| ☞대하13:1 | 이제 여로보암왕 십팔년에 아비야가 유다를 치리하기 시작하였더라. Now in the eighteenth year of king Jeroboam began Abijah to reign over Judah. | |||
| ☞대하13:2 | 그가 예루살렘에서 삼 년을 치리하였으며, 그의 어머니의 이름은 미카야로 기브아의 우리엘의 딸이더라. 아비야와 여로보암 사이에 전쟁이 있었더라. He reigned three years in Jerusalem. His mother's name also was Michaiah the daughter of Uriel of Gibeah. And there was war between Abijah and Jeroboam. | |||
| ☞대하13:3 | 아비야가 용맹스런 전사들의 군대, 즉 택한 사람 사십만으로 전열을 갖추었으며, 여로보암도 용사들로 된 팔십만 명의 택한 사람들로 그를 대항하여 전열을 갖추니라. And Abijah set the battle in array with an army of valiant men of war, even four hundred thousand chosen men： Jeroboam also set the battle in array against him with eight hundred thousand chosen men, being mighty men of valour. | |||
| ☞대하13:4 | 아비야가 에프라임 산지에 있는 스마라임 산 위에 서서 말하기를 "너 여로보암과 온 이스라엘아, 들으라. And Abijah stood up upon mount Zemaraim, which is in mount Ephraim, and said, Hear me, thou Jeroboam, and all Israel; | |||
| ☞대하13:5 | 이스라엘의 주 하나님께서 이스라엘을 다스릴 왕국을 영원히 다윗에게, 즉 그와 그의 아들들에게 소금의 언약으로 주신 것을 너희가 마땅히 알아야 할 것이 아니냐? Ought ye not to know that the LORD God of Israel gave the kingdom over Israel to David for ever, even to him and to his sons by a covenant of salt? | |||
| ☞대하13:6 | 그런데 다윗의 아들 솔로몬의 신하 느밧의 아들 여로보암이 일어나 그의 주께 반역 하였도다. Yet Jeroboam the son of Nebat, the servant of Solomon the son of David, is risen up, and hath rebelled against his lord. | |||
| ☞대하13:7 | 허황된 자들, 벨리알의 자식들이 그에게로 모여들어 솔로몬의 아들 르호보암을 대적하여 스스로 힘을 길렀으니, 그때는 르호보암이 어리고 연약하여 그들을 대항할 수 없었도다. And there are gathered unto him vain men, the children of Belial, and have strengthened themselves against Rehoboam the son of Solomon, when Rehoboam was young and tenderhearted, and could not withstand them. | |||
| ☞대하13:8 | 그런데 이제 너희가 다윗의 아들들의 손에 있는 주의 왕국을 대항하려고 생각하는도다. 너희는 큰 무리요, 또 여로보암이 너희에게 신들로 만들어 준 금 송아지들이 너희와 함께 있도다. And now ye think to withstand the kingdom of the LORD in the hand of the sons of David; and ye be a great multitude, and there are with your golden calves, which Jeroboam made you for gods. | |||
| ☞대하13:9 | 너희가 아론의 아들들과 레위인들인 주의 제사장들을 쫓아 내고 다른 땅의 민족들의 관행을 따라 제사장들을 삼지 아니하였느냐? 그리하여 어린 수송아지 한 마리와 숫양 일곱 마리를 가지고 봉헌하러 오는 자는 누구나 신들이 아닌 것들의 제사장이 될 수 있게 하였도다. Have ye not cast out the priests of the LORD, the sons of Aaron, and the Levites, and have made you priests after the manner of the nations of other lands? so that whosoever cometh to consecrate himself with a young bullock and seven rams, the same may be a priest of them that are no gods. | |||
| ☞대하13:10 | 그러나 우리로 말하면, 주께서는 우리의 하나님이시니 우리는 그 분을 버리지 아니하였노라. 주를 섬기는 제사장들은 아론의 아들들이고 레위인들이 그들의 일을 돌보나니 But as for us, the LORD is our God, and we have not forsaken him; and the priests, which minister unto the LORD, are the sons of Aaron, and the Levites wait upon their business： | |||
| ☞대하13:11 | 그들이 매일 아침과 저녁에 주께 번제와 향기로운 향을 드리고, 정결한 상 위에 빵을 차려 놓으며, 등이 있는 금 촛대로 저녁마다 불을 켜느니라. 우리는 주 우리 하나님의 직무를 지키나 너희는 그 분을 버렸도다. And they burn unto the LORD every morning and every evening burnt sacrifices and sweet incense： the shewbread also set they in order upon the pure table; and the candlestick of gold with the lamps thereof, to burn every evening： for we keep the charge of the LORD our God; but ye have forsaken him. | |||
| ☞대하13:12 | 보라, 하나님께서 친히 우리와 함께 하시어 우리의 대장이 되시고 그의 제사장들도 나팔들을 불어 너희를 향하여 경고를 발하는도다. 오 이스라엘 자손들아, 너희는 너희 조상의 주 하나님을 대항하여 싸우지 말라. 너희가 성공하지 못하리라." 하더라. And, behold, God himself is with us for our captain, and his priests with sounding trumpets to cry alarm against you. O children of Israel, fight ye not against the LORD God of your fathers; for ye shall not prosper. | |||
| ☞대하13:13 | 그러나 여로보암은 복병으로 그들의 뒤를 포위하게 하였더라. 그리하여 그들은 유다 앞에 있고 복병은 유다 뒤에 있더라. But Jeroboam caused an ambushment to come about behind them： so they were before Judah, and the ambushment was behind them. | |||
| ☞대하13:14 | 유다가 뒤를 보니, 보라, 전쟁이 앞뒤로 있는지라. 그들이 주께 부르짖고 제사장들이 나팔들을 불더라. And when Judah looked back, behold, the battle was before and behind： and they cried unto the LORD, and the priests sounded with the trumpets. | |||
| ☞대하13:15 | 그때 유다 사람들이 소리를 지르니라. 유다 사람들이 소리를 지르자 하나님께서 아비야와 유다 앞에서 여로보암과 온 이스라엘을 치셨더라. Then the men of Judah gave a shout： and as the men of Judah shouted, it came to pass, that God smote Jeroboam and all Israel before Abijah and Judah. | |||
| ☞대하13:16 | 이에 이스라엘 자손이 유다 앞에서 도망쳤으니, 하나님께서 그들을 그들의 손에 넘기셨더라. And the children of Israel fled before Judah： and God delivered them into their hand. | |||
| ☞대하13:17 | 아비야와 그의 백성이 큰 살륙으로 그들을 죽이니, 이스라엘에서 택한 사람 오십만 명이 죽어 쓰러졌더라. And Abijah and his people slew them with a great slaughter： so there fell down slain of Israel five hundred thousand chosen men. | |||
| ☞대하13:18 | 그리하여 이스라엘 자손이 그 때에 진압되고 유다 자손이 이겼으니, 이는 그들이 그들 조상의 주 하나님을 의지하였음이더라. Thus the children of Israel were brought under at that time, and the children of Judah prevailed, because they relied upon the LORD God of their fathers. | |||
| ☞대하13:19 | 아비야가 여로보암을 추격하여 그로부터 성읍들을 탈환하였으니, 벧엘과 그 고을들이며, 여사나와 그 고을들이요, 에프라임과 그 고을들이더라. And Abijah pursued after Jeroboam, and took cities from him, Bethel with the towns thereof, and Jeshanah with the towns thereof, and Ephraim with the towns thereof. | |||
| ☞대하13:20 | 여로보암이 아비야의 때에 다시 세력을 회복하지 못하였으며, 주께서 그를 치시니 그가 죽으니라. Neither did Jeroboam recover strength again in the days of Abijah： and the LORD struck him, and he died. | |||
| ☞대하13:21 | 그러나 아비야는 강성하여져서 열 네 명의 아내와 결혼하여 아들 스물 둘과 딸 열 여섯을 낳았더라. But Abijah waxed mighty, and married fourteen wives, and begat twenty and two sons, and sixteen daughters. | |||
| ☞대하13:22 | 아비야의 나머지 행적과 그의 행위와 그의 어록이 선지자 잇도의 역사서에 기록되니라. And the rest of the acts of Abijah, and his ways, and his sayings, are written in the story of the prophet Iddo. | |||
