라! 이는 그들이 다 간음하는 자들이요, 패역한 자들의 모임이기 때문이라. Oh that I had in the wilderness a lodging place of wayfaring men; that I might leave my people, and go from them! for they be all adulterers, an assembly of treacherous men. | |||
| ☞렘9:3 | 그들은 활같이 그들의 혀를 구부려 거짓말하나 땅 위에서 진리를 위해서는 용감하지 아니하나니, 이는 그들이 악에서 악으로 나아가며 또 그들은 나를 알지 못함이라. 주가 말하노라. And they bend their tongues like their bow for lies： but they are not valiant for the truth upon the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, saith the LORD. | |||
| ☞렘9:4 | 너희는 각기 자기 이웃을 조심하고 어떤 형제도 믿지 말라. 이는 형제마다 완전히 속이며, 이웃마다 비방하며 다닐 것임이라. Take ye heed every one of his neighbour, and trust ye not in any brother： for every brother will utterly supplant, and every neighbour will walk with slanders. | |||
| ☞렘9:5 | 그들은 각기 자기 이웃을 속이며, 진실을 말하지 아니하고, 그들의 혀로 거짓말하는 것을 가르치며, 죄악을 행하여 스스로를 피곤케 하는도다. And they will deceive every one his neighbour, and will not speak the truth： they have taught their tongue to speak lies, and weary themselves to commit iniquity. | |||
| ☞렘9:6 | 네 처소는 속임수 한가운데 있으며 속임수로 인하여 그들이 나를 알기를 거부하는도다. 주가 말하노라. Thine habitation is in the midst of deceit; through deceit they refuse to know me, saith the LORD. | |||
| ☞렘9:7 | 그러므로 만군의 주가 이같이 말하노라. 보라 내가 그들을 녹여서 연단하리라. 내가 내 백성의 딸을 위하여 어찌하리요? Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, Behold, I will melt them, and try them; for how shall I do for the daughter of my people? | |||
| ☞렘9:8 | 그들의 혀는 쏘아 놓은 화살 같아 거짓을 말하니, 입으로는 자기 이웃에게 평화롭게 말하나, 마음 속으로는 숨어 기다리는도다. Their tongue is as an arrow shot out; it speaketh deceit： one speaketh peaceably to his neighbour with his mouth, but in heart he layeth his wait. | |||
| ☞렘9:9 | 내가 이 일들로 인하여 그들을 감찰하지 아니하겠느냐? 내 혼이 이같은 민족에게 보복하지 아니하겠느냐? 주가 말하노라. Shall I not visit them for these things? saith the LORD： shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this? | |||
| ☞렘9:10 | 내가 산들을 위하여 울고 울부짖으며 광야의 거처를 위하여 애곡하나니, 이는 그들이 불에 탔으므로 아무도 지나갈 수 없으며 사람들이 가축의 소리도 들을 수 없음이라. 하늘들의 새와 짐승도 다 도망하여 사라졌도다. For the mountains will I take up a weeping and wailing, and for the habitations of the wilderness a lamentation, because they are burned up, so that none can pass through them; neither can men hear the voice of the cattle; both the fowl of the heavens and the beast are fled; they are gone. | |||
| ☞렘9:11 | 또 내가 예루살렘을 황폐케 하여 용들의 소굴로 만들겠으며, 내가 유다의 성읍들을 황폐케 하여 거민이 한 명도 없게 하리라. And I will make Jerusalem heaps, and a den of dragons; and I will make the cities of Judah desolate, without an inhabitant. | |||
| ☞렘9:12 | 현명한 자가 누구이기에 이 일을 깨닫겠느냐? 주의 입이 누구에게 말하여야 그가 그것을 선포하겠느냐? 어찌하여 그 땅이 패망하여 광야같이 불타서 아무도 지나가지 않느냐? Who is the wise man, that may understand this? and who is he to whom the mouth of the LORD hath spoken, that he may declare it, for what the land perisheth and is burned up like a wilderness, that none passeth through? | |||
| ☞렘9:13 | 주가 말하노니, 이는 그들이 내가 그들 앞에 세운 나의 율법은 버리고 내 음성에 복종치 아니하며 그대로 행하지 아니하며 And the LORD saith, Because they have forsaken my law which I set before them, and have not obeyed my voice, neither walked therein; | |||
| ☞렘9:14 | 오히려 자기 자신들의 마음의 상상과 그들의 조상들이 그들에게 가르쳤던 바알들을 따라 행했음이라. But have walked after the imagination of their own heart, and after Baalim, which their fathers taught them： | |||
| ☞렘9:15 | 그러므로 만군의 주, 이스라엘의 하나님이 이같이 말하노라. 보라, 내가 그들, 즉 이 백성을 먹이리니 쑥으로 먹이고 독이 든 물을 주어 마시게 하리라. Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will feed them, even this people, with wormwood, and give them water of gall to drink. | |||
| ☞렘9:16 | 내가 또한 그들을 그들이나 그들의 조상들도 알지 못했던 이방 가운데 흩어 버리고 그 뒤를 따라 칼을 보내리니, 내가 그들을 진멸시킬 때까지라. I will scatter them also among the heathen, whom neither they nor their fathers have known： and I will send a sword after them, till I have consumed them. | |||
| ☞렘9:17 | 만군의 주가 이같이 말하노니, 너희는 깊이 생각하고 애곡하는 여인들을 불러 오게 하고 또 보내어 현명한 여인들을 오게 하여 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Consider ye, and call for the mourning women, that they may come; and send for cunning women, that they may come： | |||
| ☞렘9:18 | 그들로 서둘러서 우리를 위하여 호곡하게 하여 우리의 눈에서 눈물이 떨어지게 하며 우리의 눈꺼풀에서 물이 쏟아지게 하라. And let them make haste, and take up a wailing for us, that our eyes may run down with tears, and our eyelids gush out with waters. | |||
| ☞렘9:19 | 호곡 소리가 시온으로부터 들리니 우리가 어찌 망하였는고! 우리가 크게 수치를 당하였으니, 이는 우리가 그 땅을 버렸기 때문이며 우리들의 처소가 무너졌기 때문이라. For a voice of wailing is heard out of Zion, How are we spoiled! we are greatly confounded, because we have forsaken the land, because our dwellings have cast us out. | |||
| ☞렘9:20 | 그러나, 오 너희 여인들아, 주의 말씀을 들으라. 너희 귀로 주의 입의 말씀을 받아서 너희 딸들이 호곡하도록 가르치고 각자가 자기 이웃에게 애가를 가르치라. Yet hear the word of the LORD, O ye women, and let your ear receive the word of his mouth, and teach your daughters wailing, and every one her neighbour lamentation. | |||
| ☞렘9:21 | 이는 사망이 우리의 창문들로 올라오며 우리의 궁들로 들어와서 밖에서는 자녀들을, 거리에서는 청년들을 끊음이라. For death is come up into our windows, and is entered into our palaces, to cut off the children from without, and the young men from the streets. | |||
| ☞렘9:22 | 주가 이같이 말하노라. 너는 말하라. 사람들의 시체가 똥같이 들판에 떨어질 것이요, 수확하는 자 뒤에 떨어진 곡식처럼 아무도 그것들을 거두지 아니하리라. Speak, Thus saith the LORD, Even the carcases of men shall fall as dung upon the open field, and as the handful after the harvestman, and none shall gather them. | |||
| ☞렘9:23 | 주가 이같이 말하노니, 현명한 자는 자기 지혜를 자랑하지 말며, 용사는 자기 힘을 자랑하지 말고, 부자는 자기의 부를 자랑하지 말라. Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches： | |||
| ☞렘9:24 | 그러나 자랑하는 자는 이것으로 자랑할지니 그가 깨달아 나를 알아서 내가 이 땅에서 자애와 공의와 의를 행사하는 주임을 아는 것이라. 이는 내가 이 일들을 기뻐함이라. 주가 말하노라. But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth： for in these things I delight, saith the LORD. | |||
| ☞렘9:25 | 보라, 주가 말하노라. 그 날들이 오면 내가 할례받은 모든 자들을 할례받지 아니한 자들과 더불어 벌하리니, Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will punish all them which are circumcised with the uncircumcised; | |||
| ☞렘9:26 | 곧 이집트와 유다와 에돔과 암몬의 자손과 모압과 멀리 떨어진 변경에 사는 모든 자들과 광야에 사는 자들이니, 이는 이 모든 민족들이 할례받지 아니하였으며 또 이스라엘의 모든 집도 마음 속에 할례받지 아니하였음이라. Egypt, and Judah, and Edom, and the children of Ammon, and Moab, and all that are in the utmost corners, that dwell in the wilderness： for all these nations are uncircumcised, and all the house of Israel are uncircumcised in the heart. | |||
