| ☞창48:1 | 이 일들 후에 누군가가 요셉에게 말하기를 "보라, 네 아버지가 아프시다." 하니 그가 그의 두 아들 므낫세와 에프라임을 자기와 함께 데리고 가더라. And it came to pass after these things, that one told Joseph, Behold, thy father is sick： and he took with him his two sons, Manasseh and Ephraim. | |||
| ☞창48:2 | 누군가가 야곱에게 말하기를 "보소서, 당신의 아들 요셉이 당신에게 왔나이다." 하니 이스라엘이 힘을 내어 침상에 앉더라. And one told Jacob, and said, Behold, thy son Joseph cometh unto thee： and Israel strengthened himself, and sat upon the bed. | |||
| ☞창48:3 | 야곱이 요셉에게 말하기를 "전능하신 하나님께서 카나안 땅 루스에서 내게 나타나시어 나에게 복 주시며 And Jacob said unto Joseph, God Almighty appeared unto me at Luz in the land of Canaan, and blessed me, | |||
| ☞창48:4 | 내게 말씀하시기를 '보라, 내가 너를 다산하고 번성케 하여 내가 네게서 많은 백성을 이루게 하여, 이 땅을 네 뒤의 네 씨에게 주어서 영원한 소유가 되게 하리라.' 하셨느니라. And said unto me, Behold, I will make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, and I will make of thee a multitude of people; and will give this land to thy seed after thee for an everlasting possession. | |||
| ☞창48:5 | 이제 내가 이집트로 와서 네게 이르기 전에 이집트 땅에서 네게 태어난 너의 두 아들 에프라임과 므낫세는 내 것이라. 르우벤과 시므온처럼 그들은 내 것이 될 것이라. And now thy two sons, Ephraim and Manasseh, which were born unto thee in the land of Egypt before I came unto thee into Egypt, are mine; as Reuben and Simeon, they shall be mine. | |||
| ☞창48:6 | 그들 후에 네가 낳을 너의 후손은 네 것이 될 것이며 그들의 유업은 그들의 형제의 이름을 따라 부르리라. And thy issue, which thou begettest after them, shall be thine, and shall be called after the name of their brethren in their inheritance. | |||
| ☞창48:7 | 나로 말하면, 내가 파단에서 올 때에 라헬이 도중에 카나안 땅에서 죽었으며 에프랏에 오기까지는 얼마 남지 않아서 내가 그녀를 거기 에프랏 길에다 장사했는데 그곳은 베들레헴이라." 하더라. And as for me, when I came from Padan, Rachel died by me in the land of Canaan in the way, when yet there was but a little way to come unto Ephrath： and I buried her there in the way of Ephrath; the same is Bethlehem. | |||
| ☞창48:8 | 이스라엘이 요셉의 아들들을 보고 말하기를 "이들은 누구냐?" 하니 And Israel beheld Joseph's sons, and said, Who are these? | |||
| ☞창48:9 | 요셉이 그의 아비에게 말하기를 "그들은 하나님께서 이곳에서 내게 주신 아들들이니이다." 하니 야곱이 말하기를 "내가 네게 청하노니 그들을 내게로 데려오라. 내가 그들에게 축복해 주리라." 하더라. And Joseph said unto his father, They are my sons, whom God hath given me in this place. And he said, Bring them, I pray thee, unto me, and I will bless them. | |||
| ☞창48:10 | 이제 이스라엘의 눈이 나이로 인하여 어두워지므로 보지 못하더라. 요셉이 그들을 야곱에게로 가까이 데려오니 야곱이 그들에게 입맞추고 그들을 안아주며 Now the eyes of Israel were dim for age, so that he could not see. And he brought them near unto him; and he kissed them, and embraced them. | |||
| ☞창48:11 | 이스라엘이 요셉에게 말하기를 "내가 네 얼굴을 보리라고는 생각지 못하였는데, 보라, 하나님께서 네 씨까지도 내게 보이셨도다." And Israel said unto Joseph, I had not thought to see thy face： and, lo, God hath shewed me also thy seed. | |||
| ☞창48:12 | 요셉이 그의 무릎 사이에서 그들을 데리고 나와서 자기의 얼굴을 땅에다 대고 절하더라. And Joseph brought them out from between his knees, and he bowed himself with his face to the earth. | |||
| ☞창48:13 | 요셉이 그들 둘을 데려가서 에프라임은 그의 오른손으로 이스라엘의 왼손을 향하게 하고, 므낫세는 그의 왼손으로 이스라엘의 오른손을 향하게 하여 그에게 가까이 데리고 가니 And Joseph took them both, Ephraim in his right hand toward Israel's left hand, and Manasseh in his left hand toward Israel's right hand, and brought them near unto him. | |||
| ☞창48:14 | 이스라엘이 그의 오른손을 펴서 둘째인 에프라임의 머리 위에 얹고 그의 왼손은 므낫세의 머리 위에 얹으며 의식적으로 그의 손을 가게 하더라. 이는 므낫세가 맏아들임이더라. And Israel stretched out his right hand, and laid it upon Ephraim's head, who was the younger, and his left hand upon Manasseh's head, guiding his hands wittingly; for Manasseh was the firstborn. | |||
| ☞창48:15 | 그가 요셉을 축복하며 말하기를 "나의 조상 아브라함과 이삭 앞에서 행하신 하나님, 나의 온 생애 동안 오늘까지 나를 양육하신 하나님, And he blessed Joseph, and said, God, before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac did walk, the God which fed me all my life long unto this day, | |||
| ☞창48:16 | 모든 악에서 나를 구속하신 그 천사가 이 아이들을 축복하시며 내 이름과 내 조상 아브라함과 이삭의 이름이 그들 위에 불리게 하시고 그들로 땅 가운데서 번성하게 하소서." 하더라. The Angel which redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and let my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth. | |||
| ☞창48:17 | 요셉이 그의 아비가 오른손을 에프라임의 머리 위에 얹는 것을 보니 그것이 그를 불쾌하게 한지라, 그가 그의 아비의 손을 들어 에프라임의 머리에서 므낫세의 머리로 옮기려고 하더라. And when Joseph saw that his father laid his right hand upon the head of Ephraim, it displeased him： and he held up his father's hand, to remove it from Ephraim's head unto Manasseh's head. | |||
| ☞창48:18 | 요셉이 그의 아비에게 말하기를 "내 아버지여, 그리 마옵소서. 이 아이는 장자이오니 아버지의 오른손을 그에게 얹어 주소서." 하였으나 And Joseph said unto his father, Not so, my father： for this is the firstborn; put thy right hand upon his head. | |||
| ☞창48:19 | 그의 아비가 거절하며 말하기를 "나도 안다. 내 아들아, 나도 안다. 그도 역시 한 백성이 될 것이며 그도 역시 크게 될 것이다. 그러나 진실로 그의 아우가 그보다 더 크게 되고 그의 씨가 수많은 민족들을 이룰 것이라." 하고 And his father refused, and said, I know it, my son, I know it： he also shall become a people, and he also shall be great： but truly his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his seed shall become a multitude of nations. | |||
| ☞창48:20 | 야곱이 그 날 그들에게 축복해 주며 말하기를 "이스라엘이 너로 축복하며 말하노니 하나님께서 너를 에프라임 같고 또 므낫세 같게 하리라." 하고 그가 에프라임을 므낫세 앞에 세웠더라. And he blessed them that day, saying, In thee shall Israel bless, saying, God make thee as Ephraim and as Manasseh： and he set Ephraim before Manasseh. | |||
| ☞창48:21 | 또 이스라엘이 요셉에게 말하기를 "보라, 나는 죽으나 하나님께서 너희와 함께하시어서 너희를 다시 너희 조상의 땅으로 데리고 가시리라. And Israel said unto Joseph, Behold, I die： but God shall be with you, and bring you again unto the land of your fathers. | |||
| ☞창48:22 | 내가 너에게 네 형제들보다 한 분깃을 더 주었나니, 이는 내가 내 칼로 또 활로 아모리인의 손에서 빼앗은 것이니라." 하더라. Moreover I have given to thee one portion above thy brethren, which I took out of the hand of the Amorite with my sword and with my bow. | |||
