| ☞호11:1 | 이스라엘이 아이였을 때 내가 그를 사랑하여 내 아들을 이집트에서 불러내었도다. When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt. | |||
| ☞호11:2 | 선지자들이 그들을 부를수록 그들은 그들에게서 멀어져서 바알들에게 희생제를 드리며 새긴 형상들에게 분향하였도다. As they called them, so they went from them： they sacrificed unto Baalim, and burned incense to graven images. | |||
| ☞호11:3 | 또한 내가 에프라임에게 그들의 팔을 잡고서 걷도록 가르쳤으나, 그들은 내가 그들을 고친 것을 몰랐도다. I taught Ephraim also to go, taking them by their arms; but they knew not that I healed them. | |||
| ☞호11:4 | 내가 사람의 줄, 사랑의 줄로 그들을 이끌었고, 내가 그들에게 그들의 턱에서 멍에를 벗기는 자들 같았으며, 내가 그들에게 음식을 두었노라. I drew them with cords of a man, with bands of love： and I was to them as they that take off the yoke on their jaws, and I laid meat unto them. | |||
| ☞호11:5 | 그가 이집트 땅으로 돌이키지 못할 것이요, 앗시리아인이 그들의 왕이 되리니 이는 그들이 돌아오기를 거절하였음이라. He shall not return into the land of Egypt, and the Assyrian shall be his king, because they refused to return. | |||
| ☞호11:6 | 칼이 그의 성읍들에 거하여 그의 빗장들을 소멸하고 그들을 삼키리니, 이는 그들 자신의 계략들 때문이라. And the sword shall abide on his cities, and shall consume his branches, and devour them, because of their own counsels. | |||
| ☞호11:7 | 내 백성이 나에게서 물러서는 경향이 있도다. 비록 그들이 지극히 높으신 분을 불렀으나 그 분을 높이는 자는 아무도 없도다. And my people are bent to backsliding from me： though they called them to the most High, none at all would exalt him. | |||
| ☞호11:8 | 에프라임아, 내가 어찌 너를 포기하겠느냐? 이스라엘아, 내가 어찌 너를 내어주겠느냐? 내가 어찌 너를 아드마같이 만들겠느냐? 내가 어찌 너를 스보임같이 두겠느냐? 내 마음이 내 안에서 돌아서서, 내 마음의 돌이킴이 모두 불붙는도다. How shall I give thee up, Ephraim? how shall I deliver thee, Israel? how shall I make thee as Admah? how shall I set thee as Zeboim? mine heart is turned within me, my repentings are kindled together. | |||
| ☞호11:9 | 내가 내 분노의 맹렬함을 행사하지 아니하며 내가 돌이켜 에프라임을 멸하지 아니하리니, 이는 내가 사람이 아니요 하나님이며, 너희 가운데 계신 거룩한 분임이라. 내가 성읍으로 들어가지 아니하리라. I will not execute the fierceness of mine anger, I will not return to destroy Ephraim： for I am God, and not man; the Holy One in the midst of thee： and I will not enter into the city. | |||
| ☞호11:10 | 그들이 주를 따라가리니 그가 사자같이 포효할 것이요, 그가 포효할 때면 그 자손들이 서쪽에서부터 떨 것이라. They shall walk after the LORD： he shall roar like a lion： when he shall roar, then the children shall tremble from the west. | |||
| ☞호11:11 | 그들은 이집트에서 나온 새처럼 떨 것이요 앗시리아 땅에서 나온 비둘기처럼 떨리라. 내가 그들을 그들의 집에 두리라. 주가 말하노라. They shall tremble as a bird out of Egypt, and as a dove out of the land of Assyria： and I will place them in their houses, saith the LORD. | |||
| ☞호11:12 | 에프라임은 거짓말로, 이스라엘 집은 기만으로 나를 에워싸나, 유다는 여전히 하나님과 함께 다스리며 그 성도들과 더불어 신실하도다. Ephraim compasseth me about with lies, and the house of Israel with deceit： but Judah yet ruleth with God, and is faithful with the saints. | |||
