| ☞렘49:1 | 암몬인에 관하여 주가 이같이 말하노라. 이스라엘에게 아들들이 없느냐? 이스라엘에게 상속자가 없느냐? 그런데 어찌하여 그들의 왕이 갓을 이어받으며 그의 백성이 갓의 성읍들에서 거하느냐? Concerning the Ammonites, thus saith the LORD; Hath Israel no sons? hath he no heir? why then doth their king inherit Gad, and his people dwell in his cities? | |||
| ☞렘49:2 | 그러므로, 보라, 주가 말하노라. 그 날들이 오리니, 내가 암몬인들의 랍바에서 경고 소리가 들리게 하리라. 또 그곳은 황폐한 무더기가 될 것이며 그들의 딸들은 불에 탈 것이요, 그때에 이스라엘은 그의 상속자들이 되었던 자들에게 상속자가 되리라. 주가 말하노라. Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will cause an alarm of war to be heard in Rabbah of the Ammonites; and it shall be a desolate heap, and her daughters shall be burned with fire： then shall Israel be heir unto them that were his heirs, saith the LORD. | |||
| ☞렘49:3 | 오 헤스본아, 애곡하라. 이는 아이가 파괴되었음이라. 너희 랍바의 딸들아, 부르짖으라. 너희는 굵은 베로 두르고 애통하며 울타리 옆으로 오가며 달릴지니라. 이는 그들의 왕과 그의 제사장들과 그의 고관들이 모두 다 사로잡혀 갈 것임이라. Howl, O Heshbon, for Ai is spoiled： cry, ye daughters of Rabbah, gird you with sackcloth; lament, and run to and fro by the hedges; for their king shall go into captivity, and his priests and his princes together. | |||
| ☞렘49:4 | 오 타락한 딸아, 어찌하여 너는 그 재물을 신뢰했던 골짜기들, 너의 흐르는 골짜기에서 자랑하며 말하기를 "누가 내게 오리요?" 하느냐? Wherefore gloriest thou in the valleys, thy flowing valley, O backsliding daughter? that trusted in her treasures, saying, Who shall come unto me? | |||
| ☞렘49:5 | 만군의 주 하나님이 말하노라. 보라, 내가 네 주위에 있는 모든 자들로부터 두려움을 네게 내리리니, 너희는 각자가 곧장 쫓겨나갈 것이며 방황하는 자를 모을 자가 아무도 없으리라. Behold, I will bring a fear upon thee, saith the Lord GOD of hosts, from all those that be about thee; and ye shall be driven out every man right forth; and none shall gather up him that wandereth. | |||
| ☞렘49:6 | 그 후에 내가 암몬 자손들의 사로잡혀 간 자들을 다시 데려오리라. 주가 말하노라. And afterward I will bring again the captivity of the children of Ammon, saith the LORD. | |||
| ☞렘49:7 | 에돔에 관하여 만군의 주가 이같이 말하노라. 테만에 더이상 지혜가 없느냐? 분별있는 사람으로부터 계략이 없어졌느냐? 그들의 지혜가 사라졌느냐? Concerning Edom, thus saith the LORD of hosts; Is wisdom no more in Teman? is counsel perished from the prudent? is their wisdom vanished? | |||
| ☞렘49:8 | 오 드단의 거민들아, 너희는 도피하였다가 돌이켜 깊은 데 거하라. 이는 내가 그를 감찰할 때 그에게 에서의 재난을 내릴 것임이라. Flee ye, turn back, dwell deep, O inhabitants of Dedan; for I will bring the calamity of Esau upon him, the time that I will visit him. | |||
| ☞렘49:9 | 포도를 거두는 자들이 네게 오면 그들이 포도 이삭들을 얼마는 남겨 놓지 않겠느냐? 만일 도둑들이 밤에 들면 그들이 만족할 때까지 파괴하리라. If grapegatherers come to thee, would they not leave some gleaning grapes? if thieves by night, they will destroy till they have enough. | |||
| ☞렘49:10 | 그러나 내가 에서를 벗겼고 내가 그의 비밀스런 자리들을 들춰 냈으니, 그가 자신을 숨길 수 없으리라. 그의 씨와 형제와 이웃들이 멸망하였어도 그는 아니라. But I have made Esau bare, I have uncovered his secret places, and he shall not be able to hide himself： his seed is spoiled, and his brethren, and his neighbours, and he is not. | |||
| ☞렘49:11 | 네 아비 없는 자식들을 남겨 두라. 내가 그들을 살려 두겠노라. 또 네 과부들은 나를 의지할지니라. Leave thy fatherless children, I will preserve them alive; and let thy widows trust in me. | |||
| ☞렘49:12 | 주가 이같이 말하노라. 보라, 그 잔을 마시지 않는 것이 자기들의 심판인 사람들이 분명히 마셔 버렸으니, 네가 형벌을 전혀 받지 않고 가겠느냐? 네가 형벌을 받지 않고서는 가지 못할 것이나, 네가 반드시 그것을 마실 것이니라. For thus saith the LORD; Behold, they whose judgment was not to drink of the cup have assuredly drunken; and art thou he that shall altogether go unpunished? thou shalt not go unpunished, but thou shalt surely drink of it. | |||
| ☞렘49:13 | 주가 말하노라. 내가 나로 맹세하나니, 보스라가 폐허와 비난거리와 황폐와 저주가 될 것이요, 또 거기의 모든 성읍들이 영속적으로 황폐함이 되리라. For I have sworn by myself, saith the LORD, that Bozrah shall become a desolation, a reproach, a waste, and a curse; and all the cities thereof shall be perpetual wastes. | |||
| ☞렘49:14 | 내가 주께로부터 오는 소문을 들었노라. 한 대사를 이방에 보내어 말씀하시기를 "너희는 함께 모여 그녀를 치러 와서 싸움터로 올라가라." 하시더라. I have heard a rumour from the LORD, and an ambassador is sent unto the heathen, saying, Gather ye together, and come against her, and rise up to the battle. | |||
| ☞렘49:15 | 보라, 내가 너를 이방 가운데서 작게 만들고 사람들 가운데서 멸시하리라. For, lo, I will make thee small among the heathen, and despised among men. | |||
| ☞렘49:16 | 오 너 바위틈에서 거하고 산의 높은 곳을 차지한 자야, 너의 두렵게 여김과 네 마음의 교만이 너를 속였도다. 네가 너의 보금자리를 독수리처럼 높게 지었을지라도 내가 거기서 너를 끌어내리리라. 주가 말하노라. Thy terribleness hath deceived thee, and the pride of thine heart, O thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, that holdest the height of the hill： though thou shouldest make thy nest as high as the eagle, I will bring thee down from thence, saith the LORD. | |||
| ☞렘49:17 | 에돔 역시 폐허가 되리니, 거기로 지나가는 자는 누구나 놀라며 그곳의 모든 재앙들을 함께 경멸하리라. Also Edom shall be a desolation： every one that goeth by it shall be astonished, and shall hiss at all the plagues thereof. | |||
| ☞렘49:18 | 주가 말하노라. 소돔과 고모라와 그 이웃 성읍들이 멸망당한 것같이 아무도 거기에 거하는 사람이 없을 것이며 거기에 거할 사람의 아들도 없으리라. As in the overthrow of Sodom and Gomorrah and the neighbour cities thereof, saith the LORD, no man shall abide there, neither shall a son of man dwell in it. | |||
| ☞렘49:19 | 보라, 사자가 요단의 굽이침에서 나옴 같이 그가 요새의 거민을 치러 올라오리라. 그러나 내가 곧 그를 거기서 쫓아내리라. 내가 그 땅 위에 세울 선택받은 자가 누구인가? 나와 같은 이가 누구인가? 또 내게 때를 정해 줄 자가 누구인가? 내 앞에 설 그 목자가 누구인가? Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of Jordan against the habitation of the strong： but I will suddenly make him run away from her： and who is a chosen man, that I may appoint over her? for who is like me? and who will appoint me the time? and who is that shepherd that will stand before me? | |||
| ☞렘49:20 | 그러므로 주가 에돔에 대하여 취한 그의 계획과 테만의 거민들에 대하여 의도한 그의 의도를 들으라. 양떼의 가장 작은 것이 반드시 그들을 끌어내고 그가 반드시 그들의 처소들을 그들과 더불어 황폐케 하리라. Therefore hear the counsel of the LORD, that he hath taken against Edom; and his purposes, that he hath purposed against the inhabitants of Teman： Surely the least of the flock shall draw them out： surely he shall make their habitations desolate with them. | |||
| ☞렘49:21 | 그들의 쓰러지는 소리에 땅이 움직이겠고 그들의 부르짖는 소리가 홍해에 들리리라. The earth is moved at the noise of their fall, at the cry the noise thereof was heard in the Red sea. | |||
| ☞렘49:22 | 보라, 그가 독수리처럼 올라와서 날며 그의 날개를 보스라 위에 펼 것이라. 그 날에 에돔의 용사의 마음이 진통중에 있는 여인의 마음과 같으리라. Behold, he shall come up and fly as the eagle, and spread his wings over Bozrah： and at that day shall the heart of the mighty men of Edom be as the heart of a woman in her pangs. | |||
| ☞렘49:23 | 다마스커스에 관한 말씀이라. 하맛과 아르팟이 수치를 당하리니, 이는 그들이 나쁜 소식들을 듣고 낙심함이라. 바다에는 슬픔이 있고 고요함이 없도다. Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad： for they have heard evil tidings： they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it cannot be quiet. | |||
| ☞렘49:24 | 다마스커스가 유약해져서 도망치려고 몸을 돌리니, 두려움이 그녀에게 엄습하고 고통과 슬픔이 마치 진통하는 여인처럼 그녀를 붙들었도다. Damascus is waxed feeble, and turneth herself to flee, and fear hath seized on her： anguish and sorrows have taken her, as a woman in travail. | |||
| ☞렘49:25 | 찬양의 성읍, 내 기쁨의 성읍이 어찌 버려지지 않았는가! How is the city of praise not left, the city of my joy! | |||
| ☞렘49:26 | 그러므로 그곳의 청년들이 그 거리에서 쓰러질 것이요, 모든 전사들은 그 날에 끊기리라. 만군의 주가 말하노라. Therefore her young men shall fall in her streets, and all the men of war shall be cut off in that day, saith the LORD of hosts. | |||
| ☞렘49:27 | 내가 다마스커스의 성벽에 불을 붙이리니 그 불이 벤하닷의 궁들을 사르리라. And I will kindle a fire in the wall of Damascus, and it shall consume the palaces of Benhadad. | |||
| ☞렘49:28 | 바빌론의 느부캇넷살왕이 칠 케달과 하솔의 왕국들에 관하여 주가 이같이 말하노라. 너희는 일어나서 케달로 올라가서 동쪽의 사람들을 멸하라. Concerning Kedar, and concerning the kingdoms of Hazor, which Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon shall smite, thus saith the LORD; Arise ye, go up to Kedar, and spoil the men of the east. | |||
| ☞렘49:29 | 그들은 그 사람들의 장막들과 양떼들을 빼앗아 가며, 그 사람들의 휘장들과 그 모든 기명들과 그 낙타들을 자기들의 것으로 삼고, 그들은 그 사람들에게 "두려움이 사면에 있다."고 외칠 것이라. Their tents and their flocks shall they take away： they shall take to themselves their curtains, and all their vessels, and their camels; and they shall cry unto them, Fear is on every side. | |||
| ☞렘49:30 | 주가 말하노라. 오 너희 하솔의 거민들아, 도망하라. 멀리 가서 깊은 데 거하라. 이는 바빌론의 느부캇넷살왕이 너희를 대적하여 계획을 세웠으며 너희를 칠 한 계략을 품었음이라. Flee, get you far off, dwell deep, O ye inhabitants of Hazor, saith the LORD; for Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon hath taken counsel against you, and hath conceived a purpose against you. | |||
| ☞렘49:31 | 주가 말하노라, 일어나서 염려 없이 거하고 성문이나 빗장도 없이 그들만이 사는 부유한 민족에게 올라가라. Arise, get you up unto the wealthy nation, that dwelleth without care, saith the LORD, which have neither gates nor bars, which dwell alone. | |||
| ☞렘49:32 | 그들의 낙타들은 전리품이 되고 수많은 가축은 약탈물이 되리라. 내가 먼 변방에 있는 그들을 모든 바람으로 흩어 버릴 것이요, 또 내가 사면에서 그들의 재난을 가져오리라. 주가 말하노라. And their camels shall be a booty, and the multitude of their cattle a spoil： and I will scatter into all winds them that are in the utmost corners; and I will bring their calamity from all sides thereof, saith the LORD. | |||
| ☞렘49:33 | 하솔은 용들의 처소가 되어 영원히 황폐할 것이요, 거기에는 아무도 사는 사람이 없을 것이며, 그 어떤 사람의 아들도 그 안에 거하지 아니하리라. And Hazor shall be a dwelling for dragons, and a desolation for ever： there shall no man abide there, nor any son of man dwell in it. | |||
| ☞렘49:34 | 유다의 시드키야왕이 치리하기 시작할 때에 엘람에 대한 주의 말씀이 선지자 예레미야에게 임하여 말씀하시기를 The word of the LORD that came to Jeremiah the prophet against Elam in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, saying, | |||
| ☞렘49:35 | 만군의 주가 이같이 말하노라. 보라, 내가 그들의 힘의 우두머리인 엘람의 활을 꺾으리라. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will break the bow of Elam, the chief of their might. | |||
| ☞렘49:36 | 또 엘람에게 내가 하늘의 사방으로부터 네 바람을 가져와서 그 모든 바람들을 향하여 그들을 흩어 버릴 것이니, 엘람의 쫓겨난 자들이 가지 않을 민족이 없으리라. And upon Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation whither the outcasts of Elam shall not come. | |||
| ☞렘49:37 | 내가 엘람으로 그들 원수들의 앞과 그들의 생명을 찾는 자들 앞에서 놀라게 할 것이며 내가 그들에게 재앙, 즉 나의 불같은 진노를 가져오리라. 주가 말하노라. 또 내가 그들을 쫓아 칼을 보내리니 내가 그들을 진멸할 때까지 하리라. For I will cause Elam to be dismayed before their enemies, and before them that seek their life： and I will bring evil upon them, even my fierce anger, saith the LORD; and I will send the sword after them, till I have consumed them： | |||
| ☞렘49:38 | 내가 엘람에다 내 보좌를 세우고 그 왕과 고관들을 그곳으로부터 멸하리라. 주가 말하노라. And I will set my throne in Elam, and will destroy from thence the king and the princes, saith the LORD. | |||
| ☞렘49:39 | 그러나 훗날들에 내가 엘람의 사로잡힌 자들을 돌아오게 하리라. 주가 말하노라. But it shall come to pass in the latter days, that I will bring again the captivity of Elam, saith the LORD. | |||
