| ☞사41:1 | 오 섬들아, 내 앞에서 잠잠하라. 백성들로 힘을 새롭게 하게 하라. 그들로 가까이 오게 하고 그들로 말하게 하라. 우리가 서로 가까이하여 판단하자. Keep silence before me, O islands; and let the people renew their strength： let them come near; then let them speak： let us come near together to judgment. | |||
| ☞사41:2 | 누가 동방에서 의인을 일으켜서 그를 자기 발 앞에 불렀으며, 민족들을 그 앞에 주어서 왕들을 다스리게 하였느냐? 그가 그들을 그의 칼에 티끌 같게, 그의 활에 날아가는 그루터기 같게 하였도다. Who raised up the righteous man from the east, called him to his foot, gave the nations before him, and made him rule over kings? he gave them as the dust to his sword, and as driven stubble to his bow. | |||
| ☞사41:3 | 그가 그들을 쫓아가서 자기 발로 가 보지 못했던 그 길을 따라 안전하게 지나갔도다. He pursued them, and passed safely; even by the way that he had not gone with his feet. | |||
| ☞사41:4 | 누가 그 일을 이루어 행하였으며, 태초부터 세대들을 불렀겠느냐? 나 주, 곧 처음이요 또 나중에도 함께할, 내가 그니라. Who hath wrought and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I the LORD, the first, and with the last; I am he. | |||
| ☞사41:5 | 섬들이 그것을 보고 두려워하였고, 땅 끝들이 무서워하며 가까이 다가왔도다. The isles saw it, and feared; the ends of the earth were afraid, drew near, and came. | |||
| ☞사41:6 | 그들이 각기 자기 이웃을 도우며 자기 형제에게 말하기를 "너는 담대하라." 하였도다. They helped every one his neighbour; and every one said to his brother, Be of good courage. | |||
| ☞사41:7 | 그러므로 목수는 금 세공장이를 격려하며, 망치로 다듬는 자는 모루 치는 자를 격려하여 말하기를 "땜질할 준비가 되었도다." 하니 그가 못들로 단단히 고정하여 그것이 흔들리지 않게 하였도다. So the carpenter encouraged the goldsmith, and he that smootheth with the hammer him that smote the anvil, saying, It is ready for the sodering： and he fastened it with nails, that it should not be moved. | |||
| ☞사41:8 | 그러나 이스라엘, 내가 택한 야곱, 내 친구 아브라함의 씨야, 너는 나의 종이라. But thou, Israel, art my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend. | |||
| ☞사41:9 | 내가 너를 땅 끝들에서부터 취하였고 거기의 귀한 사람들로부터 너를 불러서 네게 말하기를 "너는 나의 종이라. 내가 너를 택하였고 버리지 아니하였도다." 하였노라. Thou whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou art my servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away. | |||
| ☞사41:10 | 두려워 말라, 내가 너와 함께함이라. 놀라지 말라, 내가 네 하나님임이라. 내가 너를 강건하게 하리라. 정녕, 내가 너를 도우리라. 정녕, 내가 내 의의 오른 손으로 너를 높이리라. Fear thou not; for I am with thee： be not dismayed; for I am thy God： I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. | |||
| ☞사41:11 | 보라, 네게 노했던 모든 자들이 수치와 욕을 당하리라. 그들은 하찮은 것같이 될 것이요, 너와 싸우는 자들은 망하리라. Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded： they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish. | |||
| ☞사41:12 | 네가 너와 싸우는 그들을 찾을 것이나 그들을 만나지 못하리라. 너를 대적하여 전쟁하는 그들은 하찮은 것같이 될 것이요 아무것도 아닌 것처럼 되리라. Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee： they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought. | |||
| ☞사41:13 | 이는 나 주 너의 하나님이 네 오른손을 붙들고 네게 말하기를 "두려워 말라, 내가 너를 도우리라." 할 것임이라. For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. | |||
| ☞사41:14 | 너 벌레 야곱아, 두려워 말라. 너희 이스라엘 사람들아, 내가 너를 도우리라. 이스라엘의 거룩한 분인 네 구속자, 곧 주가 말하노라. Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. | |||
| ☞사41:15 | 보라, 내가 너로 이가 날카로운 새 타작기구를 삼으리니, 네가 산들을 쳐서 부스러기로 만들 것이며 작은 산들을 쭉정이같이 만들 것이라. Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth： thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat them small, and shalt make the hills as chaff. | |||
| ☞사41:16 | 네가 그것들을 까부르리니 바람이 그것들을 날릴 것이며, 회오리 바람이 그들을 흩을 것이라. 네가 주 안에서 즐거워할 것이며 이스라엘의 거룩한 분 안에서 자랑하리라. Thou shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them： and thou shalt rejoice in the LORD, and shalt glory in the Holy One of Israel. | |||
| ☞사41:17 | 가난하고 궁핍한 자들이 물을 구하는데, 물이 없어서 그들의 혀가 갈증으로 덮이면 나 주가 그들을 들을 것이며 나 이스라엘의 하나님이 그들을 버리지 아니할 것이라. When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue faileth for thirst, I the LORD will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them. | |||
| ☞사41:18 | 내가 높은 곳에 강들을 열 것이며 골짜기들 가운데에 샘들을 열 것이라. 내가 광야로 물의 웅덩이를 만들겠으며 마른 땅으로 물의 근원이 되게 하리라. I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys： I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water. | |||
| ☞사41:19 | 내가 광야에다 백향목과 싯타나무와 도금양과 기름나무를 심겠으며, 내가 사막에다 잣나무와 소나무와 상자나무를 두리니 I will plant in the wilderness the cedar, the shittah tree, and the myrtle, and the oil tree; I will set in the desert the fir tree, and the pine, and the box tree together： | |||
| ☞사41:20 | 주의 손이 이 일을 이루었고 이스라엘의 거룩하신 분이 그것을 창조하신 것을 그들이 보고 알며 헤아리고 깨달을 것이니라. That they may see, and know, and consider, and understand together, that the hand of the LORD hath done this, and the Holy One of Israel hath created it. | |||
| ☞사41:21 | 주가 말하노니 너희는 송사를 일으키라. 야곱의 왕이 말하노니 너희의 강력한 주장을 내어 놓으라. Produce your cause, saith the LORD; bring forth your strong reasons, saith the King of Jacob. | |||
| ☞사41:22 | 그들로 주장들을 내어 놓고 무슨 일이 일어날지를 우리에게 보이게 하라. 그들로 이전 일들을 보이게 하여, 그것들이 무엇이든지 간에, 우리로 그 일들을 숙고하고 그 일들의 나중 결말도 알게 하라. 아니면 앞으로 있을 일들을 우리에게 선포할지니라. Let them bring them forth, and shew us what shall happen： let them shew the former things, what they be, that we may consider them, and know the latter end of them; or declare us things for to come. | |||
| ☞사41:23 | 이후에 있을 일들을 보여 주어 우리로 너희가 신들인 것을 알게 하라. 정녕, 선을 행하거나 악을 행하라. 우리가 놀라며 그것을 함께 보리라. Shew the things that are to come hereafter, that we may know that ye are gods： yea, do good, or do evil, that we may be dismayed, and behold it together. | |||
| ☞사41:24 | 보라, 너희는 아무것도 아니며 너희의 일은 헛것이라. 너희를 택한 자는 가증함이라. Behold, ye are of nothing, and your work of nought： an abomination is he that chooseth you. | |||
| ☞사41:25 | 내가 한 사람을 북쪽으로부터 일으켰으니 그가 오리라. 태양이 뜨는 곳으로부터 그가 내 이름을 부르리니 그가 와서 통치자들을 마치 회반죽을 이김같이, 토기장이가 진흙을 밟음같이 하리라. I have raised up one from the north, and he shall come： from the rising of the sun shall he call upon my name： and he shall come upon princes as upon morter, and as the potter treadeth clay. | |||
| ☞사41:26 | 누가 처음부터 이 일을 고하여 우리로 알게 하였으며, 또 이전부터 고하여 우리로 "그는 의롭다."고 말하게 하였느냐? 정녕 보여 주는 자도 없고, 정녕 고하는 자도 없고, 정녕 너희 말을 듣는 자도 없도다. Who hath declared from the beginning, that we may know? and beforetime, that we may say, He is righteous? yea, there is none that sheweth, yea, there is none that declareth, yea, there is none that heareth your words. | |||
| ☞사41:27 | 첫째가 시온에 말하기를 "보라, 그들을 보라." 하리니 내가 기쁜 소식을 가져 오는 자를 예루살렘에 주리라. The first shall say to Zion, Behold, behold them： and I will give to Jerusalem one that bringeth good tidings. | |||
| ☞사41:28 | 내가 보았더니 아무도 없으며, 그들 가운데는 내가 그들에게 물었을 때 한 마디의 답변을 줄 수 있는 어떤 상담자도 없었도다. For I beheld, and there was no man; even among them, and there was no counsellor, that, when I asked of them, could answer a word. | |||
| ☞사41:29 | 보라, 그들은 모두가 헛것이며 그들의 만든 것들은 아무것도 아니요, 그들이 부어 만든 형상들은 바람이며 혼돈뿐이라. Behold, they are all vanity; their works are nothing： their molten images are wind and confusion. | |||
