| ☞욥22:1 | 그러자 테만인 엘리파스가 대답하여 말하기를 Then Eliphaz the Temanite answered and said, | |||
| ☞욥22:2 | "현명한 사람이 자신에게 유익할 수 있는 것처럼 사람이 하나님께 유익할 수 있겠느냐? Can a man be profitable unto God, as he that is wise may be profitable unto himself? | |||
| ☞욥22:3 | 네가 의롭다는 것이 전능하신 분께 무슨 기쁨이 되겠느냐? 네가 네 행위를 온전하게 한다고 해서 그 분께 어떤 이익이 되겠느냐? Is it any pleasure to the Almighty, that thou art righteous? or is it gain to him, that thou makest thy ways perfect? | |||
| ☞욥22:4 | 그 분이 네가 두려워 너를 책망하시겠느냐? 그 분이 너와 함께 심판에 들어가시겠느냐? Will he reprove thee for fear of thee? will he enter with thee into judgment? | |||
| ☞욥22:5 | 네 사악함이 크지 아니하냐? 네 죄악이 끝이 없지 아니하냐? Is not thy wickedness great? and thine iniquities infinite? | |||
| ☞욥22:6 | 이는 네가 까닭없이 네 형제의 저당물을 취하고 헐벗은 자의 옷을 벗겼음이니 For thou hast taken a pledge from thy brother for nought, and stripped the naked of their clothing. | |||
| ☞욥22:7 | 네가 곤비한 자에게 마실 물을 주지 않았고 배고픈 자에게 빵을 주지 않았도다. Thou hast not given water to the weary to drink, and thou hast withholden bread from the hungry. | |||
| ☞욥22:8 | 그러나 권세 있는 자는 땅을 소유하였고 존귀한 자가 거기서 살았도다. But as for the mighty man, he had the earth; and the honourable man dwelt in it. | |||
| ☞욥22:9 | 너는 과부들을 빈 손으로 보냈고 아비 없는 자들의 팔을 꺾었도다. Thou hast sent widows away empty, and the arms of the fatherless have been broken. | |||
| ☞욥22:10 | 그러므로 덫들이 너를 둘러 있고 갑작스런 두려움이 너를 불안하게 하며 Therefore snares are round about thee, and sudden fear troubleth thee; | |||
| ☞욥22:11 | 또한 어두움이 너로 볼 수 없게 하고 많은 물들이 너를 덮으리라. Or darkness, that thou canst not see; and abundance of waters cover thee. | |||
| ☞욥22:12 | 하나님이 하늘의 높은 데 계시지 아니하냐? 별들의 높음을 보라, 별들이 얼마나 높이 있는지! Is not God in the height of heaven? and behold the height of the stars, how high they are! | |||
| ☞욥22:13 | 그러나 네가 말하기를 '하나님께서 어떻게 아시겠느냐? 그가 어두운 구름을 통하여 심판하실 수 있겠느냐? And thou sayest, How doth God know? can he judge through the dark cloud? | |||
| ☞욥22:14 | 짙은 구름이 그를 가리니 그가 보지 못하고 그는 하늘의 주위를 거니는도다.' 하는구나. Thick clouds are a covering to him, that he seeth not; and he walketh in the circuit of heaven. | |||
| ☞욥22:15 | 너는 악인들이 밟던 옛 길을 지켜 보았느냐? Hast thou marked the old way which wicked men have trodden? | |||
| ☞욥22:16 | 그들은 갑자기 끊어졌고 그들의 기초는 홍수로 휩쓸려 버렸도다. Which were cut down out of time, whose foundation was overflown with a flood： | |||
| ☞욥22:17 | 그들이 하나님께 말하기를 '우리를 떠나소서.'하였으니 전능하신 분이 그들을 위하여 무엇을 하실 수 있겠느냐? Which said unto God, Depart from us： and what can the Almighty do for them? | |||
| ☞욥22:18 | 그러나 그 분은 좋은 것으로 그들의 집을 채웠지만 악인의 계획은 내게서 멀도다. Yet he filled their houses with good things： but the counsel of the wicked is far from me. | |||
| ☞욥22:19 | 의인은 그것을 보고 기뻐하며 무죄한 자는 그들을 조롱하여 비웃는도다. The righteous see it, and are glad： and the innocent laugh them to scorn. | |||
| ☞욥22:20 | 우리의 가진 것은 끊어지지 아니하였어도 불이 그들의 남은 것을 소멸시키는도다. Whereas our substance is not cut down, but the remnant of them the fire consumeth. | |||
| ☞욥22:21 | 지금 너는 그 분과 친하고 맘을 편히 하라. 그리하면 복이 네게 임하리라. Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace： thereby good shall come unto thee. | |||
| ☞욥22:22 | 내가 원하노니 너는 그 분의 입에서 율법을 받고 그 분의 말씀을 네 마음에 두라. Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart. | |||
| ☞욥22:23 | 만일 네가 전능하신 분께 돌아가면 너는 세움을 입을 것이요 네 장막에서 죄악을 멀리 제거하게 되리라. If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles. | |||
| ☞욥22:24 | 그러면 너는 금을 먼지처럼, 오필의 금을 시내의 돌처럼 쌓으리라. Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks. | |||
| ☞욥22:25 | 실로 전능하신 분께서 네 방어자가 되실 것이요, 너는 풍부한 은을 가지리라. Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver. | |||
| ☞욥22:26 | 그 때에는 네가 전능하신 분 안에서 네 기쁨을 갖게 될 것이며 네 얼굴을 하나님께 들게 되리라. For then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God. | |||
| ☞욥22:27 | 너는 그 분께 네 기도를 하리니, 그 분께서 네 기도를 들으시리라. 그리하면 그 분께서 네 서원을 갚아 주시리라. Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows. | |||
| ☞욥22:28 | 네가 어떤 일을 명하면 그 일이 네게 이루어질 것이요 빛이 네 길 위에 비치리라. Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee： and the light shall shine upon thy ways. | |||
| ☞욥22:29 | 사람들이 내던져지면 너는 '일으킴이 있으리라.'고 말할지니라. 그 분은 겸손한 사람을 구원하시리라. When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person. | |||
| ☞욥22:30 | 그 분은 무죄한 자의 섬을 구해 내시리니 그것이 네 손의 깨끗함에 의하여 구해냄을 받으리라." 하니라. He shall deliver the island of the innocent： and it is delivered by the pureness of thine hands. | |||
