| ☞학1:1 | 다리오왕 제 이년 유월 일일, 주의 말씀이 선지자 학개를 통하여 스알티엘의 아들 유다의 총독 스룹바벨과, 여호사닥의 아들 대제사장 여호수아에게 임하여 말씀하시니라. In the second year of Darius the king, in the sixth month, in the first day of the month, came the word of the LORD by Haggai the prophet unto Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest, saying, | |||
| ☞학1:2 | 만군의 주가 이같이 말하노라. 이 백성이 말하기를 "주의 집을 건축해야 할 시기가 이르지 아니하였다." 하는도다. Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, This people say, The time is not come, the time that the LORD's house should be built. | |||
| ☞학1:3 | 그때에 선지자 학개를 통하여 주의 말씀이 임하여 말씀하시니라. Then came the word of the LORD by Haggai the prophet, saying, | |||
| ☞학1:4 | 오 이 집이 황폐하였는데 너희가 너희의 지붕 덮은 집들에 거하는 것이 합당하냐? Is it time for you, O ye, to dwell in your cieled houses, and this house lie waste? | |||
| ☞학1:5 | 그러므로 이제 만군의 주가 이같이 말하노라. 너희는 너희의 행위를 숙고해 보라. Now therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways. | |||
| ☞학1:6 | 너희는 많이 심었으나 적게 가져오며, 먹어도 배부르지 아니하고, 마셔도 흡족하지 아니하며, 입어도 따뜻하지 아니하고, 삯을 받는 자도 삯을 받아 구멍난 주머니에 넣는도다. Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes. | |||
| ☞학1:7 | 만군의 주가 이같이 말하노라. 너희는 너희의 행위를 숙고해 보라. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways. | |||
| ☞학1:8 | 너희는 산에 올라가서 나무를 가져다가 집을 건축하라. 그리하면 내가 그로 인하여 기쁨을 얻고 또 영화롭게 되리라. 주가 말하노라. Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, saith the LORD. | |||
| ☞학1:9 | 너희가 많은 것을 바랐으나, 보라, 적게 되었고, 너희가 그것을 집으로 가져왔으나 내가 그것을 불어 버렸느니라. 만군의 주가 말하노니, 어찌된 일이냐? 이는 내 집이 황폐하였음이니 너희는 각기 자기 집으로 달려갔기 때문이라. Ye looked for much, and, lo it came to little; and when ye brought it home, I did blow upon it. Why? saith the LORD of hosts. Because of mine house that is waste, and ye run every man unto his own house. | |||
| ☞학1:10 | 그러므로 너희 위의 하늘은 이슬을 멈추었고, 땅은 산물을 멈추었도다. Therefore the heaven over you is stayed from dew, and the earth is stayed from her fruit. | |||
| ☞학1:11 | 내가 가뭄을 불러 땅과, 산들과, 곡식과, 새 포도주와, 기름과, 소출을 내는 땅과, 사람들과, 가축과, 손으로 수고하는 모든 일에 임하게 하였느니라. And I called for a drought upon the land, and upon the mountains, and upon the corn, and upon the new wine, and upon the oil, and upon that which the ground bringeth forth, and upon men, and upon cattle, and upon all the labour of the hands. | |||
| ☞학1:12 | 그때에 스알티엘의 아들 스룹바벨과 여호사닥의 아들 대제사장 여호수아가 백성의 모든 남은 자와 더불어 주 그들의 하나님의 음성과 선지자 학개의 말에 복종하였으니, 이는 주 그들의 하나님께서 그를 보내셨음이라. 백성이 주 앞에서 두려워하였더라. Then Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest, with all the remnant of the people, obeyed the voice of the LORD their God, and the words of Haggai the prophet, as the LORD their God had sent him, and the people did fear before the LORD. | |||
| ☞학1:13 | 그때에 주의 사자 학개가 주의 전갈을 백성에게 일러 말하기를 "주가 말하노니, 내가 너희와 함께 있노라." 하였더라. Then spake Haggai the LORD's messenger in the LORD's message unto the people, saying, I am with you, saith the LORD. | |||
| ☞학1:14 | 주께서 스알티엘의 아들 유다 총독 스룹바벨의 영과 여호사닥의 아들 대제사장 여호수아의 영과 백성의 모든 남은 자의 영을 움직이시니, 그들이 와서 만군의 주, 곧 그들의 하나님의 집에서 일을 하였더라. And the LORD stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest, and the spirit of all the remnant of the people; and they came and did work in the house of the LORD of hosts, their God, | |||
| ☞학1:15 | 이는 다리오왕 제 이년 유월 이십사일이라. In the four and twentieth day of the sixth month, in the second year of Darius the king. | |||
