| ☞겔31:1 | 열한째 해 셋째 달, 그 달의 첫날에 주의 말씀이 내게 임하여 말씀하시니라. And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the third month, in the first day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, | |||
| ☞겔31:2 | 인자야, 이집트 왕 파라오와 그의 무리에게 말하기를 "너는 네 위대함이 누구 같으냐?" 하라. Son of man, speak unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, and to his multitude; Whom art thou like in thy greatness? | |||
| ☞겔31:3 | 보라, 앗시리아인은 아름다운 작은 가지들과 그늘을 드리우는 산림을 지니며 키가 커서 그 끝이 빽빽한 큰 가지들 사이에 있는 레바논의 백향목이었느니라. Behold, the Assyrian was a cedar in Lebanon with fair branches, and with a shadowing shroud, and of an high stature; and his top was among the thick boughs. | |||
| ☞겔31:4 | 물들이 그것을 크게 하며, 깊은 물이 그의 식물들 주위로 흐르는 강들과 함께 그것을 높이 자라게 하며, 작은 강들을 들의 모든 나무에게 보내는도다. The waters made him great, the deep set him up on high with her rivers running round about his plants, and sent her little rivers unto all the trees of the field. | |||
| ☞겔31:5 | 그러므로 그 나무의 높이가 들의 모든 나무보다 높으며 그의 큰 가지들이 무성하고 물이 많으므로 그의 작은 가지들이 솟아날 때 길어졌도다. Therefore his height was exalted above all the trees of the field, and his boughs were multiplied, and his branches became long because of the multitude of waters, when he shot forth. | |||
| ☞겔31:6 | 하늘의 모든 새들이 그의 큰 가지들에 둥지를 만들며, 그의 작은 가지 아래는 들의 모든 짐승들이 그들의 새끼들을 낳으며, 그 그늘 아래는 모든 큰 민족들이 거하였느니라. All the fowls of heaven made their nests in his boughs, and under his branches did all the beasts of the field bring forth their young, and under his shadow dwelt all great nations. | |||
| ☞겔31:7 | 그렇기에 그의 작은 가지가 길고 그가 그의 위대함 가운데 그처럼 아름다웠으니, 이는 그 뿌리가 큰 물가에 있었음이라. Thus was he fair in his greatness, in the length of his branches： for his root was by great waters. | |||
| ☞겔31:8 | 하나님의 동산에 있는 백향목들이 그를 가릴 수 없었으니, 전나무들이 그의 큰 가지들 같지 아니하였으며, 밤나무들이 그의 작은 가지들만 같지 아니하였고, 하나님의 동산에 있는 어떤 나무들도 아름다움에는 그와 같지 못하였도다. The cedars in the garden of God could not hide him： the fir trees were not like his boughs, and the chestnut trees were not like his branches; nor any tree in the garden of God was like unto him in his beauty. | |||
| ☞겔31:9 | 내가 그의 작은 가지들을 많게 함으로써 그를 아름답게 하였더니, 하나님의 동산에 있는 에덴의 모든 나무들이 그를 시기하였도다. I have made him fair by the multitude of his branches： so that all the trees of Eden, that were in the garden of God, envied him. | |||
| ☞겔31:10 | 그러므로 주 하나님이 이같이 말하노라. 네가 스스로 키를 높이고 그가 그의 끝을 빽빽한 큰 가지들 사이에서 내밀었으며 그의 마음이 그의 키 안에서 높여졌기에 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast lifted up thyself in height, and he hath shot up his top among the thick boughs, and his heart is lifted up in his height; | |||
| ☞겔31:11 | 내가 그를 이방의 막강한 자의 손에 넘겨주었으니 그가 그를 반드시 다루리라. 내가 그를 그의 사악함으로 인하여 쫓아내었음이라. I have therefore delivered him into the hand of the mighty one of the heathen; he shall surely deal with him： I have driven him out for his wickedness. | |||
| ☞겔31:12 | 타국인들, 즉 민족들의 무서운 자들이 그를 베어서 버려 두었느니라. 산들 위에서와 모든 골짜기에서 그의 작은 가지들은 떨어졌고, 그의 큰 가지들은 그 땅의 모든 강들에 의하여 꺾여졌으며, 땅의 모든 백성들은 그의 그늘로부터 떠났고 그를 버려 두었느니라. And strangers, the terrible of the nations, have cut him off, and have left him： upon the mountains and in all the valleys his branches are fallen, and his boughs are broken by all the rivers of the land; and all the people of the earth are gone down from his shadow, and have left him. | |||
| ☞겔31:13 | 그의 파멸 위에 하늘의 모든 새가 거하며 들의 모든 짐승들이 그의 큰 가지들 위에 있으리니 Upon his ruin shall all the fowls of the heaven remain, and all the beasts of the field shall be upon his branches： | |||
| ☞겔31:14 | 물가에 있는 모든 나무들 중 아무것도 그들의 키로 인하여 스스로 자랑하지 못하게 하고, 그들의 꼭대기가 빽빽한 가지들 사이로 치솟지 못하게 하며, 물을 흡수한 그들의 나무로 하여금 그들의 키로 서지 못하게 함이니, 이는 그들이 모두 죽음에 넘겨져서, 사람들의 자손 가운데서 구렁으로 내려가는 자들과 함께 땅의 아래 부분으로 내려가게 하였음이라. To the end that none of all the trees by the waters exalt themselves for their height, neither shoot up their top among the thick boughs, neither their trees stand up in their height, all that drink water： for they are all delivered unto death, to the nether parts of the earth, in the midst of the children of men, with them that go down to the pit. | |||
| ☞겔31:15 | 주 하나님이 이같이 말하노라. 그가 음부에 내려가던 날에 내가 애곡하게 하리니, 내가 그를 위하여 깊음을 덮으며 내가 거기에 홍수들을 억제시키고 큰 물들로 머무르게 하였느니라. 내가 레바논으로 그를 위하여 애곡하게 하였고 들의 모든 나무로 그를 위하여 쇠잔하게 하였느니라. Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day when he went down to the grave I caused a mourning： I covered the deep for him, and I restrained the floods thereof, and the great waters were stayed： and I caused Lebanon to mourn for him, and all the trees of the field fainted for him. | |||
| ☞겔31:16 | 내가 그를 구렁으로 내려가는 자들과 더불어 지옥에 던질 때 그의 떨어지는 소리에 민족들이 진동하게 하였으니, 에덴의 모든 나무, 즉 물을 흡수한 레바논의 아름답고 가장 좋은 것들이 땅의 아래 부분에서 위로받게 되리라. I made the nations to shake at the sound of his fall, when I cast him down to hell with them that descend into the pit： and all the trees of Eden, the choice and best of Lebanon, all that drink water, shall be comforted in the nether parts of the earth. | |||
| ☞겔31:17 | 그들은 또한 그와 함께 지옥에 내려갈 때 칼로 살해된 자들에게 갔으며, 그들은 그의 팔이었고 이방 가운데서 그의 그늘 아래 거하던 자들이니라. They also went down into hell with him unto them that be slain with the sword; and they that were his arm, that dwelt under his shadow in the midst of the heathen. | |||
| ☞겔31:18 | 너는 에덴의 나무들 가운데서 영광과 위대함이 누구와 같으냐? 네가 에덴의 나무들과 더불어 땅의 아래 부분으로 내려와서 칼에 살해된 자들과 더불어 할례받지 않은 자들 가운데서 누우리라. 이것이 파라오와 그의 모든 무리니라. 주 하나님이 말하노라. To whom art thou thus like in glory and in greatness among the trees of Eden? yet shalt thou be brought down with the trees of Eden unto the nether parts of the earth： thou shalt lie in the midst of the uncircumcised with them that be slain by the sword. This is Pharaoh and all his multitude, saith the Lord GOD. | |||
