| ☞욥16:1 | 그러자 욥이 대답하여 말하기를 Then Job answered and said, | |||
| ☞욥16:2 | "내가 그런 것들을 많이 들었느니라. 너희는 모두가 형편없는 위로자로다. I have heard many such things： miserable comforters are ye all. | |||
| ☞욥16:3 | 허망한 말에 끝이 있겠느냐? 무엇이 너를 담대하게 하기에 네가 대답하느냐? Shall vain words have an end? or what emboldeneth thee that thou answerest? | |||
| ☞욥16:4 | 나도 너희가 하는 것처럼 말할 수 있도다. 만일 너희 혼이 내 혼의 자리에 있다면 나도 너희에 대하여 말을 쌓아 올리고 내 머리를 너희에게 흔들 수 있느니라. I also could speak as ye do： if your soul were in my soul's stead, I could heap up words against you, and shake mine head at you. | |||
| ☞욥16:5 | 그러나 나는 내 입으로 너희에게 힘을 돋우어 주었을 것이요, 내 입의 움직임이 너희의 근심을 누그러뜨렸으리라. But I would strengthen you with my mouth, and the moving of my lips should asswage your grief. | |||
| ☞욥16:6 | 내가 말은 해도 나의 근심은 누그러지지 아니하였도다. 또 내가 참는다 해도 내가 무엇이 평안하랴? Though I speak, my grief is not asswaged： and though I forbear, what am I eased? | |||
| ☞욥16:7 | 그러나 이제 그 분은 나를 곤비케 하셨도다. 주께서는 내가 거느리는 모든 자들을 황폐케 하셨나이다. But now he hath made me weary： thou hast made desolate all my company. | |||
| ☞욥16:8 | 주께서는 나를 주름으로 채우셨으니 그것이 나를 대적하시는 증거이며 내 몸의 깡마름이 내 얼굴에 증거가 되나이다. And thou hast filled me with wrinkles, which is a witness against me： and my leanness rising up in me beareth witness to my face. | |||
| ☞욥16:9 | 그 분은 그의 진노로 나를 찢으시고 미워하시며 나에게 이를 가시니 나의 원수가 나에게 그의 눈을 날카롭게 하는도다. He teareth me in his wrath, who hateth me： he gnasheth upon me with his teeth; mine enemy sharpeneth his eyes upon me. | |||
| ☞욥16:10 | 원수들이 나에게 그들의 입을 크게 벌렸고 그들이 내 뺨을 꾸짖듯이 때렸으며 그들이 나를 대적하려고 함께 모였도다. They have gaped upon me with their mouth; they have smitten me upon the cheek reproachfully; they have gathered themselves together against me. | |||
| ☞욥16:11 | 하나님께서는 나를 경건하지 않은 자들에게 붙이셨고 악인의 손에 넘겨 주셨도다. God hath delivered me to the ungodly, and turned me over into the hands of the wicked. | |||
| ☞욥16:12 | 내가 평안하였더니 그는 나를 산산히 쪼개셨으며 그는 또한 내 목을 낚아 채시어 산산조각으로 흔들어 놓으시고 나를 세워 그의 표적으로 삼으셨도다. I was at ease, but he hath broken me asunder： he hath also taken me by my neck, and shaken me to pieces, and set me up for his mark. | |||
| ☞욥16:13 | 그의 궁수들은 나의 몸을 두루 쏘았고 인정사정없이 내 허리를 둘로 찢었으며 그는 내 쓸개를 땅에 쏟아 놓으셨도다. His archers compass me round about, he cleaveth my reins asunder, and doth not spare; he poureth out my gall upon the ground. | |||
| ☞욥16:14 | 그는 터진 곳이 다시 터지도록 나를 부수시며 거인같이 내게 달려드시는도다. He breaketh me with breach upon breach, he runneth upon me like a giant. | |||
| ☞욥16:15 | 나는 굵은 베를 기워 내 피부를 덮고 내 뿔을 티끌 속에 더럽혔도다. I have sewed sackcloth upon my skin, and defiled my horn in the dust. | |||
| ☞욥16:16 | 내 얼굴은 울음으로 더럽혀졌으며 내 눈꺼풀 위에는 죽음의 그림자가 있으니 My face is foul with weeping, and on my eyelids is the shadow of death; | |||
| ☞욥16:17 | 내 손에는 불의가 없고 내 기도도 순결하도다. Not for any injustice in mine hands： also my prayer is pure. | |||
| ☞욥16:18 | 오 땅아, 너는 내 피를 덮지 말라. 내 부르짖음은 닿는 곳이 없을지니라. O earth, cover not thou my blood, and let my cry have no place. | |||
| ☞욥16:19 | 그러나 이제 보라, 나의 증인이 하늘에 계시며 나의 기록이 높은 곳에 있도다. Also now, behold, my witness is in heaven, and my record is on high. | |||
| ☞욥16:20 | 내 친구들이 나를 조롱하나 내 눈은 하나님께 눈물을 내는도다. My friends scorn me： but mine eye poureth out tears unto God. | |||
| ☞욥16:21 | 사람이 자기 이웃을 위하여 간청하듯이 하나님과 함께한 사람을 위하여 누군가 간청한다면! O that one might plead for a man with God, as a man pleadeth for his neighbour! | |||
| ☞욥16:22 | 몇 년이 지나면 나는 돌아오지 못할 길로 갈 것이라. When a few years are come, then I shall go the way whence I shall not return. | |||
