| ☞암5:1 | 오 이스라엘 집아, 너희는 내가 너희를 대적하여 택한 이 말 곧 애가를 들어 보라. Hear ye this word which I take up against you, even a lamentation, O house of Israel. | |||
| ☞암5:2 | 처녀 이스라엘이 쓰러졌으니 그녀가 다시는 일어나지 못하리라. 그녀가 자기 땅에서 버려졌으니 그녀를 일으켜 세울 자가 없도다. The virgin of Israel is fallen; she shall no more rise： she is forsaken upon her land; there is none to raise her up. | |||
| ☞암5:3 | 주 하나님이 이같이 말하노니, 이스라엘 집에 천 명이 나갔던 성읍은 백 명만 남고 백 명이 나갔던 성읍은 열 명만 남으리라. For thus saith the Lord GOD; The city that went out by a thousand shall leave an hundred, and that which went forth by an hundred shall leave ten, to the house of Israel. | |||
| ☞암5:4 | 주가 이스라엘 집에 이같이 말하노니, 너희는 나를 찾으라. 그리하면 너희가 살리라. For thus saith the LORD unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live： | |||
| ☞암5:5 | 그러나 벧엘을 찾지 말고 길갈로도 들어가지 말며 브엘세바로도 지나가지 말지니, 이는 길갈이 반드시 사로잡혀 갈 것이며 벧엘은 아무것도 남지 아니할 것임이라. But seek not Bethel, nor enter into Gilgal, and pass not to Beersheba： for Gilgal shall surely go into captivity, and Bethel shall come to nought. | |||
| ☞암5:6 | 주를 찾으라. 그리하면 너희가 살리라. 그렇지 아니하면 그가 요셉의 집에 불같이 일어나 삼키리니, 그리하면 벧엘에서 그것을 끌 자가 아무도 없으리라. Seek the LORD, and ye shall live; lest he break out like fire in the house of Joseph, and devour it, and there be none to quench it in Bethel. | |||
| ☞암5:7 | 공의를 쑥으로 바꾸고 땅에다 의를 버려 둔 너희는 Ye who turn judgment to wormwood, and leave off righteousness in the earth, | |||
| ☞암5:8 | 일곱 별과 오리온을 만들고, 죽음의 그림자를 아침으로 바꾸며, 낮을 밤으로 어둡게 만들며, 바닷물을 불러 지면에다 붓는 그를 찾으라. 주가 그의 이름이니 Seek him that maketh the seven stars and Orion, and turneth the shadow of death into the morning, and maketh the day dark with night： that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth： The LORD is his name： | |||
| ☞암5:9 | 곧 강한 자들을 대적하사 패망한 자들에게 힘을 주시는 분이라. 그러므로 패망했던 자들이 요새를 치려고 오리라. That strengtheneth the spoiled against the strong, so that the spoiled shall come against the fortress. | |||
| ☞암5:10 | 그들은 성문에서 책망하는 자를 미워하며 그들은 정직하게 말하는 자를 증오하는도다. They hate him that rebuketh in the gate, and they abhor him that speaketh uprightly. | |||
| ☞암5:11 | 그러므로 너희가 가난한 자를 밟음같이 그에게서 밀을 세로 거두는도다. 너희가 깎은 돌로 집들을 지었으나 너희는 거기서 살지 못하리라. 너희가 아름다운 포도원들을 경작하였으나 너희는 그 포도주를 마시지 못하리라. Forasmuch therefore as your treading is upon the poor, and ye take from him burdens of wheat： ye have built houses of hewn stone, but ye shall not dwell in them; ye have planted pleasant vineyards, but ye shall not drink wine of them. | |||
| ☞암5:12 | 내가 너희의 여러 가지 죄과들과 무거운 죄들을 아나니 그들이 의인을 괴롭히고 뇌물을 받으며 성문에서 가난한 자를 그들의 올바른 길로부터 벗어나게 하는도다. For I know your manifold transgressions and your mighty sins： they afflict the just, they take a bribe, and they turn aside the poor in the gate from their right. | |||
| ☞암5:13 | 그러므로 총명한 자가 그 때에 침묵을 지키리니 이는 악한 때임이라. Therefore the prudent shall keep silence in that time; for it is an evil time. | |||
| ☞암5:14 | 너희가 살기 위해 선을 구하고 악을 구하지 말라. 그러면 주, 만군의 하나님이 너희가 말했던 대로 너희와 함께 있으리라. Seek good, and not evil, that ye may live： and so the LORD, the God of hosts, shall be with you, as ye have spoken. | |||
| ☞암5:15 | 악을 미워하고 선을 사랑하며 성문에서 공의를 세우라. 만군의 주 하나님이 혹시 요셉의 남은 자에게 은혜를 베푸시리라. Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate： it may be that the LORD God of hosts will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph. | |||
| ☞암5:16 | 그러므로 주, 만군의 하나님, 주가 이같이 말하노라. 모든 거리에 통곡이 있으리니 그들이 모든 대로에서 말하기를 '슬프도다, 슬프도다.' 하고 농부와 애곡을 잘하는 자들을 불러 곡하게 할 것이라. Therefore the LORD, the God of hosts, the LORD, saith thus; Wailing shall be in all streets; and they shall say in all the highways, Alas! alas! and they shall call the husbandman to mourning, and such as are skilful of lamentation to wailing. | |||
| ☞암5:17 | 온 포도원에 통곡이 있으리니 이는 내가 너를 통과할 것임이라. 주가 말하노라. And in all vineyards shall be wailing： for I will pass through thee, saith the LORD. | |||
| ☞암5:18 | 주의 날을 바라는 너희에게 화로다! 그것이 너희에게 어떤 결말이 되겠느냐? 주의 날은 어두움이지 빛이 아니니라. Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light. | |||
| ☞암5:19 | 마치 사람이 사자를 피했다가 곰을 만나거나, 집에 들어가 손을 벽에 기대었다가 뱀에게 물린 것과 같도다. As if a man did flee from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house, and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him. | |||
| ☞암5:20 | 주의 날이 어둡게 되지 않겠으며 빛이 없게 되지 않겠느냐? 너무 어두워 그 안에 밝음이 없지 않겠느냐? Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it? | |||
| ☞암5:21 | 나는 너희의 명절들을 미워하고 멸시하노라. 나는 너희의 엄숙한 집회들에서 냄새를 맡지 아니하리라. I hate, I despise your feast days, and I will not smell in your solemn assemblies. | |||
| ☞암5:22 | 비록 너희가 나에게 번제와 음식제사를 바친다 해도 내가 그것들을 받지 아니하고 너희 살진 짐승들의 화목제도 인정치 않겠노라. Though ye offer me burnt offerings and your meat offerings, I will not accept them： neither will I regard the peace offerings of your fat beasts. | |||
| ☞암5:23 | 너는 내 앞에서 네 노래들의 소음을 치우라. 이는 내가 네 비올의 가락도 듣지 않을 것임이라. Take thou away from me the noise of thy songs; for I will not hear the melody of thy viols. | |||
| ☞암5:24 | 그러나 공의는 물같이, 의는 큰 시내같이 흐를지니라. But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream. | |||
| ☞암5:25 | 오 이스라엘 집아, 너희가 광야에서 사십 년 동안 내게 희생제들과 제물들을 드렸더냐? Have ye offered unto me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel? | |||
| ☞암5:26 | 오히려 너희는 너희의 형상들인 몰록과 키운의 성막을 지녔은즉, 이는 너희가 너희를 위하여 만든 너희 신의 별이라. But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves. | |||
| ☞암5:27 | 그러므로 내가 너희를 다마스커스 너머로 사로잡혀 가게 하리라. 그의 이름이 만군의 하나님인 주가 말하노라. Therefore will I cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, saith the LORD, whose name is The God of hosts. | |||
