| ☞습2:2 | 법령이 시행되기 전에, 그 날이 쭉정이처럼 지나가기 전에, 주의 격노가 너희에게 임하기 전에, 주의 분노의 날이 너희에게 임하기 전에 모이라. Before the decree bring forth, before the day pass as the chaff, before the fierce anger of the LORD come upon you, before the day of the LORD's anger come upon you. | |||
| ☞습2:3 | 그의 공의를 행하는 너희 지상의 온유한 자들아, 너희는 주를 찾으라. 의를 찾고 온유를 찾으라. 너희가 혹시 주의 분노의 날에 숨겨질 수 있으리라. Seek ye the LORD, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness： it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the LORD's anger. | |||
| ☞습2:4 | 이는 가자가 버리움을 당할 것이요, 아스클론이 황폐하게 될 것임이니, 사람들이 대낮에 아스돗을 쫓아낼 것이요, 에크론은 뽑히리라. For Gaza shall be forsaken, and Ashkelon a desolation： they shall drive out Ashdod at the noon day, and Ekron shall be rooted up. | |||
| ☞습2:5 | 해변의 거민, 크레테인들의 민족에게 화 있으리라! 주의 말씀이 너희를 대적하느니라. 오 필리스티아인들의 땅 카나안아, 내가 너를 멸하리니 거기에 거민이 없으리라. Woe unto the inhabitants of the sea coast, the nation of the Cherethites! the word of the LORD is against you; O Canaan, the land of the Philistines, I will even destroy thee, that there shall be no inhabitant. | |||
| ☞습2:6 | 또 해변 지경은 목자들을 위한 거처들과 움막들이 되고 양떼들을 위한 우리가 되리라. And the sea coast shall be dwellings and cottages for shepherds, and folds for flocks. | |||
| ☞습2:7 | 또 그 지경은 유다 집의 남은 자들의 것이 되리라. 그들은 그 위에서 방목할 것이요, 저녁이면 아스클론의 집들에 누우리니, 이는 주 그들의 하나님께서 그들을 벌하시며 그들의 사로잡힌 자들을 돌이키실 것임이라. And the coast shall be for the remnant of the house of Judah; they shall feed thereupon： in the houses of Ashkelon shall they lie down in the evening： for the LORD their God shall visit them, and turn away their captivity. | |||
| ☞습2:8 | 내가 모압의 비방과 암몬 자손의 욕설을 들었나니, 그들이 내 백성을 비방하였고 그들의 경계를 그들 스스로 확대하였느니라. I have heard the reproach of Moab, and the revilings of the children of Ammon, whereby they have reproached my people, and magnified themselves against their border. | |||
| ☞습2:9 | 그러므로 만군의 주, 이스라엘의 하나님이 말하노라. 내가 살아 있거니와, 모압은 소돔과 같이 될 것이요, 암몬 자손은 고모라같이 되리니, 곧 쐐기풀들이 자라고 소금 구덩이들이 되며 영속적인 폐허가 되리라. 내 백성의 잔류자가 그들을 약탈하며 내 백성의 남은 자가 그들을 차지하리라. Therefore as I live, saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, Surely Moab shall be as Sodom, and the children of Ammon as Gomorrah, even the breeding of nettles, and saltpits, and a perpetual desolation： the residue of my people shall spoil them, and the remnant of my people shall possess them. | |||
| ☞습2:10 | 이 일이 그들의 교만 때문에 있으리니, 이는 그들이 만군의 주의 백성을 대적하여 비난하고 스스로를 높였음이라. This shall they have for their pride, because they have reproached and magnified themselves against the people of the LORD of hosts. | |||
| ☞습2:11 | 주가 그들에게 두렵게 되리니, 이는 그가 세상의 모든 신들을 굶겨 죽이실 것임이요, 사람들은 각자 자기 처소, 곧 이방의 모든 섬들에서부터 주를 경배하리라. The LORD will be terrible unto them： for he will famish all the gods of the earth; and men shall worship him, every one from his place, even all the isles of the heathen. | |||
| ☞습2:12 | 너희 에디오피아인들도 내 칼에 살해되리라. Ye Ethiopians also, ye shall be slain by my sword. | |||
| ☞습2:13 | 그가 북쪽으로 그의 손을 뻗쳐서 앗시리아를 멸할 것이요 니느웨를 광야처럼 황폐하고 메마르게 하리라. And he will stretch out his hand against the north, and destroy Assyria; and will make Nineveh a desolation, and dry like a wilderness. | |||
| ☞습2:14 | 민족들의 모든 짐승 떼들이 그 땅의 한가운데 드러누울 것이요, 가마우지와 해오라기는 기둥의 상인방 위에 깃들일 것이며, 그것들의 목소리가 창문들에서 노래할 것이요, 문지방에는 황량함이 있으리니, 이는 그가 백향목으로 지은 것을 벗길 것임이라. And flocks shall lie down in the midst of her, all the beasts of the nations： both the cormorant and the bittern shall lodge in the upper lintels of it; their voice shall sing in the windows; desolation shall be in the thresholds; for he shall uncover the cedar work. | |||
| ☞습2:15 | 이것이 함부로 지냈던 기뻐하는 성읍이라. 속으로 말하기를 "나만 있고 나 외에는 아무도 없다." 하더니, 어찌하여 그 성읍이 황량하게 되었으며 짐승들이 누워 있는 거처가 되었는가! 그 성읍을 지나가는 자마다 조소하며 자기 손을 흔들리라. This is the rejoicing city that dwelt carelessly, that said in her heart, I am, and there is none beside me： how is she become a desolation, a place for beasts to lie down in! every one that passeth by her shall hiss, and wag his hand. | |||
