| ☞삼상7:1 | 키럇여아림인들이 와서 주의 궤를 들어 올려 산에 있는 아비나답의 집으로 가져온 후 그의 아들 엘르아살을 성결케 하여 주의 궤를 지키게 하였더라. And the men of Kirjathjearim came, and fetched up the ark of the LORD, and brought it into the house of Abinadab in the hill, and sanctified Eleazar his son to keep the ark of the LORD. | |||
| ☞삼상7:2 | 그 궤가 키럇여아림에 있은지 오래되었으니, 그것이 이십 년이 되었더라. 이스라엘의 모든 집이 주를 위해 애곡하더라. And it came to pass, while the ark abode in Kirjathjearim, that the time was long; for it was twenty years： and all the house of Israel lamented after the LORD. | |||
| ☞삼상7:3 | 사무엘이 이스라엘의 모든 집에 말하기를 "만일 너희가 너희 마음을 다하여 주께 돌아오는 것이라면, 너희 가운데서 이방 신들과 아스타롯을 치우고 너희 마음을 주께로 세우며 그 분만을 섬기라. 그리하면 그가 필리스티아인들의 손에서 너희를 구해 주시리라." 하니라. And Samuel spake unto all the house of Israel, saying, If ye do return unto the LORD with all your hearts, then put away the strange gods and Ashtaroth from among you, and prepare your hearts unto the LORD, and serve him only： and he will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines. | |||
| ☞삼상7:4 | 그리하여 이스라엘 자손이 바알들과 아스타롯을 치우고 주만을 섬기더라. Then the children of Israel did put away Baalim and Ashtaroth, and served the LORD only. | |||
| ☞삼상7:5 | 사무엘이 말하기를 "모든 이스라엘은 미스페로 모이라. 내가 너희를 위하여 주께 기도하리라." 하니 And Samuel said, Gather all Israel to Mizpeh, and I will pray for you unto the LORD. | |||
| ☞삼상7:6 | 그들이 미스페에 모여 물을 길어 주 앞에 붓고, 그 날에 금식하며 거기서 말하기를 "우리가 주께 죄를 지었나이다." 하더라. 사무엘이 이스라엘 자손을 미스페에서 재판하더라. And they gathered together to Mizpeh, and drew water, and poured it out before the LORD, and fasted on that day, and said there, We have sinned against the LORD. And Samuel judged the children of Israel in Mizpeh. | |||
| ☞삼상7:7 | 그때 필리스티아인들은 이스라엘 자손이 미스페에 모였음을 듣고, 필리스티아인들의 군주들이 이스라엘을 치러 올라가더라. 이스라엘 자손이 그 말을 듣고 필리스티아인들을 두려워하더라. And when the Philistines heard that the children of Israel were gathered together to Mizpeh, the lords of the Philistines went up against Israel. And when the children of Israel heard it, they were afraid of the Philistines. | |||
| ☞삼상7:8 | 이스라엘 자손이 사무엘에게 말하기를 "우리를 위하여 주 우리 하나님께 쉬지 말고 부르짖으소서. 그러면 그 분이 우리를 필리스티아인들의 손에서 구원하시리이다." 하더라. And the children of Israel said to Samuel, Cease not to cry unto the LORD our God for us, that he will save us out of the hand of the Philistines. | |||
| ☞삼상7:9 | 사무엘이 젖먹는 어린 양을 취하여 온전한 번제를 주께 드리고 이스라엘을 위하여 주께 부르짖으니, 주께서 그를 들으시더라. And Samuel took a sucking lamb, and offered it for a burnt offering wholly unto the LORD： and Samuel cried unto the LORD for Israel; and the LORD heard him. | |||
| ☞삼상7:10 | 사무엘이 번제를 드릴 때에 필리스티아인들이 이스라엘과 싸우려고 가까이 왔으나, 주께서 그 날에 필리스티아인들에게 큰 천둥을 일으키시어 그들을 당황케 하시니, 그들이 이스라엘 앞에서 패하더라. And as Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel： but the LORD thundered with a great thunder on that day upon the Philistines, and discomfited them; and they were smitten before Israel. | |||
| ☞삼상7:11 | 이스라엘 사람들이 미스페에서 나가 필리스티아인들을 추격하였으며, 그들을 쳤으니 그들이 벧칼 아래에 이르기까지 쳤더라. And the men of Israel went out of Mizpeh, and pursued the Philistines, and smote them, until they came under Bethcar. | |||
| ☞삼상7:12 | 사무엘이 돌 하나를 가져다가 미스페와 센 사이에 세우고 그 이름을 에벤에셀이라 하며 말하기를 "주께서 여기까지 우리를 도우셨다." 하더라. Then Samuel took a stone, and set it between Mizpeh and Shen, and called the name of it Ebenezer, saying, Hitherto hath the LORD helped us. | |||
| ☞삼상7:13 | 그리하여 필리스티아인들이 항복하고 다시는 이스라엘의 지경에 오지 아니하였으니, 주의 손이 사무엘의 평생 동안 필리스티아인들을 막으셨더라. So the Philistines were subdued, and they came no more into the coast of Israel： and the hand of the LORD was against the Philistines all the days of Samuel. | |||
| ☞삼상7:14 | 필리스티아인들이 이스라엘로부터 빼앗은 성읍들이 이스라엘에게 회복되었으니, 에크론으로부터 가드까지며 그 지경도 필리스티아인들의 손에서 이스라엘에게로 넘어갔더라. 이스라엘과 아모리인 사이에는 화평이 있더라. And the cities which the Philistines had taken from Israel were restored to Israel, from Ekron even unto Gath; and the coasts thereof did Israel deliver out of the hands of the Philistines. And there was peace between Israel and the Amorites. | |||
| ☞삼상7:15 | 사무엘이 평생 동안 이스라엘을 재판하였으니 And Samuel judged Israel all the days of his life. | |||
| ☞삼상7:16 | 그가 해마다 벧엘과 길갈과 미스페를 순회하며 그 모든 곳에서 이스라엘을 다스리다가 And he went from year to year in circuit to Bethel, and Gilgal, and Mizpeh, and judged Israel in all those places. | |||
| ☞삼상7:17 | 라마로 돌아왔으니 거기에 그의 집이 있음이라. 그가 거기서 이스라엘을 다스리며, 거기에 주께 제단을 세웠더라. And his return was to Ramah; for there was his house; and there he judged Israel; and there he built an altar unto the LORD. | |||
