| ☞대하16:1 | 아사의 치리 제 삼십육년에 이스라엘의 바아사왕이 유다를 치러 올라와서 아무도 유다의 아사왕에게 나가고 들어가지 못하게 할 의도로 라마를 건축하였더라. In the six and thirtieth year of the reign of Asa Baasha king of Israel came up against Judah, and built Ramah, to the intent that he might let none go out or come in to Asa king of Judah. | |||
| ☞대하16:2 | 그때 아사가 주의 전의 보물 창고와 왕궁의 보물 창고에서 은과 금을 꺼내어 다마스커스에 거하는 시리아의 벤하닷왕에게 보내며 말하기를 Then Asa brought out silver and gold out of the treasures of the house of the LORD and of the king's house, and sent to Benhadad king of Syria, that dwelt at Damascus, saying, | |||
| ☞대하16:3 | "나와 당신 사이에도 동맹이 있고, 나의 아버지와 당신의 아버지 사이에도 동맹이 있나이다. 보소서, 내가 당신께 은과 금을 보내오니, 가서 이스라엘의 바아사왕과 더불어 맺은 당신의 동맹을 파기하여 그로 내게서 떠나게 하소서." 하니 There is a league between me and thee, as there was between my father and thy father： behold, I have sent thee silver and gold; go, break thy league with Baasha king of Israel, that he may depart from me. | |||
| ☞대하16:4 | 벤하닷이 아사왕의 말을 듣고 이스라엘 성읍들을 치기 위해 그의 군대 대장들을 보내니, 그들이 이욘과 단과 아벨마임과 납탈리의 모든 국고 성읍들을 쳤더라. And Benhadad hearkened unto king Asa, and sent the captains of his armies against the cities of Israel; and they smote Ijon, and Dan, and Abelmaim, and all the store cities of Naphtali. | |||
| ☞대하16:5 | 바아사가 그 소식을 듣고 라마의 건축을 멈추어 그의 역사를 중단케 하니라. And it came to pass, when Baasha heard it, that he left off building of Ramah, and let his work cease. | |||
| ☞대하16:6 | 이에 아사왕이 온 유다를 데리고 갔더니 그들이 바아사가 건축하는 데 쓴 라마의 석재와 목재를 운반하였으며, 그가 그것들로 게바와 미스파를 건축하였더라. Then Asa the king took all Judah; and they carried away the stones of Ramah, and the timber thereof, wherewith Baasha was building; and he built therewith Geba and Mizpah. | |||
| ☞대하16:7 | 그때에 선견자 하나니가 유다의 아사왕에게 나아와서 말하기를 "왕이 시리아왕을 의지하고 주 왕의 하나님을 의지하지 아니하였으므로 시리아 왕의 군대가 왕의 손에서 벗어났나이다. And at that time Hanani the seer came to Asa king of Judah, and said unto him, Because thou hast relied on the king of Syria, and not relied on the LORD thy God, therefore is the host of the king of Syria escaped out of thine hand. | |||
| ☞대하16:8 | 에디오피아인들과 루빔인들은 심히 많은 병거와 기병을 가진 대 군대가 아니었나이까? 그래도 왕이 주를 의지하였기에 그 분께서 그들을 왕의 손에 넘겨 주셨나이다. Were not the Ethiopians and the Lubims a huge host, with very many chariots and horsemen? yet, because thou didst rely on the LORD, he delivered them into thine hand. | |||
| ☞대하16:9 | 이는 주의 눈은 온 땅을 두루 살피시어 자신을 향하여 마음이 온전한 자들을 위하여 자신이 강함을 보이심이니이다. 왕이 이 일을 어리석게 행하셨나이다 그러므로 이제부터 왕에게 전쟁들이 있으리이다." 하더라. For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly： therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars. | |||
| ☞대하16:10 | 그러나 아사가 그 선견자에게 노하여 그를 감옥에 가두었으니, 이는 왕이 이 일로 인하여 그에게 분노하였음이더라. 아사가 그 때에 백성 중 얼마를 압제하였더라. Then Asa was wroth with the seer, and put him in a prison house; for he was in a rage with him because of this thing. And Asa oppressed some of the people the same time. | |||
| ☞대하16:11 | 보라, 아사의 행적의 처음과 마지막이 유다와 이스라엘 왕들의 책에 기록되어 있느니라. And, behold, the acts of Asa, first and last, lo, they are written in the book of the kings of Judah and Israel. | |||
| ☞대하16:12 | 아사가 치리한 지 제 삼십구년에 그의 발에 병이 생겼는데 그 병이 심히 중하게 되었더라. 그런데도 그가 병이 들었을 때 주께 구하지 아니하고 의사들에게 구하였더라. And Asa in the thirty and ninth year of his reign was diseased in his feet, until his disease was exceeding great： yet in his disease he sought not to the LORD, but to the physicians. | |||
| ☞대하16:13 | 그리하여 아사가 그의 조상들과 함께 잠드니 그가 치리한 지 사십일년째에 죽으니라. And Asa slept with his fathers, and died in the one and fortieth year of his reign. | |||
| ☞대하16:14 | 백성이 그를 그가 자신을 위하여 다윗 성읍에 만들어 둔 그의 묘에 장사하여 약제사의 기술에 따라 마련한 좋은 향기와 각종 향료로 채운 침상에 그를 뉘었으며 그를 위하여 심히 큰 분향을 하였더라. And they buried him in his own sepulchres, which he had made for himself in the city of David, and laid him in the bed which was filled with sweet odours and divers kinds of spices prepared by the apothecaries' art： and they made a very great burning for him. | |||
