☞요10:1 "진실로 진실로 내가 너희에게 말하노니, 양우리에 문으로 들어가지 아니하고 다른 길로 넘어들어 가는 자는 도둑이요 강도라.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
☞요10:2 그러나 문으로 들어가는 이는 양의 목자라.
But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
☞요10:3 그에게 문지기가 문을 열면 양들은 그의 음성을 듣나니, 그러면 그는 자기 자신의 양들의 이름을 불러서 이끌어 내느니라.
To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice： and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
☞요10:4 그가 자기 양들을 이끌어 낸 후 양떼 앞에서 걸어가면 양들이 그를 따라가나니 이는 양들이 그의 음성을 알기 때문이라.
And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him： for they know his voice.
☞요10:5 그러나 그들이 낯선 사람은 따라가지 아니하고 오히려 그에게서 달아나나니, 이는 그들이 낯선 사람의 음성을 모르기 때문이라."
And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him： for they know not the voice of strangers.
☞요10:6 예수께서 이런 비유로 그들에게 말씀하시더라. 그러나 그들은 주께서 자기들에게 말씀하신 것이 무엇인지 깨닫지 못하니라.
This parable spake Jesus unto them： but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.
☞요10:7 그러므로 예수께서 다시 그들에게 말씀하시기를 "진실로 진실로 내가 너희에게 말하노니, 나는 양들의 문이라.
Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
☞요10:8 내 앞에 온 자는 다 도둑들이요 강도들이라. 양들이 그들을 듣지 아니하였느니라.
All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers： but the sheep did not hear them.
☞요10:9 나는 그 문이라. 누구든지 나를 통하여 들어가면 구원받을 것이며 또 들어가며 나오며 초장을 찾으리라.
I am the door： by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
☞요10:10 도둑이 오는 것은 도둑질하고 살인하며 멸망시키려고 오지만, 내가 온 것은 양들로 생명을 얻고 더 풍성히 얻게 하려 함이라.
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy： I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
☞요10:11 나는 선한 목자라. 선한 목자는 양들을 위하여 자기 생명을 내어 놓으나
I am the good shepherd： the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.
☞요10:12 삯꾼은 목자가 아니요, 양들도 자기 양들이 아니므로 이리가 오는 것을 보면 양들을 버려 두고 도망치느니라. 그리하여 이리가 양들을 채가고 흩어지게 하느니라.
But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth： and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.
☞요10:13 삯꾼이 도망치는 것은 그가 삯꾼이기 때문이며, 따라서 양에 대해서는 관심이 없느니라.
The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.
☞요10:14 나는 선한 목자라. 내가 내 양들을 알고 내 양들도 나를 아나니
I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.
☞요10:15 이는 아버지께서 나를 아시고 나도 아버지를 아는 것과 같으니 나는 양들을 위하여 나의 생명을 내어 놓느니라.
As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father： and I lay down my life for the sheep.
☞요10:16 또 나에게 이 양우리에 들지 아니한 다른 양들이 있어 내가 그들도 데려와야 하리니, 그들도 나의 음성을 듣게 되리라. 그리하여 한 양떼에 한 목자만 있으리라.
And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold： them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.
☞요10:17 이로 인하여 내 아버지께서 나를 사랑하시나니 이는 내가 생명을 다시 얻기 위해 나의 생명을 내어 놓기 때문이니라.
Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.
☞요10:18 아무도 생명을 내게서 빼앗을 자가 없으나 내 스스로 그것을 내어 놓느니라. 나에게는 생명을 내어 놓을 권세도 있고, 또 그것을 다시 얻을 권세도 있노라. 이 계명은 내가 내 아버지께로부터 받은 것이니라."고 하시니라.
No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.
☞요10:19 그러므로 이 말씀들로 인하여 유대인들 중에 다시 분열이 생기더라.
There was a division therefore again among the Jews for these sayings.
☞요10:20 그때에 그들 중에 많은 사람이 말하기를 "그는 마귀들리고 미쳤는데 어찌하여 너희들은 그의 말을 듣느냐?"고도 하며
And many of them said, He hath a devil, and is mad; why hear ye him?
☞요10:21 또 다른 사람들은 말하기를 "이 말은 마귀들린 자의 말이 아니라. 마귀가 소경의 눈을 뜨게 할 수 있느냐?"고 하더라.
Others said, These are not the words of him that hath a devil. Can a devil open the eyes of the blind?
☞요10:22 그때 예루살렘에는 수전절이었고, 때는 겨울이더라.
And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter.
☞요10:23 예수께서 성전 안 솔로몬 행각을 거니실 때
And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon's porch.
☞요10:24 유대인들이 와서 주를 에워싸고 말하기를 "언제까지 네가 우리를 의심하게 하려느냐? 네가 그리스도이면 우리에게 분명히 말하라."고 하니
Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly.
☞요10:25 예수께서 그들에게 대답하시기를 "내가 너희에게 말하였으되 너희가 믿지 아니하였도다. 내가 내 아버지의 이름으로 행하는 일들이 나에 관하여 증거하는 것이로되
Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not： the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me.
☞요10:26 너희가 믿지 아니하는도다. 이는 내가 너희에게 말한 바와 같이 너희가 내 양들이 아니기 때문이라.
But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.
☞요10:27 내 양들은 내 음성을 들으며 나는 그들을 알고 그들은 나를 따르느니라.
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me：
☞요10:28 내가 그들에게 영생을 주노니 그들은 영원히 멸망하지 않을 것이며, 또 아무도 그들을 나의 손에서 빼앗지 못할 것이니라.
And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
☞요10:29 그들을 나에게 주신 내 아버지는 만유보다 더 위대하시니, 아무도 내 아버지 손에서 그들을 빼앗아 갈 수 없느니라.
My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
☞요10:30 나와 내 아버지는 하나이니라."고 하시니
I and my Father are one.
☞요10:31 그때 유대인들이 주를 돌로 치려고 다시 돌을 들더라.
Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.
☞요10:32 예수께서 그들에게 대답하시기를 "나는 내 아버지께로부터 받은 많은 선한 일을 너희에게 보여 주었는데 그 중 어떤 일로 너희가 나를 돌로 치려 하느냐?"고 하시니
Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
☞요10:33 유대인들이 주께 대답하여 말하기를 "선한 일로 인하여 너를 돌로 치려는 것이 아니고 하나님을 모독하기 때문이라. 이는 네가 사람이면서 하나님으로 자처하기 때문이라."고 하니라.
The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
☞요10:34 예수께서 그들에게 대답하시기를 "너희의 율법에 '너희는 신들이라고 내가 말했다.'고 기록되지 아니하였느냐?
Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
☞요10:35 하나님의 말씀이 임한 그들을 신들이라 불렀다면 성경은 폐기될 수 없나니
If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
☞요10:36 내가 '나는 하나님의 아들이라.'고 말했다 하여, 너희가 아버지께서 성결케 하시어 세상에 보내신 그에 대해 '네가 하나님을 모독한다.'고 말하느냐?
Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
☞요10:37 만일 내가 내 아버지의 일들을 하지 아니한다면 나를 믿지 말라.
If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.
☞요10:38 그러나 내가 행한다면 비록 너희가 나를 믿지 않는다 해도 그 일들은 믿으라. 그리하면 아버지께서 내 안에 계시며 또 내가 그 분 안에 있는 것을 너희가 알게 되고 또 믿게 되리라."고 하시니라.
But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works： that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.
☞요10:39 그러므로 그들이 다시 주를 붙잡으려고 하더라. 그러나 주께서 그들의 손에서 빠져 나가시어
Therefore they sought again to take him： but he escaped out of their hand,
☞요10:40 요단 강 건너편, 요한이 처음 침례를 주던 곳으로 다시 떠나시어 거기에 머무시니
And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John at first baptized; and there he abode.
☞요10:41 많은 사람이 주께 나아와 말하기를 "요한은 실로 아무 기적도 행하지 아니하였으나 요한이 이 사람에 관하여 말한 모든 것은 참되도다."라고 하며
And many resorted unto him, and said, John did no miracle： but all things that John spake of this man were true.
☞요10:42 많은 사람이 그 곳에서 주를 믿더라.
And many believed on him there.
