☞고전16:1

이제 성도들을 위한 모금에 관해서는 내가 갈라디아 교회들에게 명한 것같이 너희도 그렇게 행하라.

Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye.

☞고전16:2

매주 첫날에 너희 각자가 하나님께서 번성케 하신 대로 따로 저축하여 두어서 내가 갈 때에는 모금하는 일이 없게 하라.

Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.

☞고전16:3

그리고 내가 도착하면 너희가 서신을 통하여 승인한 사람 편에다 너희의 위로금을 예루살렘에 보내리라.

And when I come, whomsoever ye shall approve by your letters, them will I send to bring your liberality unto Jerusalem.

☞고전16:4

만일 나도 가는 것이 적합하면 그들이 나와 함께 가리라.

And if it be meet that I go also, they shall go with me.

이제 내가 마케도니아를 지나갈 때에 너희에게로 가리니, 이는 내가 마케도니아를 지나갈 것이기 때문이라.

Now I will come unto you, when I shall pass through Macedonia： for I do pass through Macedonia.

☞고전16:6

그때는 아마 내가 너희와 함께 머무르거나 아니면 겨울까지도 나리니, 그 후에 너희가 나의 가고자 하는 곳으로 나를 보내 주게 하려 함이니라.

And it may be that I will abide, yea, and winter with you, that ye may bring me on my journey whithersoever I go.

지금은 그 곳을 지나면서 너희 보기를 원치 아니하나 주께서 허락하시면 얼마 동안 너희와 함께 머물기를 원하노라.

For I will not see you now by the way; but I trust to tarry a while with you, if the Lord permit.

☞고전16:8

그러나 내가 오순절까지는 에베소에 머무를 것이라.

But I will tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost.

☞고전16:9

이는 내게 크고도 효과적인 문이 열렸으며, 또 대적하는 자들도 많기 때문이라.

For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.

☞고전16:10

이제 디모데가 가거든 그가 두려움이 없이 너희와 함께 지낼 수 있도록 보살피라. 그도 나처럼 주의 일에 수고함이라.

Now if Timotheus come, see that he may be with you without fear： for he worketh the work of the Lord, as I also do.

☞고전16:11

그러므로 아무도 그를 업신여기지 말고 평안히 보내어 내게로 오게 하라. 내가 형제들과 함께 그를 기다리고 있겠노라.

Let no man therefore despise him： but conduct him forth in peace, that he may come unto me： for I look for him with the brethren.

☞고전16:12

우리 형제 아폴로에 관해서는 내가 형제들과 함께 너희에게 가라고 그에게 많이 권유하였으되, 지금은 전혀 갈 의사가 없으나 기회가 오면 갈 것이라.

As touching our brother Apollos, I greatly desired him to come unto you with the brethren： but his will was not at all to come at this time; but he will come when he shall have convenient time.

☞고전16:13

깨어 있으라. 믿음 안에 굳게 서라. 남자답게 처신하라. 강건하라.

Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.

☞고전16:14

너희의 모든 일을 사랑으로 행하라.

Let all your things be done with charity.

☞고전16:15

형제들아, 내가 너희에게 권고하노니, (너희도 알다시피 스테파나의 집안은 아카야에서의 첫 열매들인데 성도들을 섬기려고 헌신하였느니라.)

I beseech you, brethren, (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and that they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints,)

☞고전16:16

그러므로 너희도 그런 사람들에게 복종하고, 또 우리와 함께 일하고 수고하는 모든 사람에게도 복종하라.

That ye submit yourselves unto such, and to every one that helpeth with us, and laboureth.

☞고전16:17

내가 스테파나와 포투나토와 아카이코가 오는 것을 기뻐하노니, 그들이 너희의 부족한 것을 보충하였음이라.

I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus： for that which was lacking on your part they have supplied.

☞고전16:18

그들이 나와 너희의 영을 새롭게 하였으니, 그러므로 너희도 그런 사람들을 인정하라.

For they have refreshed my spirit and your's： therefore acknowledge ye them that are such.

☞고전16:19

아시아에 있는 교회들이 너희에게 문안하느니라. 아퀼라와 프리스킬라가 그들의 집에 있는 교회와 더불어 주 안에서 진심으로 너희에게 문안하느니라.

The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.
