| ☞렘11:1 | 말씀이 주께로부터 예레미야에게 임하여 말씀하시니라. The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD saying, | |||
| ☞렘11:2 | 너희는 이 약속의 말씀들을 듣고 유다 사람들과 예루살렘 거민에게 고하라. Hear ye the words of this covenant, and speak unto the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem; | |||
| ☞렘11:3 | 너는 그들에게 말하라. 주 이스라엘의 하나님이 이같이 말하노라. 이 언약의 말씀들에 복종하지 않는 자는 저주를 받을지니 And say thou unto them, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel; Cursed be the man that obeyeth not the words of this covenant, | |||
| ☞렘11:4 | 이것은 내가 이집트 땅에서, 철 용광로로부터 너희를 인도하였던 날에 너희 조상에게 명령하였던 것으로, 내 음성에 복종하고 내가 명령한 모든 것대로 행하면 너희는 나의 백성이 되고 나는 너희 하나님이 되리라는 것이니라. Which I commanded your fathers in the day that I brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, from the iron furnace, saying, Obey my voice, and do them, according to all which I command you： so shall ye be my people, and I will be your God： | |||
| ☞렘11:5 | 이는 내가 너희 조상들에게 젖과 꿀이 흐르는 땅을 주겠다고 맹세한 그 맹세를 오늘날도 그와 마찬가지로 행하기 위해서라. 그때 내가 대답하여 말씀드리기를 "오 주여, 그렇게 되옵소서." 하니 That I may perform the oath which I have sworn unto your fathers, to give them a land flowing with milk and honey, as it is this day. Then answered I, and said, So be it, O LORD. | |||
| ☞렘11:6 | 그때 주께서 내게 말씀하시더라. 이 모든 말을 유다의 성읍들과 예루살렘의 거리들에서 일러 선포하라. 너희는 이 언약의 말씀을 듣고 그것들을 행하라. Then the LORD said unto me, Proclaim all these words in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, saying, Hear ye the words of this covenant, and do them. | |||
| ☞렘11:7 | 내가 이집트 땅에서 너희를 인도하여 낸 그 날에서 오늘에 이르기까지, 너희 조상들에게 간절히 경고하였고 일찍 일어나 경고하여 말하기를, "내 음성에 복종하라." 하였으나 For I earnestly protested unto your fathers in the day that I brought them up out of the land of Egypt, even unto this day, rising early and protesting, saying, Obey my voice. | |||
| ☞렘11:8 | 그들은 복종치도 아니하였으며 그들의 귀도 기울이지 아니하고 각기 그들의 악한 마음의 상상대로 행했느니라. 그러므로 내가 그들에게 행하도록 명령하였으나 그들이 행치 아니한 이 언약의 모든 말씀들을 그들 위에 응하게 하겠노라. Yet they obeyed not, nor inclined their ear, but walked every one in the imagination of their evil heart： therefore I will bring upon them all the words of this covenant, which I commanded them to do： but they did them not. | |||
| ☞렘11:9 | 또 주께서 내게 말씀하시니라. 유다 사람들과 예루살렘의 거민들 가운데 한 음모가 발견되었도다. And the LORD said unto me, A conspiracy is found among the men of Judah, and among the inhabitants of Jerusalem. | |||
| ☞렘11:10 | 그들은 내 말 듣기를 거절했던 그들의 선조들의 죄악으로 돌아가서 다른 신들을 좇아 섬겼으니, 이스라엘 집과 유다 집이 내가 그들의 조상들과 더불어 맺은 내 언약을 파기하였도다. They are turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, which refused to hear my words; and they went after other gods to serve them： the house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken my covenant which I made with their fathers. | |||
| ☞렘11:11 | 그러므로 주가 이같이 말하노라. 보라, 내가 재앙을 그들 위에 가져오리니, 그들이 그것을 피할 수 없을 것이며, 또 그들이 내게 부르짖는다 해도 내가 그들에게 경청하지 아니하리라. Therefore thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will bring evil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and though they shall cry unto me, I will not hearken unto them. | |||
| ☞렘11:12 | 그러면 유다의 성읍들과 예루살렘의 거민들은 그들이 분향하는 신들에게로 가서 부르짖을 것이나 그 신들은 그들의 고난의 때에 조금도 그들을 구원하지 못하리라. Then shall the cities of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem go, and cry unto the gods unto whom they offer incense： but they shall not save them at all in the time of their trouble. | |||
| ☞렘11:13 | 오 유다야, 네 성읍들의 수에 따라 네 신들이 있으며, 예루살렘 거리들의 수에 따라 너희가 그 수치스러운 것에게 제단들을 세웠으니, 즉 바알에게 분향하는 제단들이라. For according to the number of thy cities were thy gods, O Judah; and according to the number of the streets of Jerusalem have ye set up altars to that shameful thing, even altars to burn incense unto Baal. | |||
| ☞렘11:14 | 그러므로 너는 이 백성을 위하여 기도하지 말라. 그들을 위하여 부르짖거나 기도하지 말라. 이는 그들이 그들의 고난으로 인해 내게 부르짖을 때에 내가 그들을 듣지 아니할 것임이라. Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither lift up a cry or prayer for them： for I will not hear them in the time that they cry unto me for their trouble. | |||
| ☞렘11:15 | 그녀가 많은 사람들과 더불어 추잡한 짓을 행했으며 거룩한 육체가 네게서 지나가 버렸으니 나의 사랑하는 자가 내 집에서 무엇을 해야 하는가? 네가 악을 행할 때에 기뻐하는도다. What hath my beloved to do in mine house, seeing she hath wrought lewdness with many, and the holy flesh is passed from thee? when thou doest evil, then thou rejoicest. | |||
| ☞렘11:16 | 주가 네 이름을 불러 아름답고 좋은 열매 맺는 푸른 올리브 나무라 했는데 큰 소요 소리와 더불어 그가 그 위에 불을 지피니 그 가지들이 꺾였도다. The LORD called thy name, A green olive tree, fair, and of goodly fruit： with the noise of a great tumult he hath kindled fire upon it, and the branches of it are broken. | |||
| ☞렘11:17 | 너를 심은 만군의 주가 너에게 재앙을 선포하였도다. 이는 이스라엘 집과 유다 집의 악으로 인함이니, 그들이 바알에게 분향함으로 나를 격노케 하여 그들 스스로를 거슬러 행하였음이라. For the LORD of hosts, that planted thee, hath pronounced evil against thee, for the evil of the house of Israel and of the house of Judah, which they have done against themselves to provoke me to anger in offering incense unto Baal. | |||
| ☞렘11:18 | 주께서 내게 그것에 관한 지식을 주셔서 내가 그것을 알았으니, 그때 주께서 내게 그들의 행위를 보여 주셨도다. And the LORD hath given me knowledge of it, and I know it： then thou shewedst me their doings. | |||
| ☞렘11:19 | 그러나 나는 도살장으로 끌려가는 어린 양이나 소 같아서 그들이 나를 대적하여 계략을 꾸미며 말하기를 "그 나무를 과실과 더불어 진멸하자. 산 자의 땅에서 그를 끊어 버려서 그의 이름이 더이상 기억되지 못하게 하자." 함을 내가 알지 못하였나이다. But I was like a lamb or an ox that is brought to the slaughter; and I knew not that they had devised devices against me, saying, Let us destroy the tree with the fruit thereof, and let us cut him off from the land of the living, that his name may be no more remembered. | |||
| ☞렘11:20 | 의롭게 판단하시고 속과 마음을 단련하시는, 오 만군의 주여, 그들에 대한 주의 복수를 나로 보게 하소서. 이는 내가 주께 나의 송사를 드러내었음이니이다. But, O LORD of hosts, that judgest righteously, that triest the reins and the heart, let me see thy vengeance on them： for unto thee have I revealed my cause. | |||
| ☞렘11:21 | 그러므로 아나돗 사람들에 대해 주가 이같이 말하노니, 네 생명을 찾는 자가 이르기를 "주의 이름으로 예언하지 말라. 그래야 네가 우리의 손에 죽지 아니하리라." 하도다. Therefore thus saith the LORD of the men of Anathoth, that seek thy life, saying, Prophesy not in the name of the LORD, that thou die not by our hand： | |||
| ☞렘11:22 | 그러므로 만군의 주가 말하노니, 보라, 내가 그들을 벌하리라. 청년들은 칼에 죽을 것이요, 그들의 아들들과 딸들은 기근으로 죽으리라. Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, Behold, I will punish them： the young men shall die by the sword; their sons and their daughters shall die by famine： | |||
| ☞렘11:23 | 또 그들 가운데 남는 자가 없으리라. 이는 내가 아나돗 사람들 위에 재앙을 내릴 것임이니 곧 그들을 감찰할 해니라. And there shall be no remnant of them： for I will bring evil upon the men of Anathoth, even the year of their visitation. | |||
