| ☞습3:1 | 더럽고 오염되고 억압하는 성읍에 화 있으리라! Woe to her that is filthy and polluted, to the oppressing city! | |||
| ☞습3:2 | 그녀는 명령에 복종하지 아니하며 교훈을 받지 아니하고, 주를 신뢰하지 아니하며, 그녀의 하나님께 다가서지 아니하였도다. She obeyed not the voice; she received not correction; she trusted not in the LORD; she drew not near to her God. | |||
| ☞습3:3 | 그 성읍 안에 있는 고관들은 포효하는 사자들이요, 그 재판관들은 저녁 이리들이라. 그들은 뼈를 갉아먹되 다음날까지 남겨 두지 아니하는도다. Her princes within her are roaring lions; her judges are evening wolves; they gnaw not the bones till the morrow. | |||
| ☞습3:4 | 그 선지자들은 경솔하고 간사한 자들이요, 그 제사장들은 성소를 더럽히고 율법을 범하였도다. Her prophets are light and treacherous persons： her priests have polluted the sanctuary, they have done violence to the law. | |||
| ☞습3:5 | 의로우신 주께서 그 안에 계시니 그는 죄악을 행하지 아니하시고 아침마다 자신의 공의를 빛으로 가져오시나니, 그는 실패가 없으시나 불의한 자는 수치를 알지 못하는도다. The just LORD is in the midst thereof; he will not do iniquity： every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not; but the unjust knoweth no shame. | |||
| ☞습3:6 | 내가 나라들을 끊어 버렸으므로 그들의 망대가 황량하였으며, 내가 그들의 거리들을 황폐시켜 아무도 지나가는 자가 없게 하였도다. 그들의 성읍들이 파괴되었으므로 사람이 없고 거하는 자가 아무도 없도다. I have cut off the nations： their towers are desolate; I made their streets waste, that none passeth by： their cities are destroyed, so that there is no man, that there is none inhabitant. | |||
| ☞습3:7 | 내가 말하기를 "반드시 네가 나를 두려워할 것이요, 너는 교훈을 받으리라. 내가 그들을 벌하였을지라도 그들의 처소는 끊어지지 아니하리라." 하였으나, 그들은 일찍 일어나 그들의 모든 행위를 더럽혔도다. I said, Surely thou wilt fear me, thou wilt receive instruction; so their dwelling should not be cut off, howsoever I punished them： but they rose early, and corrupted all their doings. | |||
| ☞습3:8 | 주가 말하노라. 그러므로 너희는 내가 일어나서 먹이로 삼는 날까지 나를 기다리라. 이는 내 결심이 민족들을 모으는 것임이니 내가 왕국들을 모아서 그들 위에 내 분노, 곧 나의 모든 격노를 쏟으리라. 이는 온 땅이 내 질투의 불로 삼켜질 것임이라. Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey： for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger： for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy. | |||
| ☞습3:9 | 그때에 내가 백성에게 순수한 언어를 돌려주리니, 그들이 모두 주의 이름을 부르며 한마음으로 그를 섬길 것임이라. For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent. | |||
| ☞습3:10 | 에디오피아의 강 건너편으로부터 나의 탄원자들, 곧 나의 흩어진 자의 딸이 나에게 예물을 가져오리라. From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering. | |||
| ☞습3:11 | 그 날에는 네가 나를 거슬러 범죄하였던 네 모든 행위에 대하여 수치를 당하지 아니하리니, 이는 그 때에 내가 네 교만을 즐거워하는 자들을 네 가운데서 제하여 낼 것임이라. 그리하면 너는 내 거룩한 산으로 인하여 다시는 오만하게 되지 아니하리라. In that day shalt thou not be ashamed for all thy doings, wherein thou hast transgressed against me： for then I will take away out of the midst of thee them that rejoice in thy pride, and thou shalt no more be haughty because of my holy mountain. | |||
| ☞습3:12 | 내가 또한 네 가운데 고통받고 가난한 백성을 남겨 두리니, 그들이 주의 이름을 신뢰하리라. I will also leave in the midst of thee an afflicted and poor people, and they shall trust in the name of the LORD. | |||
| ☞습3:13 | 이스라엘의 남은 자는 죄악을 행치 아니할 것이요 거짓말도 아니하며, 그들의 입에서는 속이는 혀도 찾아볼 수 없으리니, 이는 그들이 먹으며 누울 것이나 아무도 그들을 두렵게 하지 못할 것임이라. The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth： for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid. | |||
| ☞습3:14 | 오 시온의 딸아, 노래하라. 오 이스라엘아, 부르짖으라. 오 예루살렘의 딸아, 마음을 다하여 기뻐하고 즐거워하라. Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem. | |||
| ☞습3:15 | 주께서 네 심판을 제하셨고 그가 네 원수를 쫓아내셨느니라. 이스라엘의 왕, 곧 주께서 네 가운데 계시니 네가 다시는 악을 보지 못하리라. The LORD hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy： the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of thee： thou shalt not see evil any more. | |||
| ☞습3:16 | 그 날에 예루살렘에게는 말하여지기를 "두려워 말라." 하겠고, 시온에게는 말하여지기를 "네 손을 늘어뜨리지 말지어다." 하리라. In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not： and to Zion, Let not thine hands be slack. | |||
| ☞습3:17 | 네 가운데 계신 주 너의 하나님은 능력이 있으시니 그가 너를 구원하실 것이요, 그가 기쁨으로 너를 즐거워하시리라. 그는 그의 사랑 가운데 안식하실 것이요, 그는 노래로 너를 즐거워하시리로다. The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing. | |||
| ☞습3:18 | 내가 엄숙한 집회로 인하여 슬퍼하는 자들을 모으리니, 그들은 너에게 속한 자들이요, 그 비난이 네게 짐이 되었도다. I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly, who are of thee, to whom the reproach of it was a burden. | |||
| ☞습3:19 | 보라, 그 때에 내가 너를 괴롭게 하는 모든 자를 파멸시킬 것이며, 또 내가 저는 자를 구원하며, 쫓겨난 자를 모으고, 그들이 수치를 당하였던 모든 땅에서 찬사와 명성을 얻게 하리라. Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict thee： and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame. | |||
| ☞습3:20 | 그 때에 내가 너희를 다시 부르고 그 때에 내가 너희를 모으리니, 이는 내가 너희 목전에서 너희의 사로잡힌 자를 돌이킬 때 너희로 땅의 모든 백성 가운데서 명성과 찬사를 얻게 하려 함이라. 주가 말하노라. At that time will I bring you again, even in the time that I gather you： for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the LORD. | |||
