☞신32:1 오 너희 하늘들이여, 귀를 기울이라. 그러면 내가 말하리라. 오 땅이여, 내 입의 말들을 들으라.
Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth.
☞신32:2 나의 가르침이 비처럼 내릴 것이요 내 말은 이슬처럼 맺힐 것이며, 연한 풀잎 위에 이슬비 같고 풀밭에 소나기 같으리로다.
My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass：
☞신32:3 내가 주의 이름을 부르리니 너희는 위대함을 우리 하나님께 돌릴지어다.
Because I will publish the name of the LORD： ascribe ye greatness unto our God.
☞신32:4 그 분은 반석이시며 그 분의 역사는 완벽하나니, 이는 그 분의 모든 길이 공의이심이라. 그 분은 진실하시고 악이 없으신 하나님이시며, 의로우시고 정직하시도다.
He is the Rock, his work is perfect： for all his ways are judgment： a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
☞신32:5 그들은 자신들을 변질시켰으며 그들의 흠은 그의 자손들의 흠이 아니니라. 그들은 패역하고 비뚤어진 세대로다.
They have corrupted themselves, their spot is not the spot of his children： they are a perverse and crooked generation.
☞신32:6 오 어리석고 현명하지 못한 백성아, 너희가 주께 이같이 보답하느냐? 그 분은 너를 사신 아버지가 아니냐? 그 분은 너를 지으시고 세우신 분이 아니냐?
Do ye thus requite the LORD, O foolish people and unwise? is not he thy father that hath bought thee? hath he not made thee, and established thee?
☞신32:7 옛날들을 기억하고 많은 세대의 연수를 생각하라. 네 아비에게 물어 보면 그가 네게 보여 줄 것이요, 네 어른들에게 물어 보면 그들이 네게 말해 주리라.
Remember the days of old, consider the years of many generations： ask thy father, and he will shew thee; thy elders, and they will tell thee.
☞신32:8 지극히 높으신 이가 민족들을 그들의 유업으로 나누셨을 때, 그 분께서 아담의 아들들을 분리시키셨을 때, 그 분께서는 이스라엘 자손의 수에 따라 백성들의 경계를 정하셨으니,
When the Most High divided to the nations their inheritance, when he separated the sons of Adam, he set the bounds of the people according to the number of the children of Israel.
☞신32:9 이는 주의 분깃은 그 분의 백성이요 야곱은 그 분의 유업의 몫임이라.
For the LORD's portion is his people; Jacob is the lot of his inheritance.
☞신32:10 주께서 그를 사막과 황폐하고 삭막한 광야에서 발견하셔서 그를 인도하시고 그를 가르치셔서 그 분께서 그를 자기의 눈동자처럼 지키셨도다.
He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye.
☞신32:11 마치 독수리 한 마리가 제 보금자리를 휘젖고 자기 새끼들 위에 날개를 퍼덕이며 그 날개를 펴서 새끼들을 받아 자기 날개 위에 새끼들을 업는 것같이
As an eagle stirreth up her nest, fluttereth over her young, spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her wings：
☞신32:12 주께서 홀로 그를 인도하셨으니 그와 함께한 이방 신이 없었도다.
So the LORD alone did lead him, and there was no strange god with him.
☞신32:13 주께서 그로 땅의 높은 곳들을 타고 다니게 하셨으니, 이는 그로 들의 소산을 먹게 하려 하심이라. 또 주께서는 그로 바위에서 꿀을 빨아먹게 하셨으며 단단한 바위에서 기름을 빨게 하셨고
He made him ride on the high places of the earth, that he might eat the increase of the fields; and he made him to suck honey out of the rock, and oil out of the flinty rock;
☞신32:14 소의 버터와, 양의 젖과, 어린 양들의 기름과, 바산에서 기르는 숫양들과, 염소들과, 기름진 밀알로 먹이셨으며, 또 너는 포도의 순수한 피를 마셨도다.
Butter of kine, and milk of sheep, with fat of lambs, and rams of the breed of Bashan, and goats, with the fat of kidneys of wheat; and thou didst drink the pure blood of the grape.
☞신32:15 그러나 여수룬이 살찌자 걷어찼도다. 네가 살찌고 네가 굵어지고 네가 기름으로 덮이니, 그가 자기를 지으신 하나님을 버렸고 자기 구원의 반석을 가볍게 여겼도다.
But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked： thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation.
☞신32:16 그들은 이방 신들로 주께 질투를 일으켰으며 그들은 가증한 것들로 주께 진노를 일으켰도다.
They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations provoked they him to anger.
☞신32:17 그들은 하나님께 희생제를 드리지 않고 마귀들에게 하였으니, 곧 그들이 알지 못했던 신들에게 했으며 너희 조상들도 두려워하지 않던 새로 생긴 새 신들에게 했느니라.
They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.
☞신32:18 너를 낳은 반석에는 네가 무관심하고 너를 지으신 하나님을 네가 잊었도다.
Of the Rock that begat thee thou art unmindful, and hast forgotten God that formed thee.
☞신32:19 주께서 그것을 보시고 그들을 싫어하셨으니 그의 아들들과 딸들이 격노케 한 까닭이라.
And when the LORD saw it, he abhorred them, because of the provoking of his sons, and of his daughters.
☞신32:20 주께서 말씀하시기를 "내가 그들로부터 내 얼굴을 숨길 것이며, 내가 그들의 끝이 어떠한지를 보리라. 이는 그들이 매우 비뚤어진 세대이며 믿음이 없는 자녀임이라.
And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be： for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.
☞신32:21 그들은 하나님이 아닌 것으로 내게 질투를 일으켰으며 그들은 그들의 헛된 것들로 내게 진노를 일으켰으니, 나도 백성이 아닌 자들로 그들에게 질투를 일으키며 나도 어리석은 민족으로 그들에게 진노를 일으키리로다.
They have moved me to jealousy with that which is not God; they have provoked me to anger with their vanities： and I will move them to jealousy with those which are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation.
☞신32:22 내 진노중에 불이 붙어서 가장 낮은 지옥까지 사를 것이며 땅을 그 소산과 더불어 소멸할 것이며 산들의 기초에도 불을 놓으리라.
For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains.
☞신32:23 내가 그들 위에 재앙을 쌓고 내가 그들에게 내 화살들을 보내리라.
I will heap mischiefs upon them; I will spend mine arrows upon them.
☞신32:24 그들은 굶주림으로 불탈 것이며 불타는 열기와 혹독한 멸망으로 삼켜지리니, 내가 또한 짐승들의 이빨과 티끌 속의 뱀들의 독을 그들에게 보내리라.
They shall be burnt with hunger, and devoured with burning heat, and with bitter destruction： I will also send the teeth of beasts upon them, with the poison of serpents of the dust.
☞신32:25 밖으로는 칼이, 안으로는 공포가 젊은이와 처녀를 멸할 것이요, 백발의 노인과 더불어 젖먹이도 그러하리라.
The sword without, and terror within, shall destroy both the young man and the virgin, the suckling also with the man of gray hairs.
☞신32:26 내가 말하기를 '내가 그들을 사방에 흩어서 그들의 기억을 인간에게서 끊어지게 하리라.' 하였으니
I said, I would scatter them into corners, I would make the remembrance of them to cease from among men：
☞신32:27 내가 원수의 진노를 두려워한 것이 아니요, 그들의 대적들이 이상하게 행동할까 함이라. 또 그들이 말하기를 '우리의 손은 높고 주께서는 이 모든 일을 하시지 않았다.' 할까 함이라." 하셨도다.
Were it not that I feared the wrath of the enemy, lest their adversaries should behave themselves strangely, and lest they should say, Our hand is high, and the LORD hath not done all this.
☞신32:28 그들은 분별 없는 민족이니 그들 가운데는 깨달음이 없도다.
For they are a nation void of counsel, neither is there any understanding in them.
☞신32:29 그들이 현명하여 이것을 깨닫고, 자기들의 종말을 그들이 생각하였더라면!
O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!
☞신32:30 그들의 반석이 그들을 팔지 않았고 주께서 그들을 닫아 버리지 않으셨다면 어떻게 한 사람이 천 명을 쫓으며 두 사람이 만 명을 도망치게 할 수 있겠는가?
How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the LORD had shut them up?
☞신32:31 그들의 반석이 우리들의 반석과 같지 않음을 우리의 원수들까지도 스스로 판단하는도다.
For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges.
☞신32:32 그들의 포도나무는 소돔의 포도나무요 고모라의 들에서 나온 것이라. 그들의 포도는 쓸개 포도니 그 송이들은 쓰며
For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, and of the fields of Gomorrah： their grapes are grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter：
☞신32:33 그들의 포두주는 용의 독이요 독사들의 지독한 독이라.
Their wine is the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps.
☞신32:34 이것이 내게 쌓여 있고 내 창고 속에 봉해 있지 않느냐?
Is not this laid up in store with me, and sealed up among my treasures?
☞신32:35 복수와 보응이 내게 속해 있으니, 그들의 발은 정해진 때에 실족하리라. 그들의 재앙의 날이 가까우니 그들에게 임할 일들이 속히 되리라.
To me belongeth vengeance and recompence; their foot shall slide in due time： for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste.
☞신32:36 이는 주께서 주의 백성을 판단하시고 주의 종들로 인하여 마음을 돌이키실 것임이니, 곧 그들의 힘이 쇠잔하고 갇힌 자나 남아 있는 자가 없음을 보는 때라.
For the LORD shall judge his people, and repent himself for his servants, when he seeth that their power is gone, and there is none shut up, or left.
☞신32:37 주께서 말씀하시기를 "그들의 신들과 그들의 신뢰하던 그들의 반석이 어디 있으며,
And he shall say, Where are their gods, their rock in whom they trusted,
☞신32:38 어느 것이 그들의 희생제물의 기름을 먹고 그들의 제사를 위한 포도주를 마셨겠느냐? 그들로 일어나서 너희를 돕게 하고 너희의 보호가 되게 하라.
Which did eat the fat of their sacrifices, and drank the wine of their drink offerings? let them rise up and help you, and be your protection.
☞신32:39 이제는 나 곧 내가 그인 줄 알라. 나와 함께하는 신이 없도다. 나는 죽이기도 하고 살리기도 하며 상하게도 하고 낫게도 하나니 내 손에서 건져낼 수 있는 자가 없도다.
See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me： I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal： neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.
☞신32:40 내가 하늘에 내 손을 들고 말하노니, 나는 영원히 사노라.
For I lift up my hand to heaven, and say, I live for ever.
☞신32:41 만일 내가 나의 번쩍이는 칼을 갈고 내 손이 심판을 쥐면, 내가 내 원수들에게 복수하며 나를 미워하는 자들에게 보응하리라.
If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me.
☞신32:42 내가 내 화살로 피에 취하게 할 것이요 내 칼이 살해된 자와 포로된 자의 피와 더불어 육체를 삼키리니, 원수에게 복수를 시작하심부터라." 하시니라.
I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh; and that with the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning of revenges upon the enemy.
☞신32:43 오 너희 민족들아, 주의 백성과 함께 즐거워하라. 이는 주께서 자기 종들의 피를 갚으실 것이요 주의 대적들에게 복수하실 것이나, 자기 땅과 자기 백성에게는 자비를 베푸실 것임이라.
Rejoice, O ye nations, with his people： for he will avenge the blood of his servants, and will render vengeance to his adversaries, and will be merciful unto his land, and to his people.
☞신32:44 모세와 눈의 아들 호세아가 와서 이 노래의 모든 말씀을 백성의 귀에 말하였더라.
And Moses came and spake all the words of this song in the ears of the people, he, and Hoshea the son of Nun.
☞신32:45 모세가 이 모든 말씀을 온 이스라엘에게 말하기를 끝마치고
And Moses made an end of speaking all these words to all Israel：
☞신32:46 그가 그들에게 말하기를 "내가 오늘 너희 가운데 증거하는 모든 말씀에 너희 마음을 두고, 너희는 너희 자손에게 명령하여 이 율법의 모든 말씀을 지켜 행하게 하라.
And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law.
☞신32:47 이는 그것이 너희에게 허사가 아니라 너희의 생명임이라. 이 일을 통하여 너희가 요단을 건너가서 차지하는 그 땅에서 너희의 날들이 길어지리라." 하더라.
For it is not a vain thing for you; because it is your life： and through this thing ye shall prolong your days in the land, whither ye go over Jordan to possess it.
☞신32:48 주께서 그 날에 모세에게 일러 말씀하시기를
And the LORD spake unto Moses that selfsame day, saying,
☞신32:49 "너는 여리코 맞은편 모압 땅에 있는 이 아바림 산지에 올라 느보 산에 가서 내가 이스라엘 자손에게 소유하라고 주는 카나안 땅을 바라보라.
Get thee up into this mountain Abarim, unto mount Nebo, which is in the land of Moab, that is over against Jericho; and behold the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel for a possession：
☞신32:50 네 형 아론이 호르 산에서 죽어 자기 백성에게로 합쳐진 것같이 너도 올라가는 산에서 죽어 네 백성에게로 합쳐질지니라.
And die in the mount whither thou goest up, and be gathered unto thy people; as Aaron thy brother died in mount Hor, and was gathered unto his people：
☞신32:51 이는 너희가 신 광야에 있는 므리바카데스 물가에서 이스라엘 자손 가운데서 내게 범죄하였기 때문이며, 너희가 이스라엘 자손 가운데서 나를 거룩하게 여기지 아니하였기 때문이라.
Because ye trespassed against me among the children of Israel at the waters of MeribahKadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children of Israel.
☞신32:52 네가 네 앞에 있는 땅을 보기는 하겠으나 내가 이스라엘 자손에게 주는 그 땅으로 네가 들어가지는 못하리라." 하시니라.
Yet thou shalt see the land before thee; but thou shalt not go thither unto the land which I give the children of Israel.
