| ☞습1:1 | 유다 왕 아몬의 아들 요시야의 날들에, 히스키야의 현손, 아마랴의 증손, 그달랴의 손자, 쿠시의 아들 스파냐에게 임한 주의 말씀이라. The word of the LORD which came unto Zephaniah the son of Cushi, the son of Gedaliah, the son of Amariah, the son of Hizkiah, in the days of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah. | |||
| ☞습1:2 | 주가 말하노니, 내가 지면으로부터 모든 것을 완전히 진멸하리라. I will utterly consume all things from off the land, saith the LORD. | |||
| ☞습1:3 | 내가 사람과 짐승을 진멸하리니, 공중의 새들과 바다의 고기들과, 거치는 것들을 악인들과 더불어 진멸할 것이요, 내가 지면으로부터 사람을 끊어 버리리라. 주가 말하노라. I will consume man and beast; I will consume the fowls of the heaven, and the fishes of the sea, and the stumbling blocks with the wicked： and I will cut off man from off the land, saith the LORD. | |||
| ☞습1:4 | 내가 또한 유다와 예루살렘의 모든 거민들 위에 내 손을 뻗치리라. 내가 이 곳으로부터 바알의 남은 자와 크마림의 이름을 그 제사장들과 더불어 끊어 버리리니, I will also stretch out mine hand upon Judah, and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place, and the name of the Chemarims with the priests; | |||
| ☞습1:5 | 지붕들 위에서 하늘의 군상을 경배하는 자들과, 주께도 맹세하고 말캄에게도 맹세하며 경배하는 자들과, And them that worship the host of heaven upon the housetops; and them that worship and that swear by the LORD, and that swear by Malcham; | |||
| ☞습1:6 | 주로부터 돌이키는 자들과, 주를 찾지도 아니하고 그에게 구하지도 아니하는 자들이라. And them that are turned back from the LORD; and those that have not sought the LORD, nor enquired for him. | |||
| ☞습1:7 | 주 하나님의 임재에서 조용하라. 이는 주의 날이 가까움이요, 이는 주가 한 희생을 예비하고 그가 그의 손님들을 청하였음이라. Hold thy peace at the presence of the Lord GOD： for the day of the LORD is at hand： for the LORD hath prepared a sacrifice, he hath bid his guests. | |||
| ☞습1:8 | 주의 희생의 날이 오리니, 내가 관원들과 왕의 자녀들과 이방의 예복으로 옷입은 모든 자들을 벌할 것이라. And it shall come to pass in the day of the LORD's sacrifice, that I will punish the princes, and the king's children, and all such as are clothed with strange apparel. | |||
| ☞습1:9 | 그 날에는 내가 또한 문턱을 뛰어넘어 폭력과 속임수로 자기 주인의 집을 채운 자들을 벌하리라. In the same day also will I punish all those that leap on the threshold, which fill their masters' houses with violence and deceit. | |||
| ☞습1:10 | 주가 말하노니, 그 날에 물고기 문으로부터는 부르짖는 소리가, 둘째 문으로부터는 곡성이, 작은 산들로부터는 크게 무너져 내리는 소리가 있으리라. And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD, that there shall be the noise of a cry from the fish gate, and an howling from the second, and a great crashing from the hills. | |||
| ☞습1:11 | 너희 막테스의 거민들아, 애곡하라. 이는 장사하는 백성이 모두 멸망되고 은을 지닌 자들이 다 끊어졌음이라. Howl, ye inhabitants of Maktesh, for all the merchant people are cut down; all they that bear silver are cut off. | |||
| ☞습1:12 | 그 때에는 내가 촛불들을 가지고 예루살렘을 샅샅이 뒤져 은밀한 곳들에 자리잡은 사람들을 벌하리니, 그들이 속으로 말하기를 "주께서는 선도 행하지 아니하시고 악도 행하지 아니하시리라." 하는도다. And it shall come to pass at that time, that I will search Jerusalem with candles, and punish the men that are settled on their lees： that say in their heart, The LORD will not do good, neither will he do evil. | |||
| ☞습1:13 | 그러므로 그들의 재산은 전리품이 되고 그들의 집들은 황폐하게 되리라. 그들이 집들을 지어도 그 곳에 거하지 못하며, 그들이 포도원들을 경작하여도 그 포도주를 마시지 못하리라. Therefore their goods shall become a booty, and their houses a desolation： they shall also build houses, but not inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, but not drink the wine thereof. | |||
| ☞습1:14 | 주의 큰 날이 가깝도다. 그 날이 가깝고도 심히 급하니, 곧 주의 날의 음성이라. 용사가 거기에서 비통하게 부르짖으리라. The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD： the mighty man shall cry there bitterly. | |||
| ☞습1:15 | 그 날은 진노의 날이요, 고난과 고통의 날이며, 황폐와 황량의 날이요, 어두움과 침침함의 날이며, 구름과 짙은 흑암의 날이요, That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, | |||
| ☞습1:16 | 견고한 성읍들과 높은 망대들을 향한 나팔과 경고의 날이라. A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high towers. | |||
| ☞습1:17 | 내가 사람들에게 고통을 주리니, 그들이 눈먼 사람들처럼 걸을 것이라. 이는 그들이 주를 거슬러 죄를 지었음이라. 그들의 피가 티끌처럼 쏟아지고 그들의 살은 똥같이 쏟아지리라. And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD： and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung. | |||
| ☞습1:18 | 주의 진노의 날에는 그들의 은이나 금도 그들을 구해내지 못할 것이며, 온 땅이 그의 질투의 불로 삼켜지리니, 이는 그가 땅에 거하는 그들을 모두 신속히 제거할 것임이라. Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD's wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy： for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land. | |||
