| ☞삼하21:1 | 그 후 다윗의 때에 해를 거듭하여 삼 년 간 기근이 있어 다윗이 주께 물으니라. 주께서 대답하시기를 "이 기근은 사울과 피 흘린 그의 집 때문이니, 이는 그가 기브온인들을 죽였음이라." 하신지라, Then there was a famine in the days of David three years, year after year; and David enquired of the LORD. And the LORD answered, It is for Saul, and for his bloody house, because he slew the Gibeonites. | |||
| ☞삼하21:2 | 왕이 기브온인들을 불러 그들에게 말하였더라. (그때 기브온인들은 이스라엘 자손에 속하지 아니하고 아모리인들의 남은 자에 속하였더라. 이스라엘 자손이 그들에게 맹세하였으나, 사울이 이스라엘과 유다 자손들을 향한 그의 열심으로 그들을 죽이려 하였더라.) And the king called the Gibeonites, and said unto them; (now the Gibeonites were not of the children of Israel, but of the remnant of the Amorites; and the children of Israel had sworn unto them： and Saul sought to slay them in his zeal to the children of Israel and Judah.) | |||
| ☞삼하21:3 | 그러므로 다윗이 기브온인들에게 말하기를 "내가 너희를 위하여 무엇을 하랴? 또 내가 무엇으로 속죄하여 너희로 주의 유업을 축복하게 하랴?" 하니 Wherefore David said unto the Gibeonites, What shall I do for you? and wherewith shall I make the atonement, that ye may bless the inheritance of the LORD? | |||
| ☞삼하21:4 | 기브온인들이 왕에게 말하기를 "우리가 사울의 은이나 금이나 그의 집도 가지지 아니할 것이나, 왕께서는 우리를 위하여 이스라엘에서 어떤 사람도 죽이지 마소서." 하니 왕이 말하기를 "너희가 무엇을 말하든지 내가 너희를 위하여 행하리라." 하더라. And the Gibeonites said unto him, We will have no silver nor gold of Saul, nor of his house; neither for us shalt thou kill any man in Israel. And he said, What ye shall say, that will I do for you. | |||
| ☞삼하21:5 | 그러자 그들이 왕에게 대답하기를 "우리를 진멸하고, 우리를 멸하여 이스라엘 지경 어느 곳에도 남아 있지 못하도록 우리에 대해 음모를 꾸민 사람의 And they answered the king, The man that consumed us, and that devised against us that we should be destroyed from remaining in any of the coasts of Israel, | |||
| ☞삼하21:6 | 아들 중 일곱을 우리에게 넘겨 주소서. 우리가 사울의 기브아에서 주께 그들의 목을 매달겠사오니, 그들은 주께서 택하신 자들이니이다." 하니, 왕이 말하기를 "내가 그들을 주리라." 하더라. Let seven men of his sons be delivered unto us, and we will hang them up unto the LORD in Gibeah of Saul, whom the LORD did choose. And the king said, I will give them. | |||
| ☞삼하21:7 | 그러나 왕이 사울의 손자요 요나단의 아들인 므피보셋은 아껴두었으니, 이는 그들 즉 다윗과 사울의 아들 요나단 사이에 있었던 주의 맹세 때문이더라. But the king spared Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan the son of Saul, because of the LORD's oath that was between them, between David and Jonathan the son of Saul. | |||
| ☞삼하21:8 | 그 대신에 왕은 아야의 딸 리스파가 사울에게 낳은 두 아들 알모니와 므피보셋과, 사울의 딸 미칼의 다섯 아들, 즉 그녀가 므홀랏인 바시래의 아들 아드리엘을 위해 낳은 아들들을 잡아다가 But the king took the two sons of Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, whom she bare unto Saul, Armoni and Mephibosheth; and the five sons of Michal the daughter of Saul, whom she brought up for Adriel the son of Barzillai the Meholathite： | |||
| ☞삼하21:9 | 기브온인들의 손에 넘겨 주니, 산에서 그들이 주 앞에서 그들의 목을 매달았더라. 그들 일곱 모두가 함께 죽었으니 수확의 날, 즉 보리 수확의 시작인 첫날에 죽임을 당하니라. And he delivered them into the hands of the Gibeonites, and they hanged them in the hill before the LORD： and they fell all seven together, and were put to death in the days of harvest, in the first days, in the beginning of barley harvest. | |||
| ☞삼하21:10 | 그때 아야의 딸 리스파가 굵은 베를 가져다가 자기를 위하여 바위 위에 펴고, 수확이 시작되는 날부터 하늘에서 그들에게 물이 떨어질 때까지 낮에는 그들 위에 공중의 새들이 앉지 못하게 하고 밤에는 들짐승들이 오지 못하게 하더라. And Rizpah the daughter of Aiah took sackcloth, and spread it for her upon the rock, from the beginning of harvest until water dropped upon them out of heaven, and suffered neither the birds of the air to rest on them by day, nor the beasts of the field by night. | |||
| ☞삼하21:11 | 사울의 첩이자 아야의 딸인 리스파가 행한 것을 누군가가 다윗에게 고하니라. And it was told David what Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, the concubine of Saul, had done. | |||
| ☞삼하21:12 | 다윗이 가서 사울의 뼈와 그의 아들 요나단의 뼈를 벳산 거리에서 그것들을 훔쳐간 야베스길르앗 사람들로부터 취하였으니, 그 곳은 필리스티아인들이 길보아에서 사울을 죽이고 그들의 목을 매달았던 곳이라. And David went and took the bones of Saul and the bones of Jonathan his son from the men of Jabeshgilead, which had stolen them from the street of Bethshan, where the Philistines had hanged them, when the Philistines had slain Saul in Gilboa： | |||
| ☞삼하21:13 | 다윗이 그 곳에서 사울의 뼈와 그의 아들 요나단의 뼈를 가져오니, 사람들이 목을 매달았던 자들의 뼈들도 모아 And he brought up from thence the bones of Saul and the bones of Jonathan his son; and they gathered the bones of them that were hanged. | |||
| ☞삼하21:14 | 사울의 뼈와 그의 아들 요나단의 뼈를 셀라에 있는 베냐민 땅, 그의 아버지 키스의 묘에 장사하니라. 사람들이 왕이 명한 모든 것을 수행하니, 그 후에야 하나님께서 그 땅을 위한 탄원을 들으시더라. And the bones of Saul and Jonathan his son buried they in the country of Benjamin in Zelah, in the sepulchre of Kish his father： and they performed all that the king commanded. And after that God was intreated for the land. | |||
| ☞삼하21:15 | 필리스티아인들이 다시 이스라엘과 싸움을 벌이니, 다윗이 그의 신하들과 함께 내려가서 필리스티아인들과 싸우니라. 다윗이 지쳐 있는데 Moreover the Philistines had yet war again with Israel; and David went down, and his servants with him, and fought against the Philistines： and David waxed faint. | |||
| ☞삼하21:16 | 거인의 아들들 중에 무게가 놋 삼백 세켈이나 되는 창을 가졌고 또 새 칼을 찬 이스비브놉이 다윗을 죽이려고 하자 And Ishbibenob, which was of the sons of the giant, the weight of whose spear weighed three hundred shekels of brass in weight, he being girded with a new sword, thought to have slain David. | |||
| ☞삼하21:17 | 스루야의 아들 아비새가 다윗을 도와 그 필리스티아인을 쳐서 죽이니라. 그러자 다윗의 사람들이 그에게 맹세하여 말하기를 "왕께서는 다시는 우리와 함께 싸우러 나오지 마시어 이스라엘의 빛을 끄지 않도록 하소서." 하더라. But Abishai the son of Zeruiah succoured him, and smote the Philistine, and killed him. Then the men of David sware unto him, saying, Thou shalt go no more out with us to battle, that thou quench not the light of Israel. | |||
| ☞삼하21:18 | 그 후 곱에서 필리스티아인들과 다시 전쟁이 있었는데, 후사인 십브캐가 삽을 죽였으니, 그는 거인의 아들들에 속한 자더라. And it came to pass after this, that there was again a battle with the Philistines at Gob： then Sibbechai the Hushathite slew Saph, which was of the sons of the giant. | |||
| ☞삼하21:19 | 또 곱에서 필리스티아인들과 다시 전쟁이 있었는데, 베들레헴인 야레오르김의 아들 엘하난이 가드인 골리앗의 아우를 죽였으니, 그의 창자루는 베틀채 같았더라. And there was again a battle in Gob with the Philistines, where Elhanan the son of Jaareoregim, a Bethlehemite, slew the brother of Goliath the Gittite, the staff of whose spear was like a weaver's beam. | |||
| ☞삼하21:20 | 가드에서 또 전쟁이 있었는데, 그 곳에 키 큰 사람이 있었으니 손에는 손가락이 여섯씩이고 발에도 발가락이 여섯씩이어서 합한 수가 스물 넷이었으며, 그 또한 거인에게서 태어난 자더라. And there was yet a battle in Gath, where was a man of great stature, that had on every hand six fingers, and on every foot six toes, four and twenty in number; and he also was born to the giant. | |||
| ☞삼하21:21 | 그가 이스라엘을 능욕하자 다윗의 형 시므아의 아들 요나단이 그를 죽이니라. And when he defied Israel, Jonathan the son of Shimeah the brother of David slew him. | |||
| ☞삼하21:22 | 이들 넷은 가드의 거인에게 태어난 자들인데, 다윗의 손과 그의 신하들의 손에 죽으니라. These four were born to the giant in Gath, and fell by the hand of David, and by the hand of his servants. | |||
