| ☞사47:1 | 내려와 티끌 속에 앉으라. 오 바빌론의 처녀 딸아, 땅에 앉으라. 칼대아인들의 딸아, 거기에는 보좌가 없도다. 이는 네가 다시는 부드럽고 우아하다고 칭함을 받지 못할 것임이라. Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground： there is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans： for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate. | |||
| ☞사47:2 | 맷돌을 가져다가 곡식을 갈며, 머리카락을 덮지 말고 다리를 걷고 허벅지를 드러내어 강들을 건너라. Take the millstones, and grind meal： uncover thy locks, make bare the leg, uncover the thigh, pass over the rivers. | |||
| ☞사47:3 | 네 벌거벗음이 드러나며, 정녕, 네 수치가 보이리라. 내가 복수하리니 내가 너를 사람으로 대하지 아니하리라. Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yea, thy shame shall be seen： I will take vengeance, and I will not meet thee as a man. | |||
| ☞사47:4 | 우리의 구속자로 말하면, 그의 이름이 만군의 주시요 이스라엘의 거룩한 분이시니라. As for our redeemer, the LORD of hosts is his name, the Holy One of Israel. | |||
| ☞사47:5 | 오 칼데아인들의 딸아, 너는 조용히 앉고 어두움 속으로 들어가라. 이는 네가 더이상 "왕국들의 귀부인이라."고 칭함을 받지 못할 것임이니라. Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans： for thou shalt no more be called, The lady of kingdoms. | |||
| ☞사47:6 | 내가 내 백성에게 노하여, 내가 내 유업을 더럽혀서 네 손에 주었도다. 네가 그들에게 자비를 베풀지 아니하고 늙은이에게 네 멍에를 심히 무겁게 지우며 I was wroth with my people, I have polluted mine inheritance, and given them into thine hand： thou didst shew them no mercy; upon the ancient hast thou very heavily laid thy yoke. | |||
| ☞사47:7 | 말하기를 "내가 영원히 귀부인이 되리라." 하여, 이런 일들을 네 마음에 두지도 아니하였고 그것의 제일 끝도 기억하지 아니하였도다. And thou saidst, I shall be a lady for ever： so that thou didst not lay these things to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end of it. | |||
| ☞사47:8 | 그러므로 이제 이것을 들으라. 환락에 내어 준 너는 태평하게 살며 마음 속에 말하기를 "나뿐이라. 나 외에 다른 이가 없도다. 나는 과부로 주저앉지도 않을 것이며 자녀를 잃어버리는 일도 모르리라." 하는도다. Therefore hear now this, thou that art given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children： | |||
| ☞사47:9 | 그러나 한 날, 한 순간에 이 두 가지 일, 즉 자녀를 잃는 일과 과부되는 일이 네게 임하리라. 그 일들은 네가 무수한 마술들과 허다한 마법들을 베풀지라도 온전하게 네게 임하리라. But these two things shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood： they shall come upon thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries, and for the great abundance of thine enchantments. | |||
| ☞사47:10 | 이는 네가 네 사악함을 의지하고 말하기를 "나를 보는 자가 없다." 하였음이라. 네 지혜와 네 지식이 너를 패역케 하였으니, 네가 네 마음 속에 말하기를 "나뿐이라. 나 외에 다른 이가 없도다." 하였음이라. For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness： thou hast said, None seeth me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee; and thou hast said in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me. | |||
| ☞사47:11 | 그러므로 악이 네게 임하여도 너는 그것이 어디서 일어나는지 모를 것이며, 재앙이 네게 닥칠 것이나 너는 그것을 제거하지 못하겠고, 또 파멸이 네게 갑자기 임하여도 너는 그것을 알지 못하리라. Therefore shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know from whence it riseth： and mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it off： and desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou shalt not know. | |||
| ☞사47:12 | 너는 네 젊은 시절부터 애썼던 네 마법들과 무수한 마술들을 가지고서, 네가 그렇게 유익을 얻을 수 있고, 네가 그렇게 이길 수 있다면, 이제 저항해 보라. Stand now with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be thou mayest prevail. | |||
| ☞사47:13 | 너는 너의 많은 계획 가운데서 피곤하게 되었도다. 이제 점성가들과 별을 보는 자들과 매달 징조를 예언하는 자들을 일으켜서, 네게 일어날 일들로부터 너를 구원하게 하라. Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee. | |||
| ☞사47:14 | 보라, 그들은 그루터기같이 되리니 불이 그들을 사르리라. 그들은 불꽃의 위력에서 자신들을 구해 낼 수 없으리니, 덥게 하는 숯불도 없고 그 앞에 앉을 불도 없으리라. Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame： there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire to sit before it. | |||
| ☞사47:15 | 너와 함께 수고했던 자들이 네게 이같이 되리니, 곧 네가 젊을 때부터 너와 장사하던 자들이라. 그들은 각기 자기의 처소로 방황하리니, 아무도 너를 구해 주지 못할 것이라. Thus shall they be unto thee with whom thou hast laboured, even thy merchants, from thy youth： they shall wander every one to his quarter; none shall save thee. | |||
