| ☞딤후1:1 | 하나님의 뜻에 의하여 예수 그리스도의 사도 된 바울은 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 생명의 약속에 따라 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, according to the promise of life which is in Christ Jesus, | |||
| ☞딤후1:2 | 나의 사랑하는 아들 디모데에게 편지하노니, 하나님 아버지와 그리스도 예수 우리 주로부터 은혜와 자비와 평강이 있을지어다. To Timothy, my dearly beloved son： Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord. | |||
| ☞딤후1:3 | 선조 때부터 순수한 양심으로 내가 섬겨 오는 하나님께 감사함은 나의 밤낮 기도하는 가운데 쉬지 않고 너를 기억함이며, I thank God, whom I serve from my forefathers with pure conscience, that without ceasing I have remembrance of thee in my prayers night and day; | |||
| ☞딤후1:4 | 네 눈물을 생각하여 너를 몹시 보기 원함은 내가 기쁨으로 충만해지고자 함이라. Greatly desiring to see thee, being mindful of thy tears, that I may be filled with joy; | |||
| ☞딤후1:5 | 나는 네 안에 있는 가식 없는 믿음을 생각하노니, 이는 먼저 네 할머니 로이스와 네 어머니 유니케 안에 있었고 네 안에도 있음을 확신하노라. When I call to remembrance the unfeigned faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also. | |||
| ☞딤후1:6 | 그러므로 내가 너를 일깨우는 것은 나의 안수함으로 네 속에 있게 된 하나님의 선물을 불일듯 일어나게 하려 함이라. Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands. | |||
| ☞딤후1:7 | 하나님께서 우리에게 주신 것은 두려워하는 영이 아니라 능력과 사랑과 건전한 생각의 영이라. For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. | |||
| ☞딤후1:8 | 그러므로 너는 우리 주의 증거나 그를 위하여 죄수된 나를 부끄러워하지 말고 하나님의 능력에 따라 복음을 위하여 고난의 동참자가 되라. Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner： but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God; | |||
| ☞딤후1:9 | 하나님께서 우리를 구원하시고 거룩한 소명으로 부르심은 우리의 행위에 따라 하신 것이 아니라 그 분의 목적과 은혜에 따라 하신 것이니, 이는 세상이 시작되기 이전에 그리스도 예수 안에서 우리에게 주신 것이라. Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, | |||
| ☞딤후1:10 | 그러나 이제는 우리 구주 예수 그리스도의 나타나심으로 그것이 드러났으니, 그는 죽음을 폐기하시고 복음을 통하여 생명과 불멸을 밝히셨느니라. But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel： | |||
| ☞딤후1:11 | 이를 위하여 내가 이방인들의 전도자와 사도와 교사로 임명을 받았느니라. Whereunto I am appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles. | |||
| ☞딤후1:12 | 그런 연유로 내가 이러한 고난을 당해도 부끄러워하지 아니하노니, 이는 내가 믿은 분을 알고, 내가 위탁한 것을 그 날을 대비하여 그 분께서 능히 지키실 줄을 확신함이라. For the which cause I also suffer these things： nevertheless I am not ashamed： for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. | |||
| ☞딤후1:13 | 너는 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 믿음과 사랑 안에서 내게 들은 건전한 말씀의 본을 굳게 붙잡고 Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. | |||
| ☞딤후1:14 | 우리 안에 거하시는 성령을 힘입어 네게 맡겨진 그 좋은 것을 지키라. That good thing which was committed unto thee keep by the Holy Ghost which dwelleth in us. | |||
| ☞딤후1:15 | 아시아에 있는 모든 사람이 내게서 떠난 이것을 네가 아나니 그 중에는 푸겔로와 헤모게네가 있느니라. This thou knowest, that all they which are in Asia be turned away from me; of whom are Phygellus and Hermogenes. | |||
| ☞딤후1:16 | 주께서 오네시포로의 집에 자비를 베푸소서. 이는 그가 종종 나에게 생기를 돋워 주고, 나의 사슬에 매인 것을 부끄러워하지 아니하였으며 The Lord give mercy unto the house of Onesiphorus; for he oft refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chain： | |||
| ☞딤후1:17 | 오히려 그가 로마에 있을 때 열심히 나를 찾아 만났느니라. But, when he was in Rome, he sought me out very diligently, and found me. | |||
| ☞딤후1:18 | 그 날에 주께서 그로 하여금 주의 자비를 얻게 하시옵소서. 그가 에베소에서 얼마나 많은 것들로 나를 섬겼는지 네가 잘 아느니라. The Lord grant unto him that he may find mercy of the Lord in that day： and in how many things he ministered unto me at Ephesus, thou knowest very well. | |||
