| ☞욥17:1 | 내 호흡이 쇠잔하였고 내 날들이 다 되었으니 무덤이 나를 위하여 예비되었도다. My breath is corrupt, my days are extinct, the graves are ready for me. | |||
| ☞욥17:2 | 조롱하는 자들이 나와 함께 있지 아니하냐? 내 눈이 그들의 격노케 함을 계속 보고 있지 아니하냐? Are there not mockers with me? and doth not mine eye continue in their provocation? | |||
| ☞욥17:3 | 이제 놓아 주시고, 주께서는 나의 보증이 되소서. 나와 함께 손을 마주칠 자 누가 있겠나이까? Lay down now, put me in a surety with thee; who is he that will strike hands with me? | |||
| ☞욥17:4 | 이는 주께서 그들의 마음을 명철로부터 가리셨기 때문이니, 그러므로 주께서는 그들을 높이지 아니하시리라. For thou hast hid their heart from understanding： therefore shalt thou not exalt them. | |||
| ☞욥17:5 | 자기 친구들에게 아첨하여 말하는 자는 그 자식들의 눈마저 멀 것이라. He that speaketh flattery to his friends, even the eyes of his children shall fail. | |||
| ☞욥17:6 | 그는 나를 백성의 이야깃거리로 만드시니 이전에도 나는 북 같았도다. He hath made me also a byword of the people; and aforetime I was as a tabret. | |||
| ☞욥17:7 | 또한 내 눈은 슬픔으로 인하여 침침해지고 나의 모든 지체들은 그림자 같도다. Mine eye also is dim by reason of sorrow, and all my members are as a shadow. | |||
| ☞욥17:8 | 정직한 자들은 이 일에 놀라고 무죄한 자들은 위선자에 대해 격동하리라. Upright men shall be astonied at this, and the innocent shall stir up himself against the hypocrite. | |||
| ☞욥17:9 | 의인도 자기 길을 지속하고 손이 깨끗한 자도 점점 강성해지는도다. The righteous also shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger. | |||
| ☞욥17:10 | 그러나 너희 모두는 돌아오라. 지금 오라. 이는 내가 너희 가운데 현명한 자를 하나도 찾을 수 없음이라. But as for you all, do ye return, and come now： for I cannot find one wise man among you. | |||
| ☞욥17:11 | 나의 날들이 지나갔고 나의 목적들과 내 마음의 생각들마저도 부서졌도다. My days are past, my purposes are broken off, even the thoughts of my heart. | |||
| ☞욥17:12 | 그것들이 밤을 낮으로 바꾸니 어두움 때문에 빛이 짧도다. They change the night into day： the light is short because of darkness. | |||
| ☞욥17:13 | 내가 기다리면 음부가 내 집이 되나니 내가 흑암 속에서 침상을 만드는도다. If I wait, the grave is mine house： I have made my bed in the darkness. | |||
| ☞욥17:14 | 내가 썩는 것에게 말하기를 '너는 내 아비라.'라 했고 벌레에게 말하기를 '너는 내 어미요 누이라.' 하였도다. I have said to corruption, Thou art my father： to the worm, Thou art my mother, and my sister. | |||
| ☞욥17:15 | 이제 나의 소망이 어디 있으며 내 소망을 누가 보랴? And where is now my hope? as for my hope, who shall see it? | |||
| ☞욥17:16 | 우리의 쉼이 다 같이 흙 속에 있게 되면 그것들은 구렁의 빗장들로 내려가리라." 하니라. They shall go down to the bars of the pit, when our rest together is in the dust. | |||
