| ☞호5:1 | 오 제사장들아, 너희는 이것을 들으라. 너희 이스라엘 집아, 경청하라. 오 왕의 집아, 너희는 귀를 기울이라. 심판이 너희를 향해 있나니, 이는 너희가 미스파에 올무가 되었으며 타볼 위에 친 그물이 되었음이라. Hear ye this, O priests; and hearken, ye house of Israel; and give ye ear, O house of the king; for judgment is toward you, because ye have been a snare on Mizpah, and a net spread upon Tabor. | |||
| ☞호5:2 | 내가 그들 모두를 책망하는 자가 되었음에도 불구하고 반역자들이 도살하는 데 깊이 빠졌도다. And the revolters are profound to make slaughter, though I have been a rebuker of them all. | |||
| ☞호5:3 | 나는 에프라임을 알며 이스라엘은 내게서 숨겨지지 못하나니, 오 에프라임아, 이제 너는 행음하고 이스라엘은 더럽혀졌도다. I know Ephraim, and Israel is not hid from me： for now, O Ephraim, thou committest whoredom, and Israel is defiled. | |||
| ☞호5:4 | 그들은 그들의 행실이 그들의 하나님께 돌아가도록 계획하지 아니하리니, 이는 음행의 영이 그들 가운데 있고 그들이 주를 알지 못하였기 때문이라. They will not frame their doings to turn unto their God： for the spirit of whoredoms is in the midst of them, and they have not known the LORD. | |||
| ☞호5:5 | 이스라엘의 교만이 그의 얼굴에 증거가 되나니, 그러므로 이스라엘과 에프라임은 그들의 죄악 가운데 패망할 것이요, 유다도 또한 그들과 더불어 패망하리라. And the pride of Israel doth testify to his face： therefore shall Israel and Ephraim fall in their iniquity： Judah also shall fall with them. | |||
| ☞호5:6 | 그들이 주를 찾아서 그들의 양떼와 그들의 소떼와 함께 가겠으나, 그들이 그를 만나지 못하리니, 주께서 그들로부터 물러나셨음이니라. They shall go with their flocks and with their herds to seek the LORD; but they shall not find him; he hath withdrawn himself from them. | |||
| ☞호5:7 | 그들이 주를 거역하여 변절하였으니, 이는 그들이 타국 아이들을 낳았음이라. 이제 새 달이 그들의 몫과 더불어 그들을 삼키리라. They have dealt treacherously against the LORD： for they have begotten strange children： now shall a month devour them with their portions. | |||
| ☞호5:8 | 너희는 기브아에서 뿔나팔을 불고 라마에서 나팔을 불라. 벧아웬에서 크게 소리질러 "오 베냐민아, 너를 쫓는다." 하라. Blow ye the cornet in Gibeah, and the trumpet in Ramah： cry aloud at Bethaven, after thee, O Benjamin. | |||
| ☞호5:9 | 에프라임은 질책하는 날에 황폐하게 되리니 이스라엘 지파들 중에서 반드시 있게 될 일을 내가 알게 하였노라. Ephraim shall be desolate in the day of rebuke： among the tribes of Israel have I made known that which shall surely be. | |||
| ☞호5:10 | 유다의 고관들은 경계를 옮기는 자들 같았으므로 내가 나의 진노를 그들 위에 물같이 부으리라. The princes of Judah were like them that remove the bound： therefore I will pour out my wrath upon them like water. | |||
| ☞호5:11 | 에프라임이 압제를 당하고 심판으로 깨어졌으니, 이는 그가 기꺼이 계명을 따라 행했기 때문이라. Ephraim is oppressed and broken in judgment, because he willingly walked after the commandment. | |||
| ☞호5:12 | 그러므로 내가 에프라임에게는 좀같이 될 것이요 유다 집에는 부패함같이 되리로다. Therefore will I be unto Ephraim as a moth, and to the house of Judah as rottenness. | |||
| ☞호5:13 | 에프라임이 그의 병을 보고 또 유다가 그의 상처를 보았을 때, 에프라임이 앗시리아인에게로 가서 야렙왕에게 사람을 보내었으나, 그는 너희를 치유할 수 없었고 너희의 상처를 낫게 할 수도 없었으니, When Ephraim saw his sickness, and Judah saw his wound, then went Ephraim to the Assyrian, and sent to king Jareb： yet could he not heal you, nor cure you of your wound. | |||
| ☞호5:14 | 이는 내가 에프라임에게 사자같이, 유다 집에 젊은 사자같이 될 것임이라. 나, 곧 내가 찢어 갈 것이요 탈취해 갈 것이나 아무도 그를 건져 내지 못하리라. For I will be unto Ephraim as a lion, and as a young lion to the house of Judah： I, even I, will tear and go away; I will take away, and none shall rescue him. | |||
| ☞호5:15 | 내가 가서 내 자리로 돌아가, 그들이 그들의 범죄를 인정하고 나의 얼굴을 구할 때까지 있으리니, 그들이 고난 중에 있을 때 나를 먼저 찾으리라. I will go and return to my place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek my face： in their affliction they will seek me early. | |||
