| ☞대상18:1 | 이 일 후에 다윗이 필리스티아인들을 쳐서 복종시키고, 필리스티아인들의 손에서 가드와 그 고을들을 빼앗았더라. Now after this it came to pass, that David smote the Philistines, and subdued them, and took Gath and her towns out of the hand of the Philistines. | |||
| ☞대상18:2 | 또 그가 모압을 치니, 모압인들이 다윗의 종이 되어 예물을 가져오더라. And he smote Moab; and the Moabites became David's servants, and brought gifts. | |||
| ☞대상18:3 | 소바의 하달에셀왕이 그의 통치권을 견고히 하려고 유프라테스 강까지 갔을 때에 다윗이 그를 쳐서 하맛에 이르렀더라. And David smote Hadarezer king of Zobah unto Hamath, as he went to stablish his dominion by the river Euphrates. | |||
| ☞대상18:4 | 다윗이 그에게서 병거 일천과 기병 칠천과 보병 이만을 빼앗았으며, 또 다윗이 병거 일백 대의 말들만 남기고 모든 병거의 말들의 다리 힘줄을 끊었더라. And David took from him a thousand chariots, and seven thousand horsemen, and twenty thousand footmen： David also houghed all the chariot horses, but reserved of them an hundred chariots. | |||
| ☞대상18:5 | 다마스커스의 시리아인들이 소바의 하달에셀왕을 도우러 오자, 다윗이 시리아인 이만 이천을 죽이니라. And when the Syrians of Damascus came to help Hadarezer king of Zobah, David slew of the Syrians two and twenty thousand men. | |||
| ☞대상18:6 | 그 후 다윗이 시리아 다마스커스에 수비대를 두니, 시리아인들이 다윗의 종이 되어 예물을 가져왔더라. 이와 같이 다윗이 어디로 가든지 주께서 그를 지키시더라. Then David put garrisons in Syriadamascus; and the Syrians became David's servants, and brought gifts. Thus the LORD preserved David whithersoever he went. | |||
| ☞대상18:7 | 다윗이 하달에셀의 신하들이 가진 금 방패들을 빼앗아 예루살렘으로 가져왔으며 And David took the shields of gold that were on the servants of Hadarezer, and brought them to Jerusalem. | |||
| ☞대상18:8 | 마찬가지로 하달에셀의 성읍 팁핫과 쿤에서 다윗이 심히 많은 놋을 가져왔으니, 그것으로 솔로몬이 놋 바다와 기둥과 놋 기명들을 만들었더라. Likewise from Tibhath, and from Chun, cities of Hadarezer, brought David very much brass, wherewith Solomon made the brasen sea, and the pillars, and the vessels of brass. | |||
| ☞대상18:9 | 그때 하맛의 토우왕은 다윗이 소바의 하달에셀왕의 온 군대를 쳐부수었다 함을 듣고 Now when Tou king of Hamath heard how David had smitten all the host of Hadarezer king of Zobah; | |||
| ☞대상18:10 | 그의 아들 하도람을 다윗왕에게 보내어 그의 안녕을 묻고 축하하게 하였으니, 이는 다윗이 하달에셀과 싸워 그를 쳐부수었기 때문이라. (하달에셀이 토우와 전쟁을 하였더라.) 하도람이 금과 은과 놋으로 된 여러 가지 기명들을 가져왔더라. He sent Hadoram his son to king David, to enquire of his welfare, and to congratulate him, because he had fought against Hadarezer, and smitten him; (for Hadarezer had war with Tou;) and with him all manner of vessels of gold and silver and brass. | |||
| ☞대상18:11 | 다윗왕이 그것들도 주께 헌납하되 이 모든 나라들, 즉 에돔과 모압과 암몬 자손과 필리스티아와 아말렉으로부터 가져온 은과 금과 함께 드렸더라. Them also king David dedicated unto the LORD, with the silver and the gold that he brought from all these nations; from Edom, and from Moab, and from the children of Ammon, and from the Philistines, and from Amalek. | |||
| ☞대상18:12 | 또 스루야의 아들 아비새가 소금 골짜기에서 에돔인 일만 팔천 명을 죽이니라. Moreover Abishai the son of Zeruiah slew of the Edomites in the valley of salt eighteen thousand. | |||
| ☞대상18:13 | 다윗이 에돔에 수비대들을 두니, 온 에돔인들이 다윗의 종이 되니라. 다윗이 어디로 가든지 주께서 이처럼 다윗을 지키시더라. And he put garrisons in Edom; and all the Edomites became David's servants. Thus the LORD preserved David whithersoever he went. | |||
| ☞대상18:14 | 그리하여 다윗이 온 이스라엘을 치리하고, 그의 온 백성 가운데 심판과 정의를 실행하였더라. So David reigned over all Israel, and executed judgment and justice among all his people. | |||
| ☞대상18:15 | 스루야의 아들 요압이 군대를 다스리는 자가 되고, 아히룻의 아들 여호사밧은 역사 기록자가 되고, And Joab the son of Zeruiah was over the host; and Jehoshaphat the son of Ahilud, recorder. | |||
| ☞대상18:16 | 아히툽의 아들 사독과 아비아달의 아들 아비멜렉은 제사장이 되고, 사워사는 서기관이 되고, And Zadok the son of Ahitub, and Abimelech the son of Abiathar, were the priests; and Shavsha was scribe; | |||
| ☞대상18:17 | 여호야다의 아들 브나야는 크렛인들과 플렛인들을 관할하고, 다윗의 아들들은 왕을 모시는 대신들이 되니라. And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada was over the Cherethites and the Pelethites; and the sons of David were chief about the king. | |||
