| ☞창20:1 | 아브라함이 그곳에서부터 남쪽 지역으로 이동하여 카데스와 술 사이에 거하였고 그랄에서는 잠시 머물렀더라. And Abraham journeyed from thence toward the south country, and dwelled between Kadesh and Shur, and sojourned in Gerar. | |||
| ☞창20:2 | 아브라함이 그의 아내 사라에 대해 말할 때 "그녀는 내 누이라." 하였으므로 그랄 왕 아비멜렉이 보내서 사라를 취하니라. And Abraham said of Sarah his wife, She is my sister： and Abimelech king of Gerar sent, and took Sarah. | |||
| ☞창20:3 | 그러나 그 밤에 하나님께서 꿈에 아비멜렉에게 나타나셔서 그에게 말씀하시기를 "보라, 네가 취한 여인으로 인하여 네가 죽은 사람이 되리니, 이는 그녀가 다른 사람의 아내임이라." 하시더라. But God came to Abimelech in a dream by night, and said to him, Behold, thou art but a dead man, for the woman which thou hast taken; for she is a man's wife. | |||
| ☞창20:4 | 아비멜렉이 그녀에게 가까이 하지 않았으므로 그가 아뢰기를 "주여 주께서는 의로운 민족도 죽이시나이까? But Abimelech had not come near her： and he said, Lord, wilt thou slay also a righteous nation? | |||
| ☞창20:5 | 그가 '그녀는 나의 누이라.'고 나에게 말하지 않았나이까? 그녀 자신도 말하기를 '그는 나의 오라비라.' 하였나이다. 나는 마음의 온전함과 내 손의 무죄함으로 이렇게 하였나이다." 하더라. Said he not unto me, She is my sister? and she, even she herself said, He is my brother： in the integrity of my heart and innocency of my hands have I done this. | |||
| ☞창20:6 | 또 하나님께서 꿈에 그에게 말씀하시기를 "정녕, 나는 네가 네 마음의 온전함 속에서 이 일을 행한 줄 알았으므로, 나도 너를 막아 내게 죄를 짓지 않게 하였나니, 내가 너로 그녀에게 접촉하는 것을 허락하지 아니하였느니라. And God said unto him in a dream, Yea, I know that thou didst this in the integrity of thy heart; for I also withheld thee from sinning against me： therefore suffered I thee not to touch her. | |||
| ☞창20:7 | 그러므로 이제 그 사람에게 그의 아내를 돌려주라. 그는 선지자니 그가 너를 위하여 기도하여 네가 살 것이라. 그러나 네가 그녀를 돌려주지 않는다면 너는 알지니, 네가 분명히 죽을 것이며 너와 네게 속한 모든 자들이 죽으리라." 하시더라. Now therefore restore the man his wife; for he is a prophet, and he shall pray for thee, and thou shalt live： and if thou restore her not, know thou that thou shalt surely die, thou, and all that are thine. | |||
| ☞창20:8 | 그러므로 아비멜렉이 아침에 일찍 일어나서 그의 모든 신하들을 불러 놓고 그들의 귀에다 이 모든 일들을 말하니 그 사람들이 몹시 두려워하더라. Therefore Abimelech rose early in the morning, and called all his servants, and told all these things in their ears： and the men were sore afraid. | |||
| ☞창20:9 | 그때 아비멜렉이 아브라함을 불러서 그에게 말하기를 "네가 우리에게 무슨 일을 행하였느냐? 내가 네게 무슨 죄를 지었기에 네가 나와 내 왕국에 큰 죄를 가져왔느냐? 네가 해서는 안되는 일을 내게 행하였도다." 하고 Then Abimelech called Abraham, and said unto him, What hast thou done unto us? and what have I offended thee, that thou hast brought on me and on my kingdom a great sin? thou hast done deeds unto me that ought not to be done. | |||
| ☞창20:10 | 또 아비멜렉이 아브라함에게 말하기를 "네가 무엇을 보고 네가 이 일을 행하였더냐?" 하니 And Abimelech said unto Abraham, What sawest thou, that thou hast done this thing? | |||
| ☞창20:11 | 아브라함이 말하기를 "참으로 이곳에는 하나님을 두려워함이 없기에 내 아내로 인하여 그들이 나를 죽일 것이라고 생각했음이라. And Abraham said, Because I thought, Surely the fear of God is not in this place; and they will slay me for my wife's sake. | |||
| ☞창20:12 | 또 그녀는 실로 내 누이라. 그녀는 내 어머니의 딸은 아니지만 내 아버지의 딸로서 내 아내가 되었도다. And yet indeed she is my sister; she is the daughter of my father, but not the daughter of my mother; and she became my wife. | |||
| ☞창20:13 | 하나님께서 나로 내 아버지 집을 떠나 유랑하게 하셨을 때 내가 그녀에게 말하기를, 이것이 당신이 나에게 보여줄 친절이라. 우리가 가는 어느 곳에서나 '그는 나의 오라비라.'고 하라 하였노라." 하더라. And it came to pass, when God caused me to wander from my father's house, that I said unto her, This is thy kindness which thou shalt shew unto me; at every place whither we shall come, say of me, He is my brother. | |||
| ☞창20:14 | 아비멜렉이 양과 소와 남종들과 여종들을 취하여 아브라함에게 주었고 그의 아내 사라도 그에게 돌려주며 And Abimelech took sheep, and oxen, and menservants, and womenservants, and gave them unto Abraham, and restored him Sarah his wife. | |||
| ☞창20:15 | 아비멜렉이 말하기를 "보라, 내 땅이 네 앞에 있으니 네가 좋아하는 곳에서 거하라." 하고 And Abimelech said, Behold, my land is before thee： dwell where it pleaseth thee. | |||
| ☞창20:16 | 사라에게 말하기를 "보라, 내가 네 오라비에게 은 천 개를 주었노라. 보라, 그는 너와 함께한 모든 사람들과 다른 사람 모두에게 네 눈의 가리움이라." 하였으니, 이같이 그녀가 책망받았더라. And unto Sarah he said, Behold, I have given thy brother a thousand pieces of silver： behold, he is to thee a covering of the eyes, unto all that are with thee, and with all other： thus she was reproved. | |||
| ☞창20:17 | 그리하여 아브라함이 하나님께 기도하였더니 하나님께서 아비멜렉과 그의 아내와 그의 여종들을 치유해 주시므로 그들이 아이들을 낳았더라. So Abraham prayed unto God： and God healed Abimelech, and his wife, and his maidservants; and they bare children. | |||
| ☞창20:18 | 이는 아브라함의 아내 사라 때문에 주께서 아비멜렉 집안의 모든 태를 벌써 닫으셨기 때문이라. For the LORD had fast closed up all the wombs of the house of Abimelech, because of Sarah Abraham's wife. | |||
