| ☞욥24:1 | 전능하신 분에게서 때가 감추어지지 않음을 알면서 어찌하여 그를 알지 못하는 자들이 그의 날들을 보는가? Why, seeing times are not hidden from the Almighty, do they that know him not see his days? | |||
| ☞욥24:2 | 어떤 자들은 경계표를 옮기며 양떼들을 강제로 빼앗아가서 기르고 Some remove the landmarks; they violently take away flocks, and feed thereof. | |||
| ☞욥24:3 | 아비 없는 자의 나귀를 몰아가며 과부의 수소를 가져다가 저당잡는도다. They drive away the ass of the fatherless, they take the widow's ox for a pledge. | |||
| ☞욥24:4 | 그들이 궁핍한 자를 길에서 몰아내니 땅의 가난한 자가 다 함께 숨는도다. They turn the needy out of the way： the poor of the earth hide themselves together. | |||
| ☞욥24:5 | 보라, 그들은 사막에 있는 들나귀들처럼 일을 하러 나가서 일찍 일어나 먹이를 찾으니 그들과 그들의 자녀들을 위하여 광야가 먹을 것을 내는도다. Behold, as wild asses in the desert, go they forth to their work; rising betimes for a prey： the wilderness yieldeth food for them and for their children. | |||
| ☞욥24:6 | 그들은 각기 들에서 자기 곡식을 거두며 또 그들은 악인의 포도를 모으는도다. They reap every one his corn in the field： and they gather the vintage of the wicked. | |||
| ☞욥24:7 | 그들은 벌거벗은 자들로 옷 없이 밤을 지내게 하니 그들이 추위에 덮을 것이 없으며 They cause the naked to lodge without clothing, that they have no covering in the cold. | |||
| ☞욥24:8 | 산지의 소나기로 젖으니 피할 곳이 없어 바위를 품는도다. They are wet with the showers of the mountains, and embrace the rock for want of a shelter. | |||
| ☞욥24:9 | 그들은 아비 없는 자를 그 품에서 빼앗아 가고 가난한 자에게서 저당물을 취하는도다. They pluck the fatherless from the breast, and take a pledge of the poor. | |||
| ☞욥24:10 | 그들은 가난한 자들을 옷 없이 벗은 채로 가게 하며 주린 자들에게서 곡식단을 빼앗고 They cause him to go naked without clothing, and they take away the sheaf from the hungry; | |||
| ☞욥24:11 | 이들은 담 안에서 기름을 짜며 포도즙틀을 밟으니 목이 말라 고생하는도다. Which make oil within their walls, and tread their winepresses, and suffer thirst. | |||
| ☞욥24:12 | 사람들이 성읍에서 신음하며 상처 입은 자의 혼이 부르짖으나 하나님께서 아직은 그들을 어리석음에 놓지 않으셨도다. Men groan from out of the city, and the soul of the wounded crieth out： yet God layeth not folly to them. | |||
| ☞욥24:13 | 그들은 빛을 거역하는 자들에게 속하나니 그들은 그 길도 모르고 그 빛의 인도함에 거하지도 아니하는도다. They are of those that rebel against the light; they know not the ways thereof, nor abide in the paths thereof. | |||
| ☞욥24:14 | 빛과 더불어 일어난 살인자가 가난한 자와 궁핍한 자를 죽이고 밤에는 도둑같이 되며 The murderer rising with the light killeth the poor and needy, and in the night is as a thief. | |||
| ☞욥24:15 | 간음하는 자의 눈도 땅거미 질 때를 기다리며 말하기를 '아무도 나를 보지 못하리라.' 하고 그의 얼굴을 변장하는도다. The eye also of the adulterer waiteth for the twilight, saying, No eye shall see me： and disguiseth his face. | |||
| ☞욥24:16 | 그들이 자신을 위해 낮에 표시해 놓은 집을 어두워질 때 뚫나니 그들은 빛을 알지 못하는도다. In the dark they dig through houses, which they had marked for themselves in the daytime： they know not the light. | |||
| ☞욥24:17 | 이는 아침이 그들에게는 죽음의 그림자처럼 여겨짐이니, 누가 그들을 알면 그들은 죽음의 그림자의 공포 속에 있도다. For the morning is to them even as the shadow of death： if one know them, they are in the terrors of the shadow of death. | |||
| ☞욥24:18 | 그는 물처럼 빠르고 그들의 몫은 땅에서 저주를 받았으며 그는 포도원의 길을 보지 못하는도다. He is swift as the waters; their portion is cursed in the earth： he beholdeth not the way of the vineyards. | |||
| ☞욥24:19 | 가뭄과 더위가 눈 녹은 물을 말리니 음부도 죄지은 자들에게 그렇게 하는도다. Drought and heat consume the snow waters： so doth the grave those which have sinned. | |||
| ☞욥24:20 | 태가 그를 잊어버릴 것이요 벌레가 그를 달게 먹을 것이며 그가 다시는 기억되지 아니하리니 사악함이 나무처럼 꺾이리라. The womb shall forget him; the worm shall feed sweetly on him; he shall be no more remembered; and wickedness shall be broken as a tree. | |||
| ☞욥24:21 | 그는 아이를 낳지 못하는 여인을 학대하며 과부에게 선을 행치 아니하는도다. He evil entreateth the barren that beareth not： and doeth not good to the widow. | |||
| ☞욥24:22 | 그는 또한 그의 능력으로 강한 자를 끌어내나니 그가 일어서면 아무도 생명의 보장이 없느니라. He draweth also the mighty with his power： he riseth up, and no man is sure of life. | |||
| ☞욥24:23 | 그가 쉬는 곳에서 그에게 안정을 주실지라도 그 분의 눈은 그들의 길을 지켜 보시는도다. Though it be given him to be in safety, whereon he resteth; yet his eyes are upon their ways. | |||
| ☞욥24:24 | 그들이 잠시 동안 높여질지라도 없어지고 낮아지나니 그들은 모든 다른 사람들처럼 길에서 제해지고 곡식의 이삭 끝처럼 잘려지는도다. They are exalted for a little while, but are gone and brought low; they are taken out of the way as all other, and cut off as the tops of the ears of corn. | |||
| ☞욥24:25 | 비록 지금은 그렇지 않다 해도 나를 거짓말쟁이로 만들 자가 누구며 내 말을 무가치하게 만들 자가 누구냐?" 하니라. And if it be not so now, who will make me a liar, and make my speech nothing worth? | |||
