| ☞출22:1 | 만일 어떤 사람이 소나 양을 훔쳐서 죽이거나 팔면 그 소 한 마리를 소 다섯 마리로, 양 한 마리를 양 네 마리로 갚을지니라. If a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it; he shall restore five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep. | |||
| ☞출22:2 | 만일 도둑이 뚫고 들어오는 것이 발각되어 맞아 죽으면 그를 위해 피흘림이 없을 것이나 If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him. | |||
| ☞출22:3 | 만일 해가 그의 위에 떠 있다면 그를 위해 피흘림이 있으리라. 그는 완전 변상을 할 것이고, 만약 아무것도 가진 것이 없으면 그는 그 도둑질한 것 때문에 팔려갈 것이니라. If the sun be risen upon him, there shall be blood shed for him; for he should make full restitution; if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft. | |||
| ☞출22:4 | 만일 도둑질한 것이 확실히 그의 손에서 산 채로 발견되면 그것이 소든지, 나귀든지, 양이든지 그는 두 배로 갚을지니라. If the theft be certainly found in his hand alive, whether it be ox, or ass, or sheep; he shall restore double. | |||
| ☞출22:5 | 만일 어떤 사람이 들에서나 포도원에서 먹이다가 그 짐승을 놓아 다른 사람의 들에서 먹이게 되면 자기 들에서 가장 좋은 것과 자기 포도원에서 가장 좋은 것으로 변상할지니라. If a man shall cause a field or vineyard to be eaten, and shall put in his beast, and shall feed in another man's field; of the best of his own field, and of the best of his own vineyard, shall he make restitution. | |||
| ☞출22:6 | 만일 불이 나서 가시나무에 옮겨 붙어서 쌓아 둔 곡식단이나 베지 않은 옥수수나 들을 태우면 불을 놓은 자가 반드시 변상할지니라. If fire break out, and catch in thorns, so that the stacks of corn, or the standing corn, or the field, be consumed therewith; he that kindled the fire shall surely make restitution. | |||
| ☞출22:7 | 만일 어떤 사람이 돈이나 물건을 자기 이웃에게 맡겨 지키게 하였다가 그 사람의 집에서 도둑을 맞았는데 그 도둑이 잡히면 그는 두 배로 변상할 것이요 If a man shall deliver unto his neighbour money or stuff to keep, and it be stolen out of the man's house; if the thief be found, let him pay double. | |||
| ☞출22:8 | 만일 그 도둑이 잡히지 아니하면 그때는 그 집 주인이 재판관들 앞에 가서 자기가 그 이웃의 물건에 자기 손을 댔는지를 조사받을지니라. If the thief be not found, then the master of the house shall be brought unto the judges, to see whether he have put his hand unto his neighbour's goods. | |||
| ☞출22:9 | 모든 허물은 그것이 소나 나귀나 양이나 의복이나 잃어버린 어떤 것이든 다른 사람이 자기 것이라고 주장하면 양쪽이 다 재판관들 앞에 나올 것이요 재판관들이 정죄하는 자가 그 이웃에게 두 배로 갚을지니라. For all manner of trespass, whether it be for ox, for ass, for sheep, for raiment, or for any manner of lost thing which another challengeth to be his, the cause of both parties shall come before the judges; and whom the judges shall condemn, he shall pay double unto his neighbour. | |||
| ☞출22:10 | 만일 어떤 사람이 나귀나 소나 양이나 어느 짐승이든지 맡겨 지키게 하였다가 그것이 죽거나 다치거나 몰려 나갔어도 본 사람이 없으면 If a man deliver unto his neighbour an ass, or an ox, or a sheep, or any beast, to keep; and it die, or be hurt, or driven away, no man seeing it： | |||
| ☞출22:11 | 그때는 그들 두 사람 사이에 이웃의 물건들에 손을 대지 아니하였다는 주의 맹세가 있으리니 그 주인이 그것을 받아들일지니라. 그러면 그는 갚지 않아도 되리라. Then shall an oath of the LORD be between them both, that he hath not put his hand unto his neighbour's goods; and the owner of it shall accept thereof, and he shall not make it good. | |||
| ☞출22:12 | 그러나 만일 자기가 도둑맞은 것이면 그 주인에게 변상을 해 주어야 하리라. And if it be stolen from him, he shall make restitution unto the owner thereof. | |||
| ☞출22:13 | 만일 그것이 여러 조각으로 찢겼으면 그것을 증거로 가져오게 할지니 찢겨진 것은 변상하지 않아도 되리라. If it be torn in pieces, then let him bring it for witness, and he shall not make good that which was torn. | |||
| ☞출22:14 | 만일 어떤 사람이 자기 이웃에게서 무엇을 빌려왔는데 주인과 함께 있지 않아서 그것이 다치거나 죽으면 그는 반드시 그것을 변상할지니라. And if a man borrow ought of his neighbour, and it be hurt, or die, the owner thereof being not with it, he shall surely make it good. | |||
| ☞출22:15 | 그러나 만일 주인이 그것과 함께 있었으면 변상하지 않아도 되며 그것이 세내고 빌린 것이면 그의 세를 돌려받을지니라. But if the owner thereof be with it, he shall not make it good： if it be an hired thing, it came for his hire. | |||
| ☞출22:16 | 만일 어떤 사람이 정혼하지 않은 처녀를 꾀어서 동침하였으면 그는 반드시 그녀에게 지참금을 주어 아내를 삼을지니라. And if a man entice a maid that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her to be his wife. | |||
| ☞출22:17 | 만일 그녀의 아비가 그녀를 그 사람에게 주기를 아주 거절하면 그 사람은 처녀들의 지참금에 따른 돈을 지불해야 할지니라. If her father utterly refuse to give her unto him, he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins. | |||
| ☞출22:18 | 너는 무당을 살려 두지 말지니라. Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live. | |||
| ☞출22:19 | 짐승과 교접하는 자는 누구라도 반드시 죽일지니라. Whosoever lieth with a beast shall surely be put to death. | |||
| ☞출22:20 | 주 한 분 외에 다른 신에게 희생제를 드리는 자는 완전히 멸절시켜야 하리라. He that sacrificeth unto any god, save unto the LORD only, he shall be utterly destroyed. | |||
| ☞출22:21 | 너는 타국인을 학대하거나 압제하지 말라. 이는 너희도 이집트 땅에서 타국인이었음이라. Thou shalt neither vex a stranger, nor oppress him： for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt. | |||
| ☞출22:22 | 너희는 어떤 과부나 아비 없는 아이를 괴롭히지 말지니라. Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child. | |||
| ☞출22:23 | 만일 네가 그들을 어떻게든 괴롭혀서 그들이 조금이라도 내게 부르짖으면 내가 반드시 그들의 부르짖음을 들으리라. If thou afflict them in any wise, and they cry at all unto me, I will surely hear their cry; | |||
| ☞출22:24 | 나의 진노가 뜨겁게 달아올라서 내가 너희를 칼로 죽이리니 너희 아내들은 과부가 되고 너희 자식들은 아비 없는 자가 되리라. And my wrath shall wax hot, and I will kill you with the sword; and your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless. | |||
| ☞출22:25 | 만일 네가 네 곁에 있는 가난한 내 백성 중에서 누구에게 돈을 빌려 주면 너는 그에게 고리대금업자같이 하지 말며 그에게 이자를 지우지도 말지니라. If thou lend money to any of my people that is poor by thee, thou shalt not be to him as an usurer, neither shalt thou lay upon him usury. | |||
| ☞출22:26 | 만일 네가 네 이웃의 옷을 일단 전당잡으면 너는 그것을 해가 지기까지 그에게 돌려 보내야 할지니라. If thou at all take thy neighbour's raiment to pledge, thou shalt deliver it unto him by that the sun goeth down： | |||
| ☞출22:27 | 이는 그것이 그의 유일한 덮는 것이며 그것이 그의 피부를 가릴 그의 옷임이니 그가 무엇을 입고 자겠느냐? 그가 내게 부르짖으면 내가 들으리라. 이는 내가 인자함이라. For that is his covering only, it is his raiment for his skin： wherein shall he sleep? and it shall come to pass, when he crieth unto me, that I will hear; for I am gracious. | |||
| ☞출22:28 | 너는 신들을 욕하지 말며 네 백성의 치리자들을 저주하지 말지니라. Thou shalt not revile the gods, nor curse the ruler of thy people. | |||
| ☞출22:29 | 너는 너의 익은 열매들의 첫수확과 네 포도즙의 첫수확을 바치는 데 지체하지 말며 너는 네 아들 중에 첫태생을 내게 줄지니라. Thou shalt not delay to offer the first of thy ripe fruits, and of thy liquors： the firstborn of thy sons shalt thou give unto me. | |||
| ☞출22:30 | 너는 너의 소들과 양들도 마찬가지로 하되 칠 일 동안은 어미와 함께 있게 하고 팔일째에 그것을 내게 줄지니라. Likewise shalt thou do with thine oxen, and with thy sheep： seven days it shall be with his dam; on the eighth day thou shalt give it me. | |||
| ☞출22:31 | 너희는 내게 거룩한 사람들이 될지니 들에서 찢겨진 짐승들의 고기는 먹지 말고 개들에게 던져 줄지니라. And ye shall be holy men unto me： neither shall ye eat any flesh that is torn of beasts in the field; ye shall cast it to the dogs. | |||
