| ☞왕하5:1 | 시리아 왕의 군대 대장 나아만은 그의 주인에게 크고 존귀한 사람이었으니, 이는 주께서 그를 통하여 시리아에 구원을 주셨음이더라. 그가 또한 강한 용사였으나, 문둥병자였더라. Now Naaman, captain of the host of the king of Syria, was a great man with his master, and honourable, because by him the LORD had given deliverance unto Syria： he was also a mighty man in valour, but he was a leper. | |||
| ☞왕하5:2 | 시리아인들이 전에 떼를 지어 나갔다가 이스라엘 땅에서 한 어린 여종을 사로잡아 왔으니, 그 소녀가 나아만의 아내를 시중들더라. And the Syrians had gone out by companies, and had brought away captive out of the land of Israel a little maid; and she waited on Naaman's wife. | |||
| ☞왕하5:3 | 그녀가 그녀의 여주인에게 말하기를 "나의 주께서 사마리아에 있는 선지자와 함께 계셨으면 좋겠나이다! 이는 그 선지자가 그의 문둥병을 고칠 것임이니이다." 하니 And she said unto her mistress, Would God my lord were with the prophet that is in Samaria! for he would recover him of his leprosy. | |||
| ☞왕하5:4 | 누군가가 들어가서 그의 주에게 고하여 "이스라엘 땅에서 온 여종이 이러이러하게 말하더이다." 라고 말하더라. And one went in, and told his lord, saying, Thus and thus said the maid that is of the land of Israel. | |||
| ☞왕하5:5 | 이에 시리아 왕이 말하기를 "가라, 갈지어다. 내가 이스라엘 왕에게 서신을 띄우리라." 하니, 그가 은 열 달란트와 금 육천 개와 의복 열 벌을 가지고 가니라. And the king of Syria said, Go to, go, and I will send a letter unto the king of Israel. And he departed, and took with him ten talents of silver, and six thousand pieces of gold, and ten changes of raiment. | |||
| ☞왕하5:6 | 그가 그 서신을 이스라엘 왕에게 전하였으니, 이르기를 "이 서신이 당신께 이르거든 보소서, 내가 내 종 나아만을 이 서신과 함께 당신께 보내니, 당신은 그의 문둥병을 고쳐 주소서." 하였더라. And he brought the letter to the king of Israel, saying, Now when this letter is come unto thee, behold, I have therewith sent Naaman my servant to thee, that thou mayest recover him of his leprosy. | |||
| ☞왕하5:7 | 이스라엘 왕이 그 편지를 읽고 나서 그의 옷을 찢으며 말하기를 "내가 죽이고 살리는 하나님이기에 이 사람이 내게 문둥병 걸린 사람을 보내며 고치라 하느냐? 그러므로 내가 청하노니, 너희는 숙고하여 어떻게 그가 나를 대적하여 싸우고자 하는지를 알지니라." 하니라. And it came to pass, when the king of Israel had read the letter, that he rent his clothes, and said, Am I God, to kill and to make alive, that this man doth send unto me to recover a man of his leprosy? wherefore consider, I pray you, and see how he seeketh a quarrel against me. | |||
| ☞왕하5:8 | 하나님의 사람 엘리사가 이스라엘 왕이 자기 옷을 찢었다 함을 듣자 왕에게 보내어 말하기를 "어찌하여 왕께서는 옷을 찢으셨나이까? 그를 이제 내게 오게 하시면, 그가 이스라엘에 선지자가 있는 줄 알게 되리이다." 하더라. And it was so, when Elisha the man of God had heard that the king of Israel had rent his clothes, that he sent to the king, saying, Wherefore hast thou rent thy clothes? let him come now to me, and he shall know that there is a prophet in Israel. | |||
| ☞왕하5:9 | 그리하여 나아만이 그의 말들과 병거를 거느리고 와서 엘리사의 집 문 앞에 섰더라. So Naaman came with his horses and with his chariot, and stood at the door of the house of Elisha. | |||
| ☞왕하5:10 | 엘리사가 그에게 심부름꾼을 보내어 말하기를 가서 "요단 강에서 일곱 번 씻으라. 그리하면 네 살이 회복되고 네가 깨끗케 되리라." 하자 And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean. | |||
| ☞왕하5:11 | 나아만이 노하여 돌아가며 말하기를 "보라, 나는 그가 반드시 내게로 나아와 서서 주 그의 하나님의 이름을 부르며 그의 손으로 병든 부위를 쳐서 문둥병을 고치리라 생각했노라. But Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of the LORD his God, and strike his hand over the place, and recover the leper. | |||
| ☞왕하5:12 | 다마스커스의 강 아바나와 바르발이 이스라엘의 모든 물들보다 낫지 아니하냐? 내가 그 강들에서 씻으면 깨끗해지지 않겠느냐?" 하고 분노에 차서 돌이켜 가니라. Are not Abana and Pharpar, rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? may I not wash in them, and be clean? So he turned and went away in a rage. | |||
| ☞왕하5:13 | 그러자 그의 종들이 가까이 나아와 그에게 고하여 말하기를 "내 아버지여, 만일 그 선지자가 당신께 어떤 큰 일을 하라고 명하였다면 당신은 그 일을 하지 않았겠나이까? 하물며 그가 당신께 '씻어 깨끗해지라.' 한 것이리이까?" 하더라. And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean? | |||
| ☞왕하5:14 | 이에 그가 내려가 하나님의 사람의 말에 따라 요단 강에서 일곱 번 몸을 담그니, 그의 몸이 어린 아이의 살같이 되어 깨끗해지더라. Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God： and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean. | |||
| ☞왕하5:15 | 그가 그의 온 일행과 함께 하나님의 사람에게 돌아가 그의 앞에 서서 말하기를 "보소서, 내가 이제 이스라엘 외에는 온 세상에 하나님이 계시지 않음을 알았나이다. 그러므로 이제 내가 청하오니 당신의 종의 예물을 받아 주소서." 하자 And he returned to the man of God, he and all his company, and came, and stood before him： and he said, Behold, now I know that there is no God in all the earth, but in Israel： now therefore, I pray thee, take a blessing of thy servant. | |||
| ☞왕하5:16 | 엘리사가 말하기를 "내가 섬기는 주께서 살아 계시는 한 내가 아무것도 받지 아니하리라." 하였으니, 나아만이 받으라고 그에게 강권하여도 그가 거절하였더라. But he said, As the LORD liveth, before whom I stand, I will receive none. And he urged him to take it; but he refused. | |||
| ☞왕하5:17 | 나아만이 말하기를 "그렇다면 내가 청하오니, 노새 두 마리에 실을 흙을 당신의 종에게 주소서. 당신의 종이 이제부터 다른 신들에게는 번제나 희생제를 드리지 아니하고 주께만 드리리이다. And Naaman said, Shall there not then, I pray thee, be given to thy servant two mules' burden of earth? for thy servant will henceforth offer neither burnt offering nor sacrifice unto other gods, but unto the LORD. | |||
| ☞왕하5:18 | 이 일에 주께서 당신의 종을 용서해 주시기를 원하오니, 이는 내 주인이 림몬의 집에 경배하려고 들어가서 내 손을 의지할 때에 나도 림몬의 집에서 절함이니이다. 내가 림몬의 집에서 절할 때에 주께서 이 일에 당신의 종을 용서해 주시기 원하나이다." 하니 In this thing the LORD pardon thy servant, that when my master goeth into the house of Rimmon to worship there, and he leaneth on my hand, and I bow myself in the house of Rimmon： when I bow down myself in the house of Rimmon, the LORD pardon thy servant in this thing. | |||
| ☞왕하5:19 | 엘리사가 그에게 말하기를 "평안히 가라." 하자 그가 엘리사를 떠나 길을 조금 가니라. And he said unto him, Go in peace. So he departed from him a little way. | |||
| ☞왕하5:20 | 그러나 하나님의 사람 엘리사의 종 게하시가 말하기를 "보라, 내 주인이 이 시리아인 나아만을 살려 주고도 그가 가져온 것을 그의 손에서 받지 아니하였도다. 주께서 살아 계시는 한, 내가 그를 쫓아 달려가서 그에게서 무엇인가를 취하리라." 하고 But Gehazi, the servant of Elisha the man of God, said, Behold, my master hath spared Naaman this Syrian, in not receiving at his hands that which he brought： but, as the LORD liveth, I will run after him, and take somewhat of him. | |||
| ☞왕하5:21 | 나아만을 쫓아갔더라. 나아만이 자기를 쫓아 달려오는 그를 보고 병거에서 내려 그를 맞으며 말하기를 "평안하뇨?" 하니 So Gehazi followed after Naaman. And when Naaman saw him running after him, he lighted down from the chariot to meet him, and said, Is all well? | |||
| ☞왕하5:22 | 그가 말하기를 "평안하나이다. 내 주인이 나를 보내며 말씀하시기를 '보소서, 지금 에프라임 산지에서 선지자들의 아들들 중 두 청년이 내게 왔나이다. 내가 청하오니 은 한 달란트와 옷 두 벌을 그들에게 주소서.' 하더이다." 하더라. And he said, All is well. My master hath sent me, saying, Behold, even now there be come to me from mount Ephraim two young men of the sons of the prophets： give them, I pray thee, a talent of silver, and two changes of garments. | |||
| ☞왕하5:23 | 나아만이 말하기를 "두 달란트 받는 것을 허락하라." 하며 그를 강권하여 두 자루 안에 은 두 달란트를 넣어 묶고, 옷 두 벌과 더불어 그것들을 그의 두 종에게 지우니, 그들이 게하시 앞에서 지고 가더라. And Naaman said, Be content, take two talents. And he urged him, and bound two talents of silver in two bags, with two changes of garments, and laid them upon two of his servants; and they bare them before him. | |||
| ☞왕하5:24 | 게하시가 망대에 이르자 그것들을 그들의 손에서 받아 집에 두고 그 사람들을 가게 하니 그들이 떠나니라. And when he came to the tower, he took them from their hand, and bestowed them in the house： and he let the men go, and they departed. | |||
| ☞왕하5:25 | 그러나 그가 들어가서 그의 주인 앞에 서자, 엘리사가 그에게 말하기를 "게하시야, 네가 어디서 오느냐?" 하는지라, 그가 말하기를 "당신의 종이 아무 데도 가지 아니하였나이다." 하자 But he went in, and stood before his master. And Elisha said unto him, Whence comest thou, Gehazi? And he said, Thy servant went no whither. | |||
| ☞왕하5:26 | 엘리사가 그에게 말하기를 "그 사람이 너를 맞이하려고 그의 병거에서 돌이켰을 때 내 마음이 너와 함께 가지 아니하였더냐? 지금이 돈을 받고, 옷을 받고, 올리브 밭과, 포도원과, 양들과, 소들과, 남종들과, 여종들을 받을 때이더냐? And he said unto him, Went not mine heart with thee, when the man turned again from his chariot to meet thee? Is it a time to receive money, and to receive garments, and oliveyards, and vineyards, and sheep, and oxen, and menservants, and maidservants? | |||
| ☞왕하5:27 | 그러므로 나아만의 문둥병이 너와 네 씨에게 영원히 붙어 있으리라." 하더라. 게하시가 눈처럼 하얀 문둥병자가 되어 그 앞에서 나갔더라. The leprosy therefore of Naaman shall cleave unto thee, and unto thy seed for ever. And he went out from his presence a leper as white as snow. | |||
