| ☞요15:1 | "나는 참 포도나무요 나의 아버지는 농부시라. I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. | |||
| ☞요15:2 | 내 안에서 열매를 맺지 못하는 가지마다 그 분께서 제거해 버리시고, 열매를 맺는 가지마다 정결케 하시어 더 많은 열매를 맺게 하시느니라. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away： and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. | |||
| ☞요15:3 | 이제 너희는 내가 너희에게 일러준 말을 통하여 깨끗해졌느니라. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. | |||
| ☞요15:4 | 내 안에 거하라. 그러면 나도 너희 안에 거하리라. 가지가 포도나무에 붙어 있지 아니하면 스스로 열매를 맺을 수 없듯이 너희도 내 안에 거하지 아니하면 역시 그렇게 되리라. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. | |||
| ☞요15:5 | 나는 포도나무요 너희는 그 가지들이라. 그가 내 안에 내가 그 안에 거하면 그 사람은 많은 열매를 맺느니라. 이는 나를 떠나서는 너희가 아무것도 할 수 없기 때문이라. I am the vine, ye are the branches： He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit： for without me ye can do nothing. | |||
| ☞요15:6 | 내 안에 거하지 아니하는 사람은 가지처럼 버려져 말라 버리느니라. 그러면 사람들이 그것들을 거두어 불 속에 던질 것이요 그것들은 타 버릴 것이라. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. | |||
| ☞요15:7 | 너희가 내 안에 거하고 내 말들이 너희 안에 거하면 너희가 원하는 것은 무엇이나 구하라. 그러면 너희에게 이루어지리라. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. | |||
| ☞요15:8 | 너희가 많은 열매를 맺는 이 일로 내 아버지께서 영화롭게 되실 것이요 너희는 내 제자들이 되리라. Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. | |||
| ☞요15:9 | 아버지께서 나를 사랑하신 것같이 나도 너희를 사랑하였으니 너희는 내 사랑 안에 계속 거하라. As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you： continue ye in my love. | |||
| ☞요15:10 | 내가 내 아버지의 계명들을 지켜서 그 분의 사랑 안에 거하는 것같이 너희도 나의 계명들을 지키면 나의 사랑 안에 거하리라. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. | |||
| ☞요15:11 | 내가 이런 것을 너희에게 말한 것은 나의 기쁨이 너희 안에 머물러 있어 너희의 기쁨이 충만하게 하려는 것이라. These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full. | |||
| ☞요15:12 | 이것이 나의 계명이니 내가 너희를 사랑하는 것같이 너희도 서로 사랑하라는 것이라. This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. | |||
| ☞요15:13 | 사람이 친구들을 위하여 자기 생명을 내어 놓는 것보다 더 위대한 사랑은 없나니 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. | |||
| ☞요15:14 | 내가 명령한 대로 너희가 행하면 너희는 나의 친구들이라. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. | |||
| ☞요15:15 | 이제부터는 너희를 종들이라 부르지 아니하리라. 이는 종은 자기 주인이 하는 일을 알지 못하기 때문이라. 내가 너희를 친구들이라고 불렀으니, 이는 내가 내 아버지께로부터 들은 모든 것들을 너희에게 알게 하였기 때문이라. Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth： but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you. | |||
| ☞요15:16 | 너희가 나를 선택한 것이 아니요 내가 너희를 선택하여 임명하였나니 이는 너희로 가서 열매를 맺게 하고 너희 열매가 남아 있어 너희가 나의 이름으로 아버지께 구하는 것은 무엇이든지 그 분께서 너희에게 주시게 하려는 것이니라. Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain： that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. | |||
| ☞요15:17 | 이런 것들을 내가 너희에게 명령하노니 이는 너희가 서로 사랑하게 하려 함이라. These things I command you, that ye love one another. | |||
| ☞요15:18 | 세상이 너희를 미워하면 그것은 너희를 미워하기 이전에 나를 미워한 것임을 알라. If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. | |||
| ☞요15:19 | 만일 너희가 세상에 속한다면 세상은 자기 사람들을 사랑할 것이라. 그러나 너희는 세상에 속한 자가 아니요 내가 너희를 세상으로부터 선택하였느니라. 이로 인하여 세상이 너희를 미워하느니라. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own： but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. | |||
| ☞요15:20 | '종이 자기 주인보다 더 위대하지 못하다.'고 너희에게 일렀던 나의 말을 기억하라. 만일 사람들이 나를 박해하였다면 너희도 박해하리라. 만일 사람들이 나의 말을 지켰다면 너희 말도 지키리라. Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. | |||
| ☞요15:21 | 그러나 그들이 이 모든 일들을 내 이름으로 인하여 너희에게 행하리니, 이는 그들이 나를 보내신 분을 알지 못하기 때문이라. But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me. | |||
| ☞요15:22 | 만일 내가 와서 그들에게 말해 주지 아니하였더라면 그들에게 죄가 없었을 것이나, 이제는 그들이 자기들의 죄에 대하여 변명할 것이 없도다. If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin： but now they have no cloak for their sin. | |||
| ☞요15:23 | 나를 미워하는 자는 나의 아버지도 미워하느니라. He that hateth me hateth my Father also. | |||
| ☞요15:24 | 만일 내가 어느 누구도 하지 못한 일들을 그들 가운데서 행하지 아니하였더라면 그들에게는 죄가 없었을 터이나, 이제 그들이 그것들을 보았고 나와 내 아버지를 둘 다 미워하였느니라. If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin： but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father. | |||
| ☞요15:25 | 그러나 이는 그들이 자기들의 율법에 기록된 '그들이 나를 까닭 없이 미워하였다.'고 한 그 말을 이루려 함이라. But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause. | |||
| ☞요15:26 | 그러나 내가 아버지께로부터 너희에게 보낼 위로자, 곧 진리의 영이 아버지께로부터 나오시면 그가 나에 관하여 증거하시리라. But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me： | |||
| ☞요15:27 | 너희도 처음부터 나와 함께 있었으므로 증거하리라. And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning. | |||
