☞롬5:1 그러므로 우리가 믿음으로 의롭게 되었으니, 우리 주 예수 그리스도를 통하여 하나님과 화평을 갖느니라.
Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ：
☞롬5:2 또 그 분으로 인하여 우리가 서 있는 이 은혜 안에 믿음으로 나아가며 하나님의 영광의 소망 안에서 즐거워하느니라.
By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
☞롬5:3 이뿐만 아니라 우리가 환난 중에서도 즐거워하나니, 환난은 인내를 이루고,
And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also： knowing that tribulation worketh patience;
☞롬5:4 인내는 연단을, 연단은 소망을 이루는 줄 앎이라.
And patience, experience; and experience, hope：
☞롬5:5 소망이 부끄럽지 않은 것은 우리에게 주신 성령에 의하여 하나님의 사랑이 우리 마음 속에 부어졌기 때문이라.
And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
☞롬5:6 우리가 아직 연약하였을 때 그리스도께서 때가 되어 경건치 아니한 자들을 위하여 죽으셨느니라.
For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
☞롬5:7 의인을 위하여 죽으려는 사람이 거의 없고, 선한 사람을 위하여 죽음을 무릅쓰는 사람이 간혹 있을지 모르지만
For scarcely for a righteous man will one die： yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
☞롬5:8 우리가 아직 죄인이었을 때 그리스도께서 우리를 위하여 죽으심으로써 하나님께서는 우리를 향한 그의 사랑을 나타내셨느니라.
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
☞롬5:9 그러므로 이제 그의 피로 의롭게 되었으니, 더욱더 우리가 그를 통하여 진노로부터 구원받게 되리라.
Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
☞롬5:10 우리가 원수되었을 때에도 그의 아들의 죽음으로 인하여 하나님과 화해하게 되었으니, 더욱더 화해하게 된 우리는 그의 생명으로 인하여 구원받게 되리라.
For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
☞롬5:11 그뿐 아니라 이제 우리로 속죄를 얻게 하신 우리 주 예수 그리스도를 통하여 하나님 안에서 또한 즐거워하느니라.
And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.
☞롬5:12 이런 연유로 한 사람에 의하여 죄가 세상으로 들어오고 그 죄에 의하여 사망이 왔으니, 그리하여 모든 사람이 죄를 지었으므로 사망이 모든 사람에게 전달되었느니라.
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned：
☞롬5:13 (율법이 있기 전에도 죄가 세상에 있었으나 율법이 없을 때에는 죄를 죄로 여기지 아니하였느니라.
(For until the law sin was in the world： but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
☞롬5:14 그러나 아담으로부터 모세까지 아담의 범죄와 같은 죄를 짓지 아니한 자들 위에도 사망이 군림하였으니, 아담은 오실 분의 모형이라.
Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.
☞롬5:15 그 범죄와는 다르지만, 그 값없는 선물도 그러하도다. 만일 한 사람의 범죄로 인하여 많은 사람이 죽었다면, 더욱더 하나님의 은혜와 한 사람 예수 그리스도로 인한 은혜로 말미암은 선물이 많은 사람에게 풍성하였느니라.
But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
☞롬5:16 또 그것이 범죄한 한 사람에 의하여 비롯된 것과 같지 않은 것처럼 그 선물도 그러하도다. 이는 한 사람으로 인한 심판은 정죄에 이르지만 많은 범죄로 인한 값없는 선물은 의롭다 하심에 이르기 때문이라.
And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift： for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.
☞롬5:17 한 사람의 범죄로 말미암아 사망이 그 한 사람으로 인하여 군림하였다면, 더욱더 은혜의 풍성함과 의의 선물을 넘치도록 받는 사람들이 한 사람 예수 그리스도로 인하여 생명 안에서 군림할 것이니라.)
For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
☞롬5:18 그러므로 한 사람의 범죄로 말미암아 심판이 모든 사람에게 임하여 정죄에 이른 것같이 한 사람의 의로 말미암아 값없는 선물이 모든 사람에게 임하여 생명의 의롭다 하심에 이르렀느니라.
Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.
☞롬5:19 한 사람의 불순종으로 인하여 많은 사람이 죄인이 된 것같이 한 사람의 순종으로 인하여 많은 사람이 의인이 되리라.
For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
☞롬5:20 율법이 들어온 것은 범죄가 많아지게 하려는 것이라. 그러나 죄가 많아진 곳에 은혜가 더욱 넘쳤나니
Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound：
☞롬5:21 죄가 군림하여 사망에 이른 것같이 은혜도 의를 통하여 군림하여 예수 그리스도 우리 주로 인해 영원한 생명에 이르게 하려는 것이니라.
That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
