| ☞신17:1 | 너는 흠이 있거나 악취가 나는 소나 양으로 주 너의 하나님께 희생제를 드리지 말지니, 이는 그것이 주 너의 하나님께 가증한 것이기 때문이라. Thou shalt not sacrifice unto the LORD thy God any bullock, or sheep, wherein is blemish, or any evilfavouredness： for that is an abomination unto the LORD thy God. | |||
| ☞신17:2 | 주 너의 하나님께서 네게 주시는 어느 성문들 안에서 너희 가운데 만일 어떤 남자나 여자가 주 너의 하나님의 목전에 악을 행하여 그의 언약을 어기고 If there be found among you, within any of thy gates which the LORD thy God giveth thee, man or woman, that hath wrought wickedness in the sight of the LORD thy God, in transgressing his covenant, | |||
| ☞신17:3 | 가서 다른 신들을 섬기고 그들을 경배하거나, 내가 명령하지 아니한 태양이나 달이나 하늘의 군상들에게 경배하여 And hath gone and served other gods, and worshipped them, either the sun, or moon, or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded; | |||
| ☞신17:4 | 그 사실이 네게 알려져, 네가 그것을 듣고 부지런히 조사했더니, 보라, 그것이 사실이고 그러한 일, 곧 그러한 가증함이 이스라엘에서 행해진 것이 확인되면, And it be told thee, and thou hast heard of it, and enquired diligently, and, behold, it be true, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought in Israel： | |||
| ☞신17:5 | 너는 악한 일을 범한 그 남자나 그 여자를 네 성문들로 끌어내서 그 남자나 그 여자를 돌로 쳐서 죽일지니라. Then shalt thou bring forth that man or that woman, which have committed that wicked thing, unto thy gates, even that man or that woman, and shalt stone them with stones, till they die. | |||
| ☞신17:6 | 두 증인이나 세 증인의 증언으로 죽임을 당할 만한 사람을 죽이되 한 증인의 증언으로는 그 사람을 죽이지 말 것이며 At the mouth of two witnesses, or three witnesses, shall he that is worthy of death be put to death; but at the mouth of one witness he shall not be put to death. | |||
| ☞신17:7 | 그를 죽일 때에는 그에게 먼저 그 증인들이 손을 댈 것이요, 그 후에 온 백성이 손을 댈지니라. 이같이 너는 너희 가운데서 악을 제할지니라. The hands of the witnesses shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterward the hands of all the people. So thou shalt put the evil away from among you. | |||
| ☞신17:8 | 네 성문들 안에서 다투는 일들이 일어나서 서로 피를 흘리고, 서로 다투고, 서로 구타하여 네가 재판하기에 너무 어려운 문제가 생기거든, 너는 일어나 주 너의 하나님께서 선정하실 곳으로 올라가서 If there arise a matter too hard for thee in judgment, between blood and blood, between plea and plea, and between stroke and stroke, being matters of controversy within thy gates： then shalt thou arise, and get thee up into the place which the LORD thy God shall choose; | |||
| ☞신17:9 | 레위인 제사장들과 그 당시의 재판관에게 나와서 물으라. 그리하면 그들이 네게 재판에 대한 판결을 보여 주리라. And thou shalt come unto the priests the Levites, and unto the judge that shall be in those days, and enquire; and they shall shew thee the sentence of judgment： | |||
| ☞신17:10 | 너는 주께서 선정하실 곳에서 그들이 네게 보여 줄 판결에 따라 행할 것이며, 또 너는 그들이 네게 알려 주는 모든 것에 따라 지켜 행할지니라. And thou shalt do according to the sentence, which they of that place which the LORD shall choose shall shew thee; and thou shalt observe to do according to all that they inform thee： | |||
| ☞신17:11 | 그들이 네게 가르칠 율법의 판결에 따라서 또 그들이 네게 말해 줄 재판에 따라 네가 행할 것이며, 또 너는 그들이 네게 보여 줄 판결로부터 오른편이나 왼편으로 치우치지 말지니라. According to the sentence of the law which they shall teach thee, and according to the judgment which they shall tell thee, thou shalt do： thou shalt not decline from the sentence which they shall shew thee, to the right hand, nor to the left. | |||
| ☞신17:12 | 사람이 주제넘게 행하여 주 너의 하나님 앞에 섬기려고 서 있는 제사장에게나 재판관에게 듣지 아니하면, 그 사람을 죽임으로 너는 이스라엘에서 악을 제거할지니라. And the man that will do presumptuously, and will not hearken unto the priest that standeth to minister there before the LORD thy God, or unto the judge, even that man shall die： and thou shalt put away the evil from Israel. | |||
| ☞신17:13 | 그리하면 온 백성이 듣고 두려워하여 더이상 주제넘게 행하지 아니하리라. And all the people shall hear, and fear, and do no more presumptuously. | |||
| ☞신17:14 | 네가 주 너의 하나님께서 네게 주시는 땅에 들어가서, 그 땅을 차지하고 그곳에 거하며 말하기를 "나도 내 주위에 있는 모든 민족같이 내 위에 왕을 세우리라." 하거든 When thou art come unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, and shalt possess it, and shalt dwell therein, and shalt say, I will set a king over me, like as all the nations that are about me; | |||
| ☞신17:15 | 너는 반드시 주 너의 하나님께서 선정하실 사람을 네 위에 왕으로 세울 것이며, 너는 네 형제들 가운데서 한 사람을 네 위에 왕으로 세울 것이니, 네 형제가 아닌 타국인을 네 위에 세우지 말지니라. Thou shalt in any wise set him king over thee, whom the LORD thy God shall choose： one from among thy brethren shalt thou set king over thee： thou mayest not set a stranger over thee, which is not thy brother. | |||
| ☞신17:16 | 그러나 왕은 스스로 말들을 많이 번식시키지 말 것이며 그가 말을 번식시킬 목적으로 그 백성을 이집트로 돌려보내지 말지니, 이는 주께서 너희에게 말씀하신 바와 같으니, "너희가 이제부터는 그 길로 다시 돌아가지 말라."고 하셨기 때문이라. But he shall not multiply horses to himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt, to the end that he should multiply horses： forasmuch as the LORD hath said unto you, Ye shall henceforth return no more that way. | |||
| ☞신17:17 | 그는 또한 자기에게 아내를 많이 두지 말아야 할지니 그래야 그의 마음이 돌아서지 않을 것이요, 그는 또한 자기에게 은과 금도 크게 늘리지 말아야 하리라. Neither shall he multiply wives to himself, that his heart turn not away： neither shall he greatly multiply to himself silver and gold. | |||
| ☞신17:18 | 그가 자신의 왕국의 보좌에 앉으면 그는 레위인 제사장들 앞에 있는 책에서 이 율법서 한 권을 베껴 And it shall be, when he sitteth upon the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write him a copy of this law in a book out of that which is before the priests the Levites： | |||
| ☞신17:19 | 자기와 함께 두고 평생 동안 그것을 읽어서, 그로 주 그의 하나님을 두려워함을 배우게 하고 이 율법의 모든 말과 이러한 규례들을 지켜 그것들을 행하게 할지니라. And it shall be with him, and he shall read therein all the days of his life： that he may learn to fear the LORD his God, to keep all the words of this law and these statutes, to do them： | |||
| ☞신17:20 | 그리하여 그의 마음이 자기 형제들보다 자만하지 아니하며 그가 그 명령에서 오른편이나 왼편으로 치우치지 아니하면, 이스라엘 가운데 그와 그의 자손이 그 왕국에서 날들이 길어지게 되리라. That his heart be not lifted up above his brethren, and that he turn not aside from the commandment, to the right hand, or to the left： to the end that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he, and his children, in the midst of Israel. | |||
