| ☞갈5:1 | 그러므로 그리스도께서 우리를 자유케 하셨으니 자유 안에 굳게 서서 다시는 종의 멍에를 메지 말라. Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. | |||
| ☞갈5:2 | 보라, 나 바울이 너희에게 말하노니, 만일 너희가 할례를 받으면 그리스도께서 너희에게 아무 유익이 되지 못하리라. Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. | |||
| ☞갈5:3 | 내가 할례받은 모든 사람에게 다시 증거하노니 그는 온 율법을 행할 의무가 있는 자라. For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law. | |||
| ☞갈5:4 | 율법으로 의롭게 된 너희는 누구든지 그리스도가 무용하게 되고 은혜로부터는 떨어져 나갔느니라. Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. | |||
| ☞갈5:5 | 이는 우리가 성령을 통하여 믿음으로 말미암아 의의 소망을 기다림이라. For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. | |||
| ☞갈5:6 | 예수 그리스도 안에서는 할례나 무할례가 쓸모없고 오직 사랑으로 역사하는 믿음뿐이니라. For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love. | |||
| ☞갈5:7 | 너희가 잘 달려가고 있더니 누가 너희를 진리에 순종하지 못하도록 막더냐? Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth? | |||
| ☞갈5:8 | 이러한 권면은 너희를 부르시는 이에게서 나온 것이 아니니라. This persuasion cometh not of him that calleth you. | |||
| ☞갈5:9 | 적은 누룩이 온 반죽을 부풀게 하느니라. A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump. | |||
| ☞갈5:10 | 나는 너희가 조금도 다른 마음을 지니지 아니하리라는 것을 주를 통하여 너희 안에서 확신하노라. 따라서 너희를 혼란시키는 자는 그가 누구든지 심판을 받으리라. I have confidence in you through the Lord, that ye will be none otherwise minded： but he that troubleth you shall bear his judgment, whosoever he be. | |||
| ☞갈5:11 | 그러나 형제들아, 만일 내가 지금껏 할례를 전한다면 어찌하여 아직도 박해를 받겠느냐? 그랬더라면 십자가의 거침이 그쳤으리라. And I, brethren, if I yet preach circumcision, why do I yet suffer persecution? then is the offence of the cross ceased. | |||
| ☞갈5:12 | 너희를 혼란케 하는 자들이 그들 스스로 베어져 버리기를 나는 원하노라. I would they were even cut off which trouble you. | |||
| ☞갈5:13 | 형제들아, 너희가 자유에로 부름을 받았으니 그 자유를 육신을 위한 계기로 삼지 말고 사랑으로 서로 섬기라. For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. | |||
| ☞갈5:14 | 온 율법이 한 마디 말, 즉 이 말로 이루어졌으니 "네 이웃을 네 자신과 같이 사랑하라."는 것이라. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. | |||
| ☞갈5:15 | 그러나 만일 너희가 서로 물어 뜯고 삼킨다면 서로 멸망하지 않도록 주의하라. But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another. | |||
| ☞갈5:16 | 내가 이것을 말하노니 성령 안에서 행하라. 그리하면 너희는 육신의 정욕을 이루지 아니하리라. This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. | |||
| ☞갈5:17 | 육신은 성령을 거슬러 욕심을 부리며 성령은 육신을 거스리나니, 이들은 서로 반목하여서 너희가 하고자 하는 것을 하지 못하게 하느니라. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh： and these are contrary the one to the other： so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. | |||
| ☞갈5:18 | 그러나 너희가 성령의 인도하심을 받는다면 너희는 율법 아래 있지 아니하느니라. But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. | |||
| ☞갈5:19 | 이제 육신의 일들은 분명히 나타나나니, 곧 간음과 음행과 더러운 것과 음욕과 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, | |||
| ☞갈5:20 | 우상 숭배와 마술과 원수 맺음과 다툼과 질투와 분노와 투쟁과 분열과 이단들과 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, | |||
| ☞갈5:21 | 시기와 살인과 술 취함과 흥청거림과 또 그와 같은 것들이라. 내가 전에 말한 바와 같이 미리 말하노니, 그런 짓들을 하는 자들은 하나님의 나라를 상속받지 못할 것이라. Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like： of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. | |||
| ☞갈5:22 | 그러나 성령의 열매는 사랑과 희락과 화평과 오래 참음과 친절과 선함과 믿음과 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, | |||
| ☞갈5:23 | 온유와 절제니 그러한 것을 반대할 법이 없느니라. Meekness, temperance： against such there is no law. | |||
| ☞갈5:24 | 그리스도께 속한 사람들은 그 육신을 애정과 정욕과 함께 십자가에 처형하였느니라. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. | |||
| ☞갈5:25 | 만일 우리가 성령 안에서 산다면 또한 성령 안에서 행하자. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. | |||
| ☞갈5:26 | 서로 격분시키고 서로 시기함으로써 헛된 영광을 구하지 말자. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another. | |||
