| ☞고후10:1 | 너희 가운데서 대면하면 겸손하고 너희에게서 떠나 있으면 담대한 나 바울이 이제 그리스도의 온유함과 공손함으로 너희에게 권고하노라. Now I Paul myself beseech you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, who in presence am base among you, but being absent am bold toward you： | |||
| ☞고후10:2 | 그러나 우리가 육신을 따라 행한다고 생각하는 어떤 사람들에 대하여 내가 담대하다고 생각하는 그 자신감으로 너희와 함께 있을 때에 담대하게 되지 않기를 간구하노라. But I beseech you, that I may not be bold when I am present with that confidence, wherewith I think to be bold against some, which think of us as if we walked according to the flesh. | |||
| ☞고후10:3 | 이는 우리가 육신 속에서 행하지만 육신을 따라 싸우지는 아니함이니 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh： | |||
| ☞고후10:4 | (우리의 전쟁 무기는 육신적인 것이 아니요, 오직 하나님을 통하여 견고한 요새들을 무너뜨리는 능력이라.) (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) | |||
| ☞고후10:5 | 여러 가지 구상과 하나님을 아는 지식을 거역하여 스스로 추켜 세운 모든 높은 것들을 무너뜨리며 모든 생각을 사로잡아서 그리스도께 복종케 하니 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; | |||
| ☞고후10:6 | 너희의 복종이 이루어지면 모든 불복종을 응징하려는 준비를 갖추고 있느니라. And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled. | |||
| ☞고후10:7 | 너희는 모든 것을 외모로만 보느냐? 만일 어떤 사람이 자기가 그리스도에게 속한 줄로 믿는다면 그가 그리스도에게 속한 것같이 우리도 그리스도에게 속해 있음을 그 자신이 다시 한 번 생각해야 하리라. Do ye look on things after the outward appearance? If any man trust to himself that he is Christ's, let him of himself think this again, that, as he is Christ's, even so are we Christ's. | |||
| ☞고후10:8 | 주께서 우리에게 주신 권위는 너희를 일으켜 세우려는 것이지 무너뜨리려는 것이 아니니, 내가 우리의 권위에 관하여 좀더 자랑한다 할지라도 결코 부끄럽지 않을 것이라. For though I should boast somewhat more of our authority, which the Lord hath given us for edification, and not for your destruction, I should not be ashamed： | |||
| ☞고후10:9 | 이는 내가 마치 편지들로 너희를 놀라게 하는 것처럼 보이지 아니하려는 것이라. That I may not seem as if I would terrify you by letters. | |||
| ☞고후10:10 | 그들이 말하기를 "그의 편지들은 무게가 있고 힘이 있지만, 직접 대할 때는 약하고 그 언변도 하찮다."고 하기 때문이라. For his letters, say they, are weighty and powerful; but his bodily presence is weak, and his speech contemptible. | |||
| ☞고후10:11 | 그러한 사람은 이것을 생각해야 하리니, 즉 우리가 함께 있지 않을 때 편지로 말하는 것이 함께 있을 때 행동으로 하는 것과 같다는 것이라. Let such an one think this, that, such as we are in word by letters when we are absent, such will we be also in deed when we are present. | |||
| ☞고후10:12 | 우리는 우리 자신을 감히 자기를 칭찬하는 어떤 사람들과 같은 부류로 나누거나 비교하지 않으나 그들은 자기들 가운데서 스스로를 측정하고 자기들끼리 비교하니 현명하지 못한 것이라. For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves： but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise. | |||
| ☞고후10:13 | 그러나 우리는 정도를 넘어서 자랑하지 아니하고 다만 하나님께서 우리에게 나누어 주신 규범의 정도에 따라 자랑하노라. 그 정도는 너희에게도 미친 것이라. But we will not boast of things without our measure, but according to the measure of the rule which God hath distributed to us, a measure to reach even unto you. | |||
| ☞고후10:14 | 우리가 마치 너희에게 미치지 못한 것처럼 과도하게 우리 자신을 과장하는 것이 아니니, 우리는 그리스도의 복음을 전파함으로 너희에게까지 왔노라. For we stretch not ourselves beyond our measure, as though we reached not unto you： for we are come as far as to you also in preaching the gospel of Christ： | |||
| ☞고후10:15 | 우리는 다른 사람들의 수고한 것으로 정도를 넘어서 자랑하지 아니하나, 다만 우리가 희망을 가짐은 너희 믿음이 자라나서 우리의 규범에 따라 너희 가운데서 우리의 영역이 크게 확장되리라는 것이니 Not boasting of things without our measure, that is, of other men's labours; but having hope, when your faith is increased, that we shall be enlarged by you according to our rule abundantly, | |||
| ☞고후10:16 | 너희의 영역을 넘어서 복음을 전하려는 것이지 다른 사람의 규범 안에서 이미 이룩해 놓은 것으로 자랑하려는 것은 아니니라. To preach the gospel in the regions beyond you, and not to boast in another man's line of things made ready to our hand. | |||
| ☞고후10:17 | 그러나 자랑하고자 하는 자는 주 안에서 자랑하라. But he that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord. | |||
| ☞고후10:18 | 이는 스스로 칭찬하는 사람이 인정을 받는 것이 아니요, 주께서 칭찬하는 사람이 인정을 받기 때문이라. For not he that commendeth himself is approved, but whom the Lord commendeth. | |||
