| ☞잠2:1 | 내 아들아, 네가 내 말들을 받고 나의 계명들을 네 안에 간직하여 My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee; | |||
| ☞잠2:2 | 네 귀를 지혜에 기울이며 네 마음을 명철에 두고, So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding; | |||
| ☞잠2:3 | 정녕, 네가 지식을 구하려고 소리지르며 명철을 위하여 네 목소리를 높이고, Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding; | |||
| ☞잠2:4 | 은을 구하듯이 지식을 구하며 숨겨진 보물들을 찾듯이 명철을 찾는다면 If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures; | |||
| ☞잠2:5 | 네가 주의 두려움을 깨달을 것이요, 하나님의 지식을 발견하리니 Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God. | |||
| ☞잠2:6 | 주께서 지혜를 주시고 그의 입에서 지식과 명철이 나오느니라. For the LORD giveth wisdom： out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding. | |||
| ☞잠2:7 | 그는 의로운 자들을 위하여 완전한 지혜를 마련해 두시며, 정직하게 행하는 자들에게 방패가 되시고 He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous： he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly. | |||
| ☞잠2:8 | 공의의 길들을 지키시며, 자기 성도들의 길을 보존하시느니라. He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints. | |||
| ☞잠2:9 | 그때에 너는 의와 공의와 공평을 깨달으리니, 정녕, 모든 선한 길이라. Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path. | |||
| ☞잠2:10 | 지혜가 네 마음에 들어가면 지식이 네 혼을 즐겁게 할 것이며 When wisdom entereth into thine heart, and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul; | |||
| ☞잠2:11 | 분별이 너를 보호할 것이요, 명철이 너를 지켜 Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee： | |||
| ☞잠2:12 | 악인의 길과 비뚤어진 것들을 말하는 자로부터 너를 구해 내리라. To deliver thee from the way of the evil man, from the man that speaketh froward things; | |||
| ☞잠2:13 | 그들은 정직한 길들을 떠나 어두운 길들로 행하고 Who leave the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness; | |||
| ☞잠2:14 | 악을 행하기를 기뻐하며 악한 자들의 완고함을 즐거워하나니 Who rejoice to do evil, and delight in the frowardness of the wicked; | |||
| ☞잠2:15 | 그들의 길들은 비뚤어졌으며, 그들은 자기들의 길에서 완고하여졌느니라. Whose ways are crooked, and they froward in their paths： | |||
| ☞잠2:16 | 지혜가 너를 타국 여인으로부터, 말로써 아첨하는 타국 여인으로부터 구하리라. To deliver thee from the strange woman, even from the stranger which flattereth with her words; | |||
| ☞잠2:17 | 그녀는 젊은 시절의 인도자를 버리고 자기 하나님의 언약을 잊어버리나니 Which forsaketh the guide of her youth, and forgetteth the covenant of her God. | |||
| ☞잠2:18 | 이는 그녀의 집은 죽음으로 기울어졌고 그녀의 길들은 죽은 자에게로 기울어졌음이라. For her house inclineth unto death, and her paths unto the dead. | |||
| ☞잠2:19 | 그녀에게로 가는 자는 아무도 다시 돌아오지 못하며, 생명의 길들도 얻지 못하느니라. None that go unto her return again, neither take they hold of the paths of life. | |||
| ☞잠2:20 | 지혜가 너를 선한 사람들의 길로 향하게 하며 의로운 자의 길들을 지키게 하리니 That thou mayest walk in the way of good men, and keep the paths of the righteous. | |||
| ☞잠2:21 | 이는 정직한 자가 땅에 거할 것이며 온전한 자가 그 안에 남아 있을 것임이라. For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it. | |||
| ☞잠2:22 | 그러나 악인은 세상에서 끊어질 것이며, 범죄자들은 땅에서 뽑히리라. But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it. | |||
