| ☞수23:1 | 주께서 이스라엘 주위의 모든 원수들로부터 이스라엘에게 안식을 주신 후 오래 되었을 때 여호수아가 나이 많고 늙었더라. And it came to pass a long time after that the LORD had given rest unto Israel from all their enemies round about, that Joshua waxed old and stricken in age. | |||
| ☞수23:2 | 여호수아가 온 이스라엘과 그들의 장로들과 그들의 우두머리들과 그들의 재판관들과 그들의 관원들을 불러서 그들에게 말하기를 "내가 나이 많고 늙었도다. And Joshua called for all Israel, and for their elders, and for their heads, and for their judges, and for their officers, and said unto them, I am old and stricken in age： | |||
| ☞수23:3 | 너희는 주 너희 하나님께서 너희로 인하여 이 모든 민족들에 행하신 모든 것을 보았나니, 주 너희 하나님은 너희를 위하여 싸우셨던 그 분이시라. And ye have seen all that the LORD your God hath done unto all these nations because of you; for the LORD your God is he that hath fought for you. | |||
| ☞수23:4 | 보라, 내가 너희 지파에게 유업이 되게 하려고 남아 있는 이들 민족들과, 내가 베어 버린 모든 민족들을 요단에서 서쪽 대해에 이르기까지 제비로 너희에게 나눠 주었느니라. Behold, I have divided unto you by lot these nations that remain, to be an inheritance for your tribes, from Jordan, with all the nations that I have cut off, even unto the great sea westward. | |||
| ☞수23:5 | 주 너희 하나님, 그 분께서 너희 앞에서 그들을 쫓아내사 너희 목전에서 그들을 몰아내실 것이요, 주 너희 하나님께서 너희에게 약속하신 대로 너희는 그들의 땅을 차지하리라. And the LORD your God, he shall expel them from before you, and drive them from out of your sight; and ye shall possess their land, as the LORD your God hath promised unto you. | |||
| ☞수23:6 | 그러므로 너희는 매우 담대하게 모세의 율법책에 기록된 모든 것을 지켜 행하고 그것을 떠나 오른편으로나 왼편으로 치우치지 말며 Be ye therefore very courageous to keep and to do all that is written in the book of the law of Moses, that ye turn not aside therefrom to the right hand or to the left; | |||
| ☞수23:7 | 너희는 너희 가운데 남아 있는 이들 나라 가운데 가지 말며, 그들 신들의 이름도 부르지 말고, 그들을 두고 맹세하지도 말며, 그들을 섬기지도 말고 절하지도 말라. That ye come not among these nations, these that remain among you; neither make mention of the name of their gods, nor cause to swear by them, neither serve them, nor bow yourselves unto them： | |||
| ☞수23:8 | 오직 주 너희 하나님께 밀착하되 너희가 오늘까지 행한 것처럼 하라. But cleave unto the LORD your God, as ye have done unto this day. | |||
| ☞수23:9 | 주께서 너희 앞에서 크고 강한 민족들을 몰아내셨으므로 너희로 말하자면 오늘까지 너희 앞에 설 수 있는 자가 아무도 없었느니라. For the LORD hath driven out from before you great nations and strong： but as for you, no man hath been able to stand before you unto this day. | |||
| ☞수23:10 | 너희 중에 한 사람이 천 명을 쫓아내리니 이는 주 너희 하나님께서 너희에게 약속하신 대로 너희를 위하여 싸우시는 그 분이심이니라. One man of you shall chase a thousand： for the LORD your God, he it is that fighteth for you, as he hath promised you. | |||
| ☞수23:11 | 그러므로 너희는 스스로 주의하여 주 너희 하나님을 사랑하라. Take good heed therefore unto yourselves, that ye love the LORD your God. | |||
| ☞수23:12 | 만일 너희가 어떤 식으로든 뒤돌아서서 이런 민족들의 남은 자, 즉 너희 가운데 남아 있는 이들에게 밀착하여 그들과 혼인하고 그들에게 들어가고 그들이 너희에게 들어가면 Else if ye do in any wise go back, and cleave unto the remnant of these nations, even these that remain among you, and shall make marriages with them, and go in unto them, and they to you： | |||
| ☞수23:13 | 분명히 알지니 주 너희 하나님께서 이런 나라 중 누구도 너희 앞에서 다시는 쫓아내지 아니하실 것이요, 도리어 그들이 너희에게 올무와 덫이 되며, 너희 옆구리에는 채찍이, 너희 눈에는 가시가 되어서 주 너희 하나님께서 너희에게 주신 이 아름다운 땅에서 멸망할 때까지 그리하리라. Know for a certainty that the LORD your God will no more drive out any of these nations from before you; but they shall be snares and traps unto you, and scourges in your sides, and thorns in your eyes, until ye perish from off this good land which the LORD your God hath given you. | |||
| ☞수23:14 | 보라, 나는 오늘 온 땅의 길로 가노라. 너희는 너희 온 마음과 너희 온 혼으로 아나니, 이는 주 너희 하나님께서 너희에 관하여 말씀하신 모든 선한 일이 하나도 실패없이 너희에게 다 이루어지고 하나도 실패하지 아니하였음이라. And, behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth： and ye know in all your hearts and in all your souls, that not one thing hath failed of all the good things which the LORD your God spake concerning you; all are come to pass unto you, and not one thing hath failed thereof. | |||
| ☞수23:15 | 그러므로 주 너희 하나님께서 너희에게 약속하신 모든 선한 일이 너희에게 임한 것같이, 주께서는 모든 악한 일들도 너희에게 가져오사 주 너희 하나님께서 너희에게 주신 이 좋은 땅으로부터 멸하실 때까지 그리하실 것이라. Therefore it shall come to pass, that as all good things are come upon you, which the LORD your God promised you; so shall the LORD bring upon you all evil things, until he have destroyed you from off this good land which the LORD your God hath given you. | |||
| ☞수23:16 | 너희가 주 너희 하나님께서 너희에게 명하신 그의 언약을 범하고 가서 다른 신들을 섬겨 절하면 주의 분노가 너희를 향하여 일어나리니, 그리하면 너희는 그가 너희에게 주신 그 좋은 땅에서 속히 멸망하리라." 하니라. When ye have transgressed the covenant of the LORD your God, which he commanded you, and have gone and served other gods, and bowed yourselves to them; then shall the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and ye shall perish quickly from off the good land which he hath given unto you. | |||
