| ☞사21:1 | 바닷가 광야에 대한 엄중한 말씀이라. 남쪽에 있는 회오리바람들이 지나가는 것같이 광야로부터, 두려운 땅으로부터 그것이 오는도다. The burden of the desert of the sea. As whirlwinds in the south pass through; so it cometh from the desert, from a terrible land. | |||
| ☞사21:2 | 가혹한 환상이 내게 선포되었도다. 기만하는 자는 기만하여 행하고 약탈하는 자는 약탈하는도다. 오 엘람아, 올라가라. 오 메디아야, 포위하라. 그 곳의 모든 탄식을 내가 그치게 하였도다. A grievous vision is declared unto me; the treacherous dealer dealeth treacherously, and the spoiler spoileth. Go up, O Elam： besiege, O Media; all the sighing thereof have I made to cease. | |||
| ☞사21:3 | 그러므로 나의 허리는 아픔으로 가득 찼고, 마치 진통하는 여인의 고통같은 고통이 나를 붙들었도다. 내가 그것을 들으면서 엎드렸으며 그것을 보면서 당황하였도다. Therefore are my loins filled with pain： pangs have taken hold upon me, as the pangs of a woman that travaileth： I was bowed down at the hearing of it; I was dismayed at the seeing of it. | |||
| ☞사21:4 | 내 마음은 고동치고, 두려움이 나를 놀라게 했으며, 그가 내 즐거움의 밤을 내게 두려움으로 바꾸었도다. My heart panted, fearfulness affrighted me： the night of my pleasure hath he turned into fear unto me. | |||
| ☞사21:5 | 식탁을 마련하고 망루에서 파수를 보며 먹고 마시라. 너희 통치자들아, 일어나서 방패에 기름을 바르라. Prepare the table, watch in the watchtower, eat, drink： arise, ye princes, and anoint the shield. | |||
| ☞사21:6 | 주께서 내게 이같이 말씀하시기를 "가서 파수꾼을 세우고 그가 보는 것을 선포하게 하라." 하시더라. For thus hath the LORD said unto me, Go, set a watchman, let him declare what he seeth. | |||
| ☞사21:7 | 그가 한 쌍의 기병이 탄 병거와, 나귀의 병거와, 낙타의 병거를 보았으며 또 그가 주의깊게 열심히 듣고 And he saw a chariot with a couple of horsemen, a chariot of asses, and a chariot of camels; and he hearkened diligently with much heed： | |||
| ☞사21:8 | 부르짖기를 "사자로다. 내 주여, 내가 낮에는 망루 위에 항상 서 있었으며 온 밤을 내 철장에 있었는데 And he cried, A lion： My lord, I stand continually upon the watchtower in the daytime, and I am set in my ward whole nights： | |||
| ☞사21:9 | 보소서, 여기 한 쌍의 기병과 더불어 병거 탄 자들이 오나이다." 하였더니, 그가 대답하여 말하기를 "바빌론이 무너졌도다, 무너졌도다. 그가 바빌론 신들의 모든 조각한 형상들을 다 땅에다 부서뜨리셨도다." 하였도다. And, behold, here cometh a chariot of men, with a couple of horsemen. And he answered and said, Babylon is fallen, is fallen; and all the graven images of her gods he hath broken unto the ground. | |||
| ☞사21:10 | 오 나의 타작한 것이여, 내 마당의 곡식이여, 내가 만군의 주 이스라엘의 하나님께로부터 들은 것을 내가 너희에게 선포하였노라. O my threshing, and the corn of my floor： that which I have heard of the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, have I declared unto you. | |||
| ☞사21:11 | 두마에 대한 엄중한 말씀이라. 그가 세일 산에서 나를 부르시기를 "파수꾼아, 밤이 어떻게 되었느냐? 파수꾼아, 밤이 어떻게 되었느냐?" 하시니 The burden of Dumah. He calleth to me out of Seir, Watchman, what of the night? Watchman, what of the night? | |||
| ☞사21:12 | 파수꾼이 말하기를 "아침이 오나니, 밤도 오리이다." 하였도다. 너희가 물으려거든 물을지니, 돌아오라, 오라. The watchman said, The morning cometh, and also the night： if ye will enquire, enquire ye： return, come. | |||
| ☞사21:13 | 아라비아에 관한 엄중한 말씀이라. 오 너희 드다님의 대상들아, 너희는 아라비아에 있는 숲 속에서 유숙하리라. The burden upon Arabia. In the forest in Arabia shall ye lodge, O ye travelling companies of Dedanim. | |||
| ☞사21:14 | 테마 땅의 거민들이 목마른 자에게 물을 가져왔고, 도망하는 자에게 그들의 빵으로 먼저 대접하였도다. The inhabitants of the land of Tema brought water to him that was thirsty, they prevented with their bread him that fled. | |||
| ☞사21:15 | 이는 그들이 칼들과 뺀 칼과 당긴 활과 전쟁의 억압으로부터 도망하였음이니 For they fled from the swords, from the drawn sword, and from the bent bow, and from the grievousness of war. | |||
| ☞사21:16 | 이는 주께서 이같이 내게 말씀하시기를 "품꾼의 연한에 따라 일 년 내에 케달의 모든 영광이 몰락할 것이요, For thus hath the LORD said unto me, Within a year, according to the years of an hireling, and all the glory of Kedar shall fail： | |||
| ☞사21:17 | 궁수들의 남은 수와 케달 자손의 용사들이 적어지리니, 이는 이스라엘의 주 하나님이 말하였음이라." 하셨음이라. And the residue of the number of archers, the mighty men of the children of Kedar, shall be diminished： for the LORD God of Israel hath spoken it. | |||
