| ☞사14:1 | 이는 주가 야곱에게 자비를 베풀고 이스라엘을 여전히 택하여 그들을 그들의 본토에 둘 것이요, 타국인들은 그들에게 연합하게 되어 야곱의 집에 붙어 있게 될 것임이라. For the LORD will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land： and the strangers shall be joined with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob. | |||
| ☞사14:2 | 백성이 그들을 데리고 가서 그들의 본토로 데려올 것이요, 이스라엘 집은 주의 땅에서 그들을 종과 계집종으로 차지할 것이요, 또 그들은 자기들을 사로잡았던 자들을 사로잡고 자기들을 압제하던 자들을 주관하리라. And the people shall take them, and bring them to their place： and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of the LORD for servants and handmaids： and they shall take them captives, whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors. | |||
| ☞사14:3 | 그 날에 주가 네가 섬기게 되었던 곳에서 네 슬픔과 네 두려움과 네 고역으로부터 네게 안식을 주리니 And it shall come to pass in the day that the LORD shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy fear, and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve, | |||
| ☞사14:4 | 너는 바빌론 왕에 대하여 이 잠언을 지어 말하기를 "압제자가 어찌 그쳤으며 황금의 성읍이 어찌 그쳤는가!" 하리라. That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased! | |||
| ☞사14:5 | 주가 악인의 몽둥이와 치리자들의 홀을 꺾었도다. The LORD hath broken the staff of the wicked, and the sceptre of the rulers. | |||
| ☞사14:6 | 진노 가운데서 그 백성을 계속해서 매질하였고, 분노로 민족들을 치리하였던 그가 핍박당하니 아무도 막지 못하는도다. He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth. | |||
| ☞사14:7 | 온 땅이 평안하고 조용하니 그들이 노래를 부르는도다. The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet： they break forth into singing. | |||
| ☞사14:8 | 정녕, 잣나무와 레바논의 백향목도 너를 기뻐하여 말하기를 "네가 넘어졌으니 우리를 베러 올라오는 자가 없도다." 하는도다. Yea, the fir trees rejoice at thee, and the cedars of Lebanon, saying, Since thou art laid down, no feller is come up against us. | |||
| ☞사14:9 | 아래로부터 지옥이 너로 인하여 움직여서 네가 올 때 너를 맞이하려 하는도다. 그것이 너로 인하여 죽은 자들을 움직이니, 곧 땅의 모든 지도자들이라. 또 그것이 민족들의 모든 왕들을 그들의 보좌에서 일어서게 하였도다. Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming： it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations. | |||
| ☞사14:10 | 그들 모두가 네게 일러 말하기를 "너도 우리처럼 연약하게 되었느냐? 너도 우리와 같이 되었느냐?" 하리로다. All they shall speak and say unto thee, Art thou also become weak as we? art thou become like unto us? | |||
| ☞사14:11 | 네 화려함과 네 비올들의 소리가 음부까지 끌어내려졌으니, 벌레가 네 밑에 깔려 있고 벌레들이 너를 덮는도다. Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols： the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee. | |||
| ☞사14:12 | 오 아침의 아들 루시퍼야, 네가 어찌 하늘에서 떨어졌느냐! 민족들을 연약하게 하였던 네가 어찌 땅으로 끊어져 내렸느냐! How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! | |||
| ☞사14:13 | 이는 네가 네 마음 속에 말하기를 "내가 하늘에 올라가서 내 보좌를 하나님의 별들보다 높일 것이요, 내가 또한 북편에 있는 회중의 산 위에 앉으리라. For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God： I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north： | |||
| ☞사14:14 | 내가 구름들의 높은 곳들 위로 올라가서 지극히 높으신 분같이 되리라." 하였음이라. I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. | |||
| ☞사14:15 | 그러나 너는 지옥까지 끌어내려질 것이요, 구렁의 사면에까지 끌어내려지리라. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. | |||
| ☞사14:16 | 너를 보는 자들이 너를 자세히 살펴보고 숙고하여 말하기를 "이 자가 땅을 떨게 하고, 왕국들을 진동시켰으며, They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms; | |||
| ☞사14:17 | 또 세상을 광야같이 만들었고, 그 성읍들을 멸망시켰으며, 그의 갇힌 자들의 집을 열어 주지 않았던 그 사람이냐?" 하리라. That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners? | |||
| ☞사14:18 | 민족들의 모든 왕들은 모두 다 각기 자기 집에서 영광 속에 누워 있으나, All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house. | |||
| ☞사14:19 | 너는 가증스런 가지처럼 네 무덤에서 버려졌고 칼에 찔려 구덩이 속의 돌로 내려가는 죽은 자들의 옷 같고 발밑에 밟힌 시체 같도다. But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet. | |||
| ☞사14:20 | 너는 그들과 함께 매장되지 못하리니, 이는 네가 네 땅을 멸망시켰고 네 백성을 죽였음이라. 행악자들의 씨는 결코 명성을 얻지 못하리라. Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, and slain thy people： the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned. | |||
| ☞사14:21 | 너희는 그들의 조상들의 죄악으로 인하여 그의 자손들을 살해할 준비를 하여 그들로 일어나지도 못하고 땅을 차지하지도 못하게 하며, 성읍들로 세상의 지면을 채우지도 못하게 하라. Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers; that they do not rise, nor possess the land, nor fill the face of the world with cities. | |||
| ☞사14:22 | 만군의 주가 말하노니, 내가 그들을 대적하여 일어나서 바빌론으로부터 그 이름과 남은 자와 아들과 조카를 끊어 버리리라. 주가 말하노라. For I will rise up against them, saith the LORD of hosts, and cut off from Babylon the name, and remnant, and son, and nephew, saith the LORD. | |||
| ☞사14:23 | 내가 또 그것을 해오라기의 소유와, 물웅덩이들이 되게 할 것이요, 또 내가 멸망의 빗자루로 그것을 쓸어 버리리라. 만군의 주가 말하노라. I will also make it a possession for the bittern, and pools of water： and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith the LORD of hosts. | |||
| ☞사14:24 | 만군의 주가 맹세하여 말하기를 "내가 생각했던 대로 반드시 이루어질 것이며, 내가 계획했던 대로 그것이 확고히 되리라. The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand： | |||
| ☞사14:25 | 내가 내 땅에서 앗시리아인을 파하며 내 산들 위에서 그를 발 밑에다 밟으리니, 그때 그의 멍에가 그들에게서 벗겨지고 그의 짐이 그들의 어깨에서 벗겨질 것이라." 하였도다. That I will break the Assyrian in my land, and upon my mountains tread him under foot： then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders. | |||
| ☞사14:26 | 이것이 온 땅에 대해 계획된 목적이며, 이것이 모든 민족들을 향해 펴진 손이라. This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth： and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations. | |||
| ☞사14:27 | 만군의 주가 계획하였으니 누가 그것을 취소하며, 그의 손이 펴졌으니 누가 그것을 돌이키랴? For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back? | |||
| ☞사14:28 | 아하스왕이 죽던 해에 이 엄중한 말씀이 있었도다. In the year that king Ahaz died was this burden. | |||
| ☞사14:29 | 온 팔레스티나야, 너를 쳤던 그의 막대기가 부러졌다 하여 기뻐하지 말라. 뱀의 뿌리에서는 독사가 나오겠고, 그의 열매는 나는 불뱀이 되리라. Rejoice not thou, whole Palestina, because the rod of him that smote thee is broken： for out of the serpent's root shall come forth a cockatrice, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent. | |||
| ☞사14:30 | 가난한 자의 첫태생은 먹게 되겠고, 궁핍한 자는 안정 속에 눕게 되리라. 내가 기근으로 네 뿌리를 죽일 것이요, 그는 네 남은 자를 살해할 것이니라. And the firstborn of the poor shall feed, and the needy shall lie down in safety： and I will kill thy root with famine, and he shall slay thy remnant. | |||
| ☞사14:31 | 오 성문이여, 통곡하라. 오 성읍이여, 부르짖으라. 너 온 팔레스티나는 소멸되었도다. 이는 북쪽에서 연기가 나오리니 그의 정해진 때에 홀로 있는 자는 아무도 없을 것이기 때문이라. Howl, O gate; cry, O city; thou, whole Palestina, art dissolved： for there shall come from the north a smoke, and none shall be alone in his appointed times. | |||
| ☞사14:32 | 그때 사람이 그 민족의 사신들에게 무엇이라고 대답하겠느냐? 주가 시온을 세우셨으니, 그의 백성의 가난한 자들이 그 안에 피난하리라. What shall one then answer the messengers of the nation? That the LORD hath founded Zion, and the poor of his people shall trust in it. | |||
