| ☞욥20:1 | 그러자 나아맛인 소팔이 대답하여 말하기를 Then answered Zophar the Naamathite, and said, | |||
| ☞욥20:2 | "그러므로 내 생각이 나로 대답하게 하나니 이를 위하여 내가 서두르는도다. Therefore do my thoughts cause me to answer, and for this I make haste. | |||
| ☞욥20:3 | 나를 책망하는 반격을 내가 들었으니 나의 명철의 영이 나로 대답하게 하는도다. I have heard the check of my reproach, and the spirit of my understanding causeth me to answer. | |||
| ☞욥20:4 | 네가 옛부터 내려온 이 일을 모르느냐? 사람이 땅에 정착한 후 Knowest thou not this of old, since man was placed upon earth, | |||
| ☞욥20:5 | 악인의 승리는 짧고 위선자의 즐거움도 잠깐뿐이라는 것이라. That the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment? | |||
| ☞욥20:6 | 그의 탁월함이 하늘들까지 올라가고 그의 머리가 구름에 닿는다 해도 Though his excellency mount up to the heavens, and his head reach unto the clouds; | |||
| ☞욥20:7 | 그는 자신의 똥처럼 영원히 망하리니 그를 본 사람들이 '그가 어디 있느냐?' 하리라. Yet he shall perish for ever like his own dung： they which have seen him shall say, Where is he? | |||
| ☞욥20:8 | 그는 꿈처럼 날아가서 다시 보이지 않을 것이요, 정녕, 그는 밤의 환상처럼 쫓겨가리라. He shall fly away as a dream, and shall not be found： yea, he shall be chased away as a vision of the night. | |||
| ☞욥20:9 | 그를 본 눈도 다시는 그를 보지 못할 것이요 그의 처소도 다시는 그를 보지 못하리라. The eye also which saw him shall see him no more; neither shall his place any more behold him. | |||
| ☞욥20:10 | 그의 자녀들이 가난한 자를 기쁘게 하려고 애쓰겠고 가난한 자의 손이 그들의 재물을 되찾으리라. His children shall seek to please the poor, and his hands shall restore their goods. | |||
| ☞욥20:11 | 그의 뼈들은 그의 젊었을 때의 죄로 가득 차겠고 그와 함께 흙 속에 누우리라. His bones are full of the sin of his youth, which shall lie down with him in the dust. | |||
| ☞욥20:12 | 비록 죄악이 그의 입에 달고 그가 그것을 혀 밑에 감추며 Though wickedness be sweet in his mouth, though he hide it under his tongue; | |||
| ☞욥20:13 | 아껴서 버리지 아니하고 입 안에 간직하고 있을지라도 Though he spare it, and forsake it not; but keep it still within his mouth： | |||
| ☞욥20:14 | 그의 창자 속에 있는 음식이 변하여 그 안에서 독사의 쓸개즙이 되는도다. Yet his meat in his bowels is turned, it is the gall of asps within him. | |||
| ☞욥20:15 | 그가 재물을 삼켰으나 다시 토해 내리니, 하나님께서 재물을 그의 배에서 나오게 하시리라. He hath swallowed down riches, and he shall vomit them up again： God shall cast them out of his belly. | |||
| ☞욥20:16 | 그가 독사의 독을 빨며 뱀의 혀가 그를 죽일 것이라. He shall suck the poison of asps： the viper's tongue shall slay him. | |||
| ☞욥20:17 | 그는 강들과, 홍수들과, 꿀과 버터의 시내들을 보지 못하리라. He shall not see the rivers, the floods, the brooks of honey and butter. | |||
| ☞욥20:18 | 그는 그가 수고하여 얻은 것을 되돌려 주고 삼키지 못할 것이며 그의 재산에 따라 반환하리니 기뻐하지 못할 것이라. That which he laboured for shall he restore, and shall not swallow it down： according to his substance shall the restitution be, and he shall not rejoice therein. | |||
| ☞욥20:19 | 이는 그가 가난한 자를 압제하고 버렸음이요 자기가 짓지 아니한 집을 강제로 빼앗았음이라. Because he hath oppressed and hath forsaken the poor; because he hath violently taken away an house which he builded not; | |||
| ☞욥20:20 | 그는 실로 자기 뱃속에서 평정을 느끼지 못하며 자기가 원하는 것을 구해 내지 못할 것이라. Surely he shall not feel quietness in his belly, he shall not save of that which he desired. | |||
| ☞욥20:21 | 그의 음식이 조금도 남아 있지 않으므로 아무도 그의 재물을 찾지 아니하리라. There shall none of his meat be left; therefore shall no man look for his goods. | |||
| ☞욥20:22 | 그가 최고로 풍족할 때에도 궁핍하게 되리니 악인의 모든 손이 그에게 임하리라. In the fulness of his sufficiency he shall be in straits： every hand of the wicked shall come upon him. | |||
| ☞욥20:23 | 그가 배를 채우려 할 즈음에 하나님께서 그의 진노의 맹렬함을 그에게 부으시리니 그가 먹고 있을 때 그에게 진노를 비처럼 쏟으시리라. When he is about to fill his belly, God shall cast the fury of his wrath upon him, and shall rain it upon him while he is eating. | |||
| ☞욥20:24 | 그가 철제 무기에서 피하면 강철 화살이 그를 뚫을 것이요 He shall flee from the iron weapon, and the bow of steel shall strike him through. | |||
| ☞욥20:25 | 그것이 뽑혀 몸에서 나오니, 실로 번쩍이는 칼이 그의 쓸개에서 나오고 공포가 그에게 임하는도다. It is drawn, and cometh out of the body; yea, the glittering sword cometh out of his gall： terrors are upon him. | |||
| ☞욥20:26 | 모든 암흑이 그의 비밀 장소 안에 숨겨지고 켜지 않은 불이 그를 삼킬 것이요 그의 장막에 남아 있는 것을 그와 함께 멸하리라. All darkness shall be hid in his secret places： a fire not blown shall consume him; it shall go ill with him that is left in his tabernacle. | |||
| ☞욥20:27 | 하늘이 그의 죄악을 드러낼 것이요 땅이 그를 대적하여 일어나리라. The heaven shall reveal his iniquity; and the earth shall rise up against him. | |||
| ☞욥20:28 | 그의 집안의 융성은 떠나고 그의 재물은 그의 진노의 날에 흘러가리라. The increase of his house shall depart, and his goods shall flow away in the day of his wrath. | |||
| ☞욥20:29 | 이것이 하나님께로부터 온 악인의 몫이요 하나님께서 그에게 정하신 유업이라." 하니라. This is the portion of a wicked man from God, and the heritage appointed unto him by God. | |||
