| ☞단8:1 | 처음에 나에게 나타났던 환상 이후 벨사살왕의 치리 제 삼년에 한 환상이 나에게 나타났으니, 나 다니엘에게 나타났더라. In the third year of the reign of king Belshazzar a vision appeared unto me, even unto me Daniel, after that which appeared unto me at the first. | |||
| ☞단8:2 | 내가 환상 중에 보았고, 내가 보았을 때 나는 엘람 지방에 있는 수산 궁에 있었으며, 또 내가 환상 중에 보았더니 나는 울래 강가에 있었느니라. And I saw in a vision; and it came to pass, when I saw, that I was at Shushan in the palace, which is in the province of Elam; and I saw in a vision, and I was by the river of Ulai. | |||
| ☞단8:3 | 그때 내가 나의 눈을 들어 보았더니, 보라, 두 뿔을 가진 숫양 한 마리가 강 앞에 서 있는데 그 두 뿔은 길며, 하나가 다른 것보다 더 길고 그 긴 것이 나중에 나왔더라. Then I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, there stood before the river a ram which had two horns： and the two horns were high; but one was higher than the other, and the higher came up last. | |||
| ☞단8:4 | 내가 서쪽과 북쪽과 남쪽을 향하여 밀어붙이는 숫양을 보았는데, 그 앞에 설 짐승들이 없으며 그 손에서 구해 낼 어떠한 것도 없으나 그 숫양은 자기 뜻대로 행하고 크게 되더라. I saw the ram pushing westward, and northward, and southward; so that no beasts might stand before him, neither was there any that could deliver out of his hand; but he did according to his will, and became great. | |||
| ☞단8:5 | 내가 숙고하고 있는데, 보라, 숫염소가 온 지면의 서쪽에서부터 왔는데, 그 염소는 양 눈 사이에 두드러진 뿔이 있더라. And as I was considering, behold, an he goat came from the west on the face of the whole earth, and touched not the ground： and the goat had a notable horn between his eyes. | |||
| ☞단8:6 | 내가 강 앞에서 서서 보았더니, 그 염소가 두 뿔을 가진 숫양에게로 와서 격분한 힘으로 그에게 달려가더라. And he came to the ram that had two horns, which I had seen standing before the river, and ran unto him in the fury of his power. | |||
| ☞단8:7 | 또 내가 그를 보니 숫양에게 가까이 나와서 그에게 화를 내어 그 숫양을 받아 그의 두 뿔을 꺾으니, 그 염소 앞에 선 숫양에게는 아무 힘도 없더라. 그 염소가 숫양을 땅에 집어 던져서 짓밟아도 그의 손에서 숫양을 건져 낼 자가 아무도 없었더라. And I saw him come close unto the ram, and he was moved with choler against him, and smote the ram, and brake his two horns： and there was no power in the ram to stand before him, but he cast him down to the ground, and stamped upon him： and there was none that could deliver the ram out of his hand. | |||
| ☞단8:8 | 그러므로 그 숫염소가 매우 강대해지다가 강하게 되었을 때 그 큰 뿔이 꺾였으니, 이는 두드러진 뿔 넷이 하늘의 네 바람을 향하여 나왔음이라. Therefore the he goat waxed very great： and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and for it came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven. | |||
| ☞단8:9 | 그 중 한 뿔에서 작은 뿔 하나가 나와서 남쪽과 동쪽과 아름다운 땅을 향하여 심히 커지더니 And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land. | |||
| ☞단8:10 | 하늘의 군대에 이를 만큼 커져서 군대와 별들 중에 얼마를 땅에 던지고 그것들을 짓밟더라. And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them. | |||
| ☞단8:11 | 정녕, 그는 자신을 군대의 대장에게까지 높였으며, 그로 인하여 매일 드리는 희생제도 없어지고 그의 성소의 처소도 허물어졌도다. Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of the sanctuary was cast down. | |||
| ☞단8:12 | 한 군대가 그에게 주어져서 죄과로 인하여 매일 드리는 희생제도 반대케 하며 그 숫염소가 진리를 땅에 던지고, 마음대로 행하며 번성하였더라. And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised, and prospered. | |||
| ☞단8:13 | 그때 내가 한 성도가 말하는 것을 들었는데, 말하였던 그 어떤 성도에게 또 다른 성도가 말하기를 "매일 드리는 희생제와 멸망의 죄과, 즉 성소와 군대를 내어 주어 발 아래 짓밟히게 하는 환상이 얼마나 오래 가겠느냐?" 하니 Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot? | |||
| ☞단8:14 | 그가 나에게 말하기를 "이천삼백 일까지니, 그때에 성소가 깨끗하게 되리라." 하였더라. And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed. | |||
| ☞단8:15 | 나, 곧 나 다니엘이 환상을 보고 그 의미를 찾는데, 보라, 그때에 내 앞에 한 사람의 모습 같은 것이 섰더라. And it came to pass, when I, even I Daniel, had seen the vision, and sought for the meaning, then, behold, there stood before me as the appearance of a man. | |||
| ☞단8:16 | 내가 울래 강둑 사이에서 한 사람의 음성을 들었더니, 불러 말하기를 "가브리엘아, 이 사람에게 그 환상을 깨닫게 해 주라." 하더라. And I heard a man's voice between the banks of Ulai, which called, and said, Gabriel, make this man to understand the vision. | |||
| ☞단8:17 | 그리하여 내가 서 있는 곳에 그가 가까이 왔으니, 그가 왔을 때 내가 두려워서 얼굴을 대고 엎드렸으나 내게 말하기를 "오 인자야, 깨달으라. 그 환상은 마지막 때에 있을 것임이라." 하였더라. So he came near where I stood： and when he came, I was afraid, and fell upon my face： but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man： for at the time of the end shall be the vision. | |||
| ☞단8:18 | 그가 나와 말하고 있을 때 내가 얼굴을 땅에 대고 깊은 잠이 들었으나, 그가 나를 어루만져 일으켜 세우고 Now as he was speaking with me, I was in a deep sleep on my face toward the ground： but he touched me, and set me upright. | |||
| ☞단8:19 | 말하기를 "보라, 내가 진노의 마지막 끝에 있을 일을 네게 알게 하리라. 그 끝은 정한 때에 있으리라. And he said, Behold, I will make thee know what shall be in the last end of the indignation： for at the time appointed the end shall be. | |||
| ☞단8:20 | 네가 본 두 뿔을 가진 그 숫양은 메디아와 페르시아의 왕들이요, The ram which thou sawest having two horns are the kings of Media and Persia. | |||
| ☞단8:21 | 그 거친 숫염소는 그리스의 왕이며, 그의 양 눈 사이에 있는 큰 뿔은 그 첫째 왕이라. And the rough goat is the king of Grecia： and the great horn that is between his eyes is the first king. | |||
| ☞단8:22 | 이제 그 뿔이 꺾이고 그대신 그 자리에 네 뿔이 났으니, 네 왕국이 그 민족에서 일어날 것이나 그의 권세에는 미치지 못하리라. Now that being broken, whereas four stood up for it, four kingdoms shall stand up out of the nation, but not in his power. | |||
| ☞단8:23 | 그들 왕국의 나중 때에 범죄자들이 가득 차게 되면 무서운 용모를 하고 난해한 문장들을 깨닫는 한 왕이 일어나리라. And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up. | |||
| ☞단8:24 | 그의 권세가 막강할 것이나 자기 자신의 권세에 의한 것은 아니니, 그가 놀랍도록 파괴시킬 것이며 번성할 것이고 마음대로 행하며, 강한 자들과 거룩한 백성을 멸하리라. And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power： and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people. | |||
| ☞단8:25 | 그의 지혜를 통하여 그가 자기 손에 계략을 늘려서 자기 마음 속에 자신을 높이고 평화로 많은 것을 멸하리라. 그는 또한 통치자들 중의 통치자를 대적하여 설 것이나 그가 사람의 손에 의하지 않고 부서지게 되리라. And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many： he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand. | |||
| ☞단8:26 | 이미 말했던 저녁과 아침의 환상은 참되나니, 그러므로 너는 그 환상을 알리지 말라. 이는 그것이 많은 날 동안 있을 것임이라." 하더라. And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true： wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days. | |||
| ☞단8:27 | 나 다니엘이 기절하여 며칠 간 앓다가 그 후에 일어나서 왕의 업무를 행했더라. 내가 그 환상에 놀랐으나 아무도 그것을 깨닫는 자가 없더라. And I Daniel fainted, and was sick certain days; afterward I rose up, and did the king's business; and I was astonished at the vision, but none understood it. | |||
