| ☞엡6:1 | 자녀들아, 주 안에서 너희 부모에게 순종하라. 이것이 옳으니라. Children, obey your parents in the Lord： for this is right. | |||
| ☞엡6:2 | 네 아버지와 어머니를 공경하라. (이것이 약속 있는 첫째 계명이니) Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise; | |||
| ☞엡6:3 | 이는 네가 잘 되고 또 땅에서 장수하게 하려 함이니라. That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth. | |||
| ☞엡6:4 | 너희 아비들아, 너희 자녀들을 성나게 하지 말고 주의 교훈과 훈계로 양육하라. And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath： but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. | |||
| ☞엡6:5 | 종들아, 육신에 따른 주인들에게 두려움과 떨림으로 복종하되 순전한 마음으로 그리스도께 하듯 하고 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ; | |||
| ☞엡6:6 | 사람을 기쁘게 하는 자처럼 눈가림으로 하지 말고 그리스도의 종으로서 마음으로부터 하나님의 뜻을 행하며 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; | |||
| ☞엡6:7 | 선한 뜻으로 봉사하되 주께 하듯 하고 사람에게 하듯 하지 말라. With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men： | |||
| ☞엡6:8 | 이는 각 사람이 무슨 선을 행하든지 종이나 자유인을 불문하고 주로부터 그대로 받을 줄을 앎이니라. Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free. | |||
| ☞엡6:9 | 또 주인들아, 너희도 그들에게 동일하게 행하고 위협을 그치라. 이는 너희의 주인도 하늘에 계시며 그 분은 사람을 외모로 판단하지 않으심을 너희가 알기 때문이라. And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening： knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him. | |||
| ☞엡6:10 | 끝으로 나의 형제들아, 주 안에서와 그의 힘의 능력 안에서 강건하라. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. | |||
| ☞엡6:11 | 너희는 마귀의 술책에 대항하여 설 수 있도록 하나님의 전신갑옷을 입으라. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. | |||
| ☞엡6:12 | 이는 우리의 싸움이 혈과 육에 대항하는 것이 아니라 정사들과 권세들과 이 세상 어두움의 주관자들과 높은 곳들에 있는 영적 악에 대항하는 것이기 때문이니라. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. | |||
| ☞엡6:13 | 그러므로 너희는 하나님의 전신갑옷을 입으라. 이는 너희가 악한 날에 저항할 수 있으며 또 모든 일을 다 이루기까지 서 있게 하기 위함이니라. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. | |||
| ☞엡6:14 | 그러므로 서서 진리로 너희의 허리띠를 두르고 의의 흉배를 붙이고 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; | |||
| ☞엡6:15 | 화평의 복음을 준비한 것으로 너희 발에 신고 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; | |||
| ☞엡6:16 | 모든 것 위에 믿음의 방패를 가짐으로써 능히 너희가 악한 자의 모든 불붙은 화살을 끌 수 있을 것이라. Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. | |||
| ☞엡6:17 | 또한 구원의 투구와 성령의 칼, 곧 하나님의 말씀을 가지고 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God： | |||
| ☞엡6:18 | 모든 기도와 간구로 항상 성령 안에서 기도하고 이를 위하여 모든 성도들을 위해 모든 인내와 간구로 깨어 있으라. Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; | |||
| ☞엡6:19 | 그리고 나를 위하여서는 내게 말씀을 주시어 내 입을 열어 담대하게 복음의 신비를 알리게 하도록 기도하라. And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, | |||
| ☞엡6:20 | 이를 위하여 내가 사슬에 묶인 대사가 된 것은 나로 하여금 마땅히 할 말을 담대히 하게 하려는 것이니라. For which I am an ambassador in bonds： that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak. | |||
| ☞엡6:21 | 이제 너희는 내가 하고 있는 일과 나에 관한 것을 알게 되리니 사랑하는 형제이며 주 안에서 신실한 일꾼인 투기고가 모든 것을 너희에게 알게 하리라. But that ye also may know my affairs, and how I do, Tychicus, a beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord, shall make known to you all things： | |||
| ☞엡6:22 | 내가 이를 위하여 그를 너희에게 보내노니 너희가 우리에 관한 일을 알게 되고 아울러 그가 너희의 마음을 위로하리라. Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that ye might know our affairs, and that he might comfort your hearts. | |||
| ☞엡6:23 | 형제들에게 화평이 있기를 바라며 또 하나님 아버지와 주 예수 그리스도로부터 믿음을 겸한 사랑이 있기를 바라노라. Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. | |||
| ☞엡6:24 | 우리 주 예수 그리스도를 성심껏 사랑하는 모든 사람들에게 은혜가 있을지어다. 아멘. Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen. | |||
