| ☞겔18:1 | 주의 말씀이 다시 내게 임하여 말씀하시니라. The word of the LORD came unto me again, saying, | |||
| ☞겔18:2 | 너희가 이스라엘의 땅에 관하여 이 잠언을 들어 말하기를 "아비가 신 포도를 먹었더니 그 자식들의 이가 시큰거린다."고 한 것이 무슨 뜻이냐? What mean ye, that ye use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge? | |||
| ☞겔18:3 | 주 하나님이 말하노라. 내가 살아 있는 한, 너희에게는 이스라엘에서 이 잠언을 쓸 경우가 다시는 없으리라. As I live, saith the Lord GOD, ye shall not have occasion any more to use this proverb in Israel. | |||
| ☞겔18:4 | 보라, 모든 혼들은 내 것이라. 아비의 혼이 그렇듯이 자식의 혼도 내 것이라. 범죄하는 혼은 죽으리라. Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine： the soul that sinneth, it shall die. | |||
| ☞겔18:5 | 그러나 만일 사람이 의로워서 합법적이고 옳은 것을 행하고, But if a man be just, and do that which is lawful and right, | |||
| ☞겔18:6 | 산 위에서 먹지 아니하며, 이스라엘 집의 우상들에게 자기 눈을 들지 아니하고, 자기 이웃의 아내를 더럽히지 아니하며, 월경하는 여인에게 가까이 가지 아니하고, And hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, neither hath defiled his neighbour's wife, neither hath come near to a menstruous woman, | |||
| ☞겔18:7 | 아무도 억압하지 아니하며, 빚진 자에게 저당물을 돌려주고, 폭력으로 착취하지 아니하며, 굶주린 자에게 자기 빵을 주고, 벌거벗은 자에게 옷으로 입혀 주며, And hath not oppressed any, but hath restored to the debtor his pledge, hath spoiled none by violence, hath given his bread to the hungry, and hath covered the naked with a garment; | |||
| ☞겔18:8 | 고리로 빌려 주지 아니하고, 이자도 취하지 아니하며, 죄악으로부터 자기 손을 떼고, 사람과 사람 사이에 진실한 심판을 내리며, He that hath not given forth upon usury, neither hath taken any increase, that hath withdrawn his hand from iniquity, hath executed true judgment between man and man, | |||
| ☞겔18:9 | 내 규례대로 행하고 내 명령을 지켜 진실하게 행하는 자는 의인이니, 그는 반드시 살리라. 주 하나님이 말하노라. Hath walked in my statutes, and hath kept my judgments, to deal truly; he is just, he shall surely live, saith the Lord GOD. | |||
| ☞겔18:10 | 만일 그가 아들을 낳았는데 그 아들이 강도요 피를 흘리는 자요 그런 일 중에서 비슷한 것을 누구에게라도 행하며, If he beget a son that is a robber, a shedder of blood, and that doeth the like to any one of these things, | |||
| ☞겔18:11 | 또 자기의 의무는 어떤 것도 행하지 아니하고, 오히려 산들 위에서 먹으며, 자기 이웃의 아내를 더럽히고, And that doeth not any of those duties, but even hath eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbour's wife, | |||
| ☞겔18:12 | 가난하고 궁핍한 자를 억압하며, 폭력으로 착취하고, 저당물을 돌려 주지 아니하며, 우상들에게 그의 눈을 들고, 가증한 일을 행하며, Hath oppressed the poor and needy, hath spoiled by violence, hath not restored the pledge, and hath lifted up his eyes to the idols, hath committed abomination, | |||
| ☞겔18:13 | 고리로 빌려 주고 이자를 받는다면 그가 살겠느냐? 그가 살지 못하리라. 그가 이 모든 가증한 짓을 행하였으니 반드시 죽으리라. 그의 피가 자기에게 있으리라. Hath given forth upon usury, and hath taken increase： shall he then live? he shall not live： he hath done all these abominations; he shall surely die; his blood shall be upon him. | |||
| ☞겔18:14 | 보라, 이제 그가 아들을 낳았는데 그 아비가 행한 그의 온갖 죄들을 보고 숙고하여 그 같은 일을 행하지 아니하고, Now, lo, if he beget a son, that seeth all his father's sins which he hath done, and considereth, and doeth not such like, | |||
| ☞겔18:15 | 산들 위에서 먹지도 아니하며, 이스라엘 집의 우상들에게 자기 눈을 들지도 아니하고, 자기 이웃의 아내를 더럽히지도 아니하며, That hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, hath not defiled his neighbour's wife, | |||
| ☞겔18:16 | 아무도 억압하지 아니하고, 저당을 잡지도 아니하며, 폭력으로 착취하지도 아니하나, 주린 자에게는 자기 빵을 주고, 벌거벗은 자에게는 옷으로 입혀 주며, Neither hath oppressed any, hath not withholden the pledge, neither hath spoiled by violence, but hath given his bread to the hungry, and hath covered the naked with a garment, | |||
| ☞겔18:17 | 가난한 자에게서 손을 떼고, 고리나 이자를 받지 아니하며, 내 명령을 실행하고 내 규례를 행하였으면, 그는 자기 아비의 죄악으로 죽지 아니할 것이며 그는 반드시 살리라. That hath taken off his hand from the poor, that hath not received usury nor increase, hath executed my judgments, hath walked in my statutes; he shall not die for the iniquity of his father, he shall surely live. | |||
| ☞겔18:18 | 그의 아비로 말하면, 잔인하게 억압하고, 폭력으로 그의 형제를 착취하며, 그의 백성 가운데서 선하지 않은 일을 행하였으니, 보라, 그가 그의 죄악 가운데서 죽으리라. As for his father, because he cruelly oppressed, spoiled his brother by violence, and did that which is not good among his people, lo, even he shall die in his iniquity. | |||
| ☞겔18:19 | 그런데 너희는 말하기를 "왜 그 아들이 아비의 죄악을 담당하지 않겠느냐?" 하는도다. 아들이 합법적이고 옳은 것을 행하고 나의 모든 규례를 지켜 그것들을 행하면 그는 반드시 살리라. Yet say ye, Why? doth not the son bear the iniquity of the father? When the son hath done that which is lawful and right, and hath kept all my statutes, and hath done them, he shall surely live. | |||
| ☞겔18:20 | 범죄하는 혼은 죽으리라. 아들이 아비의 죄악을 지지 아니할 것이며 아비도 아들의 죄악을 지지 아니할 것이니, 의인의 의는 그에게 있고 악인의 악도 그에게 있으리라. The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son： the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him. | |||
| ☞겔18:21 | 그러나 만일 악인이 자기가 범한 모든 죄들로부터 돌이켜서 나의 모든 규례들을 지키고 합법적이고 옳은 것을 행하면 그는 반드시 살 것이며 죽지 아니하리라. But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die. | |||
| ☞겔18:22 | 그가 범한 모든 행악들이 그에게 언급되지 아니하리니 그가 행한 의 가운데서 그는 살리라 . All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him： in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live. | |||
| ☞겔18:23 | 악인이 죽는 것을 내가 어찌 조금이라도 기뻐하겠느냐? 주 하나님이 말하노라. 그가 자기 행실에서 돌이켜 사는 것을 기뻐하지 아니하겠느냐? Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD： and not that he should return from his ways, and live? | |||
| ☞겔18:24 | 그러나 의인이 돌이켜 자기 의에서 떠나 죄악을 범하여 악인이 행한 모든 가증함대로 행하면 그가 살겠느냐? 그가 행한 그의 모든 의는 언급되지 아니할 것이며 그가 범한 그의 허물과 그가 지은 그의 죄 가운데서 죽으리라. But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned： in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die. | |||
| ☞겔18:25 | 그런데 너희는 말하기를 "주의 길이 공평하지 않다." 하는도다. 이제 들으라, 오 이스라엘 집아, 내 길이 공평치 아니하냐? 너희 길이 불공평한 것이 아니냐? Yet ye say, The way of the LORD is not equal. Hear now, O house of Israel; Is not my way equal? are not your ways unequal? | |||
| ☞겔18:26 | 의인이 돌이켜 자기 의에서 떠나 죄악을 범하여 그 안에서 죽을 때 그가 행한 그의 죄악으로 인하여 죽을 것이라. When a righteous man turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and dieth in them; for his iniquity that he hath done shall he die. | |||
| ☞겔18:27 | 또 악인이 돌이켜 그가 범한 악에서 떠나 합법적이고 옳은 것을 행할 때 그는 자기 혼을 구원하리라. Again, when the wicked man turneth away from his wickedness that he hath committed, and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive. | |||
| ☞겔18:28 | 그가 숙고하고 돌이켜 그가 범한 그의 모든 행악들로부터 떠났기에 반드시 살리니, 그는 죽지 아니하리라. Because he considereth, and turneth away from all his transgressions that he hath committed, he shall surely live, he shall not die. | |||
| ☞겔18:29 | 그런데도 이스라엘 집은 말하기를 "주의 길은 공평치 아니하다." 하는도다. 오 이스라엘 집아, 나의 길이 공평치 아니하냐? 너희 길이 불공평한 것이 아니냐? Yet saith the house of Israel, The way of the LORD is not equal. O house of Israel, are not my ways equal? are not your ways unequal? | |||
| ☞겔18:30 | 그러므로, 오 이스라엘 집아, 내가 너희를 심판하리니, 각자 자기 행실대로 심판하리라. 주 하나님이 말하노라. 회개하라 그리고 너희의 모든 범죄로부터 돌이키라. 그리하면 죄악이 너희의 패망이 되지 아니하리라. Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, saith the Lord GOD. Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin. | |||
| ☞겔18:31 | 너희가 범한 너희의 모든 행악들에서 떠나 새 마음과 새 영을 가지라. 오 이스라엘 집아, 어찌하여 너희가 죽고자 하느냐? Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit： for why will ye die, O house of Israel? | |||
| ☞겔18:32 | 주 하나님이 말하노라. 내가 죽는 자의 죽음을 기뻐하지 아니하노니 그러므로 너희 자신은 돌이켜서 살라. For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD： wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye. | |||
