| ☞삼상5:1 | 필리스티아인들이 하나님의 궤를 빼앗아 에벤에셀에서부터 아스돗으로 가져왔더라. And the Philistines took the ark of God, and brought it from Ebenezer unto Ashdod. | |||
| ☞삼상5:2 | 필리스티아인들이 하나님의 궤를 빼앗아 다곤의 신당으로 가져와서 다곤 곁에 두었더라. When the Philistines took the ark of God, they brought it into the house of Dagon, and set it by Dagon. | |||
| ☞삼상5:3 | 아스돗 사람들이 다음날 일찍 일어나니, 보라, 다곤이 주의 궤 앞에 쓰러져 그 얼굴이 땅에 닿았더라. 그들이 다곤을 집어서 다시 그 자리에 세워 두더라. And when they of Ashdod arose early on the morrow, behold, Dagon was fallen upon his face to the earth before the ark of the LORD. And they took Dagon, and set him in his place again. | |||
| ☞삼상5:4 | 그들이 다음날 아침에 일찍 일어나니, 보라, 다곤이 주의 궤 앞에 쓰러져 그 얼굴이 바닥에 닿았으며, 다곤의 머리와 두 손목은 문지방 위에 끊어져 있고 그의 몸통만 남아 있더라. And when they arose early on the morrow morning, behold, Dagon was fallen upon his face to the ground before the ark of the LORD; and the head of Dagon and both the palms of his hands were cut off upon the threshold; only the stump of Dagon was left to him. | |||
| ☞삼상5:5 | 그러므로 다곤의 제사장들이나 다곤의 신당에 들어오는 자는 누구도 오늘까지 아스돗에 있는 다곤의 문지방을 밟지 아니하더라. Therefore neither the priests of Dagon, nor any that come into Dagon's house, tread on the threshold of Dagon in Ashdod unto this day. | |||
| ☞삼상5:6 | 그러나 주의 손이 아스돗 사람들에게 임하셨으며, 주께서 그들을 멸하시고 악성 종기로 그들을 치셨으니 아스돗과 그 지경까지더라. But the hand of the LORD was heavy upon them of Ashdod, and he destroyed them, and smote them with emerods, even Ashdod and the coasts thereof. | |||
| ☞삼상5:7 | 아스돗 사람들이 그렇게 된 것을 보고 말하기를 "이스라엘의 하나님의 궤를 우리 곁에 두지 말라. 그의 손이 우리와 우리의 신 다곤을 치시는도다." 하더라. And when the men of Ashdod saw that it was so, they said, The ark of the God of Israel shall not abide with us： for his hand is sore upon us, and upon Dagon our god. | |||
| ☞삼상5:8 | 그러므로 그들이 보내어 필리스티아인들의 모든 군주들을 모아서 말하기를 "우리가 이스라엘의 하나님의 궤를 어찌할꼬?" 하니, 그들이 대답하기를 "이스라엘의 하나님의 궤를 가드로 옮겨가라." 한지라, 그들이 이스라엘의 하나님의 궤를 거기로 옮겼더라. They sent therefore and gathered all the lords of the Philistines unto them, and said, What shall we do with the ark of the God of Israel? And they answered, Let the ark of the God of Israel be carried about unto Gath. And they carried the ark of the God of Israel about thither. | |||
| ☞삼상5:9 | 그렇게 하여 그들이 그것을 옮긴 후에 주의 손이 심히 큰 환난으로 그 성읍을 치시니라. 주께서 그 성읍의 사람들을 작은 자나 큰 자나 다 치셨으니, 그들의 은밀한 부분에 악성 종기가 생기더라. And it was so, that, after they had carried it about, the hand of the LORD was against the city with a very great destruction： and he smote the men of the city, both small and great, and they had emerods in their secret parts. | |||
| ☞삼상5:10 | 그러므로 그들이 하나님의 궤를 에크론으로 보냈더니 하나님의 궤가 에크론에 오자 에크론인들이 부르짖어 말하기를 "그들이 이스라엘의 하나님의 궤를 우리에게 가져와 우리와 우리 백성을 죽이려 한다." 하고 Therefore they sent the ark of God to Ekron. And it came to pass, as the ark of God came to Ekron, that the Ekronites cried out, saying, They have brought about the ark of the God of Israel to us, to slay us and our people. | |||
| ☞삼상5:11 | 그들이 보내어 필리스티아인들의 모든 군주들을 모아 말하기를 "이스라엘의 하나님의 궤를 보내고 그 본래의 자리로 돌아가게 하여, 그것이 우리와 우리 백성을 죽이지 못하게 하라." 하였으니, 이는 온 성읍에 죽음의 환난이 있음이라. 하나님의 손이 거기서 매우 엄중히 하시어 So they sent and gathered together all the lords of the Philistines, and said, Send away the ark of the God of Israel, and let it go again to his own place, that it slay us not, and our people： for there was a deadly destruction throughout all the city; the hand of God was very heavy there. | |||
| ☞삼상5:12 | 죽지 아니한 사람들은 악성 종기로 치셨으니, 성읍의 부르짖음이 하늘까지 올라갔더라. And the men that died not were smitten with the emerods： and the cry of the city went up to heaven. | |||
