| ☞슥1:1 | 다리오의 치리 제 이년 팔월에 주의 말씀이 선지자 잇도의 손자, 베레키야의 아들 스카랴에게 임하여 말씀하시기를 In the eighth month, in the second year of Darius, came the word of the LORD unto Zechariah, the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo the prophet, saying, | |||
| ☞슥1:2 | "주는 너희 조상들을 심히 불쾌히 여겼느니라. The LORD hath been sore displeased with your fathers. | |||
| ☞슥1:3 | 그러므로 너는 그들에게 말하라. 만군의 주가 이같이 말하노라. 너희는 내게로 돌이키라. 만군의 주가 말하노라. 그리하면 내가 너희에게로 돌이키리라. 만군의 주가 말하노라. Therefore say thou unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Turn ye unto me, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the LORD of hosts. | |||
| ☞슥1:4 | 너희는 너희 조상들과 같이 되지 말라. 이전 선지자들이 그들에게 부르짖어 말하기를 '만군의 주가 이같이 말하노니, 너희는 이제 너희의 악한 행실과 악한 행위로부터 돌이키라.' 하였으나, 그들은 듣지도 아니하였고 내게 경청하지도 아니하였느니라. 주가 말하노라. Be ye not as your fathers, unto whom the former prophets have cried, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Turn ye now from your evil ways, and from your evil doings： but they did not hear, nor hearken unto me, saith the LORD. | |||
| ☞슥1:5 | 너희 조상들이 어디 있느냐? 그 선지자들이 영원히 살겠느냐? Your fathers, where are they? and the prophets, do they live for ever? | |||
| ☞슥1:6 | 그러나 내가 내 종 선지자들에게 명했던 내 말과 내 규례들이 너희 조상들을 붙들어 주지 아니하였느냐? 또 그들이 돌이켜 말하기를 '만군의 주께서 우리의 행실과 우리의 행위에 따라 우리에게 행하시려고 생각하셨던 대로 우리에게 그같이 행하셨도다.'고 하였느니라." 하시니라. But my words and my statutes, which I commanded my servants the prophets, did they not take hold of your fathers? and they returned and said, Like as the LORD of hosts thought to do unto us, according to our ways, and according to our doings, so hath he dealt with us. | |||

| ☞슥1:8 | 내가 밤에 보니, 한 사람이 붉은 말을 타고 골짜기 아래 도금양 나무들 사이에 섰는데 그 뒤에는 붉은 말들과 얼룩 말들과 흰 말들이 있더라. I saw by night, and behold a man riding upon a red horse, and he stood among the myrtle trees that were in the bottom; and behind him were there red horses, speckled, and white. | |||
| ☞슥1:9 | 그때 내가 말하기를 "오 내 주여, 이들은 무엇이니이까?" 하였더니 나와 말하던 천사가 말하기를 "이들이 무엇인지 내가 네게 보여 주리라." 하더라. Then said I, O my lord, what are these? And the angel that talked with me said unto me, I will shew thee what these be. | |||
| ☞슥1:10 | 또 도금양 나무들 사이에 선 그 사람이 대답하여 말하기를 "이들은 땅에 두루 다니라고 주께서 보내신 자들이니라." 하니 And the man that stood among the myrtle trees answered and said, These are they whom the LORD hath sent to walk to and fro through the earth. | |||
| ☞슥1:11 | 그들이 도금양 나무들 사이에 선 주의 천사에게 대답하여 말하기를 "우리가 땅을 두루 다녀보니 보소서, 온 땅이 조용하며 평안하더이다." 하더라. And they answered the angel of the LORD that stood among the myrtle trees, and said, We have walked to and fro through the earth, and, behold, all the earth sitteth still, and is at rest. | |||
| ☞슥1:12 | 그때 주의 천사가 대답하여 말하기를 "오 만군의 주여, 그들에 대하여 진노를 가지신 지 칠십 년이 되었는데, 언제까지 주께서는 예루살렘과 유다의 성읍들에 자비를 베풀지 아니하시려나이까?" 하니 Then the angel of the LORD answered and said, O LORD of hosts, how long wilt thou not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which thou hast had indignation these threescore and ten years? | |||
| ☞슥1:13 | 주께서 나와 말하는 천사에게 선한 말씀과 위로의 말씀으로 대답하시더라. And the LORD answered the angel that talked with me with good words and comfortable words. | |||
| ☞슥1:14 | 그러므로 나와 이야기하는 천사가 내게 말하기를 "너는 부르짖어 말하기를 '만군의 주가 이같이 말하노라. 내가 예루살렘을 위하여, 또 시온을 위하여 큰 질투로 질투하노라. So the angel that communed with me said unto me, Cry thou, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great jealousy. | |||
| ☞슥1:15 | 또 내가 평안히 있는 이방을 심히 불쾌히 여기노니, 이는 내가 조금만 불쾌히 여겼더니 그들이 고난을 가중시켰음이라. And I am very sore displeased with the heathen that are at ease： for I was but a little displeased, and they helped forward the affliction. | |||
| ☞슥1:16 | 그러므로 주가 이같이 말하노라. 내가 자비와 더불어 예루살렘으로 돌아왔으니 내 집이 그 안에 건축될 것이요, 예루살렘 위에 한 줄이 그어지리라. 만군의 주가 말하노라.' 하라. Therefore thus saith the LORD; I am returned to Jerusalem with mercies： my house shall be built in it, saith the LORD of hosts, and a line shall be stretched forth upon Jerusalem. | |||
| ☞슥1:17 | 너는 더 부르짖어 말하기를 '만군의 주가 이같이 말하노니, 내 성읍들이 번영하여 널리 퍼져 나갈 것이며 주께서 다시 시온을 위로하시고 예루살렘을 택하시리라.' 하라."고 하더라. Cry yet, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; My cities through prosperity shall yet be spread abroad; and the LORD shall yet comfort Zion, and shall yet choose Jerusalem. | |||
| ☞슥1:18 | 그때 내가 내 눈을 들어 보니 뿔 네 개가 보이더라. Then lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and behold four horns. | |||
| ☞슥1:19 | 그러므로 내가 나와 말하는 그 천사에게 말하기를 "이것들이 무엇이니이까?" 하였더니, 그가 내게 대답하기를 "이것들은 유다와 이스라엘과 예루살렘을 흩어 버린 뿔이니라." 하더라. And I said unto the angel that talked with me, What be these? And he answered me, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem. | |||
| ☞슥1:20 | 또 주께서 내게 네 명의 목수들을 보이시더라. And the LORD shewed me four carpenters. | |||
| ☞슥1:21 | 그때 내가 말씀드리기를 "이들이 무엇하러 왔나이까?" 하였더니, 그가 일러 말씀하시기를 "이것들은 유다를 흩어 버려 어떤 사람도 자기 머리를 들지 못하게 하였던 뿔들이라. 그러나 이들은 그들을 두렵게 하려고 왔으며, 또 유다를 흩어 버리려고 자기들의 뿔을 유다 땅 위에 들어올린 이방인들의 뿔들을 내어 쫓으려고 왔노라." 하시더라. Then said I, What come these to do? And he spake, saying, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, so that no man did lift up his head： but these are come to fray them, to cast out the horns of the Gentiles, which lifted up their horn over the land of Judah to scatter it. | |||
