| ☞아8:1 | 오 당신이 내 어머니의 젖을 먹은 내 형제 같다면! 내가 밖에서 당신을 만날 때 당신에게 입맞추리니, 정녕 내가 멸시받지 아니할 것이요 O that thou wert as my brother, that sucked the breasts of my mother! when I should find thee without, I would kiss thee; yea, I should not be despised. | |||
| ☞아8:2 | 내가 당신을 인도하여 나를 가르친 내 어머니의 집에 들여서, 내 석류즙으로 만든 향기로운 술을 마시게 하였으리이다. I would lead thee, and bring thee into my mother's house, who would instruct me： I would cause thee to drink of spiced wine of the juice of my pomegranate. | |||
| ☞아8:3 | 그의 왼손이 내 머리 아래 있을 것이요 그의 오른손은 나를 껴안을 것이라. His left hand should be under my head, and his right hand should embrace me. | |||
| ☞아8:4 | 오 예루살렘의 딸들아, 내가 너희에게 부탁하노니, 그가 원하기까지는 내 사랑을 흔들지도 말고 깨우지도 말라. I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem, that ye stir not up, nor awake my love, until he please. | |||
| ☞아8:5 | 사랑하는 자에게 기대어 광야에서 올라오는 이 여인은 누구인가? 내가 너를 사과나무 아래서 일으켰도다. 거기서 네 어머니가 너를 낳았고, 너를 낳은 그 여인이 거기서 너를 낳았도다. Who is this that cometh up from the wilderness, leaning upon her beloved? I raised thee up under the apple tree： there thy mother brought thee forth： there she brought thee forth that bare thee. | |||
| ☞아8:6 | 네 마음에 인장처럼, 네 팔 위에 인장처럼 나를 새기라. 사랑은 죽음처럼 강하고 질투는 음부처럼 잔인하니, 그 곳의 숯은 불타는 숯, 곧 심히 맹렬한 불길을 가진 것이라. Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm： for love is strong as death; jealousy is cruel as the grave： the coals thereof are coals of fire, which hath a most vehement flame. | |||
| ☞아8:7 | 많은 물들로도 사랑은 끌 수 없으며 홍수로도 잠기게 할 수 없나니, 사람이 그의 집의 모든 재산을 주어 사랑과 바꾸려 한다면 그 일은 완전히 멸시를 받으리라. Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it： if a man would give all the substance of his house for love, it would utterly be contemned. | |||
| ☞아8:8 | 우리에게 한 작은 누이가 있으니 그녀에게는 가슴이 없도다. 그녀가 청혼을 받게 되는 날에 우리가 우리의 누이를 위해 무엇을 할까? We have a little sister, and she hath no breasts： what shall we do for our sister in the day when she shall be spoken for? | |||
| ☞아8:9 | 그녀가 성벽이라면 우리는 그녀 위에 은으로 궁을 지으리라. 그녀가 문이라면 우리는 그녀를 백향목 판자로 두르리라. If she be a wall, we will build upon her a palace of silver： and if she be a door, we will inclose her with boards of cedar. | |||
| ☞아8:10 | 나는 한 성벽이요, 나의 가슴은 망대들 같나니, 그러므로 내가 그의 눈에 은총을 입은 자같이 되었도다. I am a wall, and my breasts like towers： then was I in his eyes as one that found favour. | |||
| ☞아8:11 | 솔로몬이 바알하몬에 한 포도원을 가졌는데, 그가 그 포도원을 지키는 자들에게 내어 주고 각자 그 열매로 은 일천 개를 가져오게 하였도다. Solomon had a vineyard at Baalhamon; he let out the vineyard unto keepers; every one for the fruit thereof was to bring a thousand pieces of silver. | |||
| ☞아8:12 | 나의 것인 나의 포도원이 내 앞에 있도다. 오 솔로몬이여, 당신은 일천을 갖겠고 그 열매를 지키는 자들은 이백을 갖겠나이다. My vineyard, which is mine, is before me： thou, O Solomon, must have a thousand, and those that keep the fruit thereof two hundred. | |||
| ☞아8:13 | 동산에 거하시는 당신이여, 동료들이 당신의 음성을 듣나니, 나로 그것을 듣게 하소서. Thou that dwellest in the gardens, the companions hearken to thy voice： cause me to hear it. | |||
| ☞아8:14 | 나의 사랑하는 이여, 서두르소서, 향기나는 산들 위에 있는 노루나 어린 사슴같이 되소서. Make haste, my beloved, and be thou like to a roe or to a young hart upon the mountains of spices. | |||
